A little perspective.

If Donald Trump had referred to anybody as a "basket of deplorables" it would count as the LEAST offensive thing he has said.

  1. What is so sad about the media taking everything Trump says seriously as gospel truth is he is a pathological, serial liar! He lies, lies, and then lies some more. Not only that, Trump is a blatant racist, misogynist, and xenophobe. He is a dunce of a clown, an asinine jerk, a doofus, an ignoramus, a bigoted trust-fund bambino. He has spoken with vitriolic hatred and shown diabolical prejudice against every group in America except white males! Now because Secretary Clinton has spoken the truth about his supporters, he wants to moan and groan. And the stenographers masquerading as journalists take his toddler-like rants as critical analysis! What a travesty! Not only are his supporters deplorable, so are Trump, Pence, Priebus, and the rest of the Republican party.

    1. And the media.

  2. Anonymous3:42 AM

Trump and his flock are a bunch of pussies mascarading as tough guys.

    1. Anonymous4:37 AM

Agreed. HuffPost is reporting that one the Donald's deplorables got out of the basket and cold-cocked an 69 year old protester.

  3. Anonymous3:59 AM

Cannot believe what these nutjobs are saying!!!

    1. Anonymous4:49 AM

They have even taken the word "patriot" and ruined it. These people are anything but patriots. It started to make me cringe with Sarah's use of it 8 years ago. Now it gives me the shivers.

    2. Anonymous5:20 AM

Isn't it amazing how people that fly the confederate flag and join the AIP believe they are the patriotic ones.

    3. Absolutely amazing! Flying a flag of treason, hating other Americans, loving and praising our archenemy Putin, dreaming of and plotting secession, yet they have the utter gall to call themselves and their ilk "patriots."

      And up is down.

  4. Anonymous5:24 AM

Watching the news and Donald Trump with his white baseball cap reminds me of KKK 2016. To me it is like a dog whistle to his Alt-right constituents. Instead of wearing a pointed cap, the new uniform of the day when you're on TV is a white baseball cap.

    1. Anonymous12:48 AM

According to his butler, the white cap indicates he's in a good mood, the red cap means he's on the warpath and stay out of his way.

MSNBC just announced that Trump revised his Dr. Oz appearance. Instead of going through his health and test results, he will have a conversation about health and wellness with Dr. Oz.

This May Not Be Up To Date:

Dr. Mehmet Oz to analyze new Donald Trump medical records on television

Washington (CNN)Donald Trump will be surprised by the results of his physical medical exam on TV when he appears on "The Dr. Oz Show" for an interview on Thursday, according to a preview of the show reported by Fox News.

But the show's host, Mehmet Oz, said in an interview he's "not going to ask him a question he doesn't want to have answered."

    SEPT. 13, 2016, 7:26 P.M.
Colin Powell calls Trump a 'national disgrace,' according to report

Former Secretary of State Colin Powell labeled fellow Republican Donald Trump a "national disgrace” and a cheerleader of the “racist” birther movement that questioned President Obama’s legitimacy, according to emails obtained by BuzzFeed News.

The website did not say how it obtained the emails, but when Powell declined to comment about their contents, he said, “I’m not denying it.”

Powell also called Trump an “international pariah” who “is in the process of destroying himself, no need for Dems to attack him,” according to the story.

He chided the media for their coverage of Trump, saying in another email, “To go on and call him an idiot just emboldens him.”....

Trump’s global deals would make it impossible for him to conduct foreign policy in many countries without padding or depleting his wallet.

If Donald Trump is elected president, will he and his family permanently sever all connections to the Trump Organization, a sprawling business empire that has spread a secretive financial web across the world? Or will Trump instead choose to be the most conflicted president in American history, one whose business interests will constantly jeopardize the security of the United States?

Throughout this campaign, the Trump Organization, which pumps potentially hundreds of millions of dollars into the Trump family’s bank accounts each year, has been largely ignored. As a private enterprise, its businesses, partners and investors are hidden from public view, even though they are the very people who could be enriched by—or will further enrich—Trump and his family if he wins the presidency.

A close examination by Newsweek of the Trump Organization, including confidential interviews with business executives and some of its international partners, reveals an enterprise with deep ties to global financiers, foreign politicians and even criminals, although there is no evidence the Trump Organization has engaged in any illegal activities....

    1. Anonymous7:18 AM

      THIS IS TELLING^^^^^^

    2. Anonymous7:40 AM

None of Trump’s overseas contractual business relationships examined by Newsweek were revealed in his campaign’s financial filings with the Federal Election Commission, nor was the amount paid to him by his foreign partners. "ominee is essentially a licensor who Leverages his celebrity into streams of cash from partners from all over the world."The dealings of the Trump Organization reach into SO many countries that it is impossible to detail all the conflicts they present in a single issue of this magazine"

    3. Anonymous1:12 AM

      What "conflicted"?

He'll make his decisions as president on what will benefit and make money for Donald Trump. That's why he's doing it. To make money. It's always been about him and money, in that order.

"Once again, all his dealings with Turkey would be suspect: Would Trump act in the interests of the United States or his wallet? When faced with the prospect of losing the millions of dollars that flow into the Trump Organization each year from that Istanbul property, what position would President Trump take on the important issues involving Turkish-American relations, including that country’s role in the fight against ISIS?Another conundrum: Turkey is at war with the Kurds, America’s allies in the fight against ISIS in Syria. Kurdish insurgent groups are in armed conflict with Turkey, demanding an independent Kurdistan. If Turkey cuts off the Trump Organization’s cash flow from Istanbul, will Trump, who has shown many times how petty and impulsive he can be, allow that to influence how the U.S. juggles the interests of these two critical allies?"

"Meanwhile, Trump has raised concerns in the United States among national security experts for his consistent and effusive praise for Vladimir Putin, the Russian ruler who also now controls much of Ukraine. With its founder in the White House, the Trump Organization would have an extraordinary entrée into those countries. If the company sold its brand in Russia while Trump was in the White House, the world could be faced with the astonishing sight of hotels and office complexes going up in downtown Moscow with the name of the American president emblazoned in gold atop the buildings. The dealings of the Trump Organization reach into so many countries that it is impossible to detail all the conflicts they present in a single issue of this magazine, but a Newsweek examination of the company has also found deep connections in China, Brazil, Bulgaria, Argentina, Canada, France, Germany and other countries.Never before has an American candidate for president had so many financial ties with American allies and enemies, and never before has a business posed such a threat to the United States. If Donald Trump wins this election and his company is not immediately shut down or forever severed from the Trump family, the foreign policy of the United States of America could well be for sale."

Donald Trump's 'Dr. Oz Show' appearance likely won't feature health reveal

It's DR. OZ! Did anyone really think there would be any medical transparency involved with a celebrity "Doctor" on a TV show?

Donald Trump backs out of Dr. Oz stunt at last minute and will not disclose results of his physical

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has reportedly had second thoughts about disclosing results of his medical examination when he appears Wednesday on The Dr. Oz Show.

On Tuesday, Fox News host Brian Kilmeade reported that Trump would provide the results of his physical to Dr. Mehmet Oz, who would reveal the information on air.

But hours before the show taped on Wednesday, campaign spokesperson Hope Hicks told CNN’s Brian Stelter that Trump’s plans had changed.

“Instead, Trump will be talking with Oz about his physical activity, dietary habits, and broader health-related issues,” Stelter wrote. “The plan also calls for Trump to discuss political topics that are of interest to the ‘Dr. Oz Show’ audience, like efforts to fight the Zika virus and Trump’s new child care policies.”....

  13. Leland6:14 AM

5:52, sorry, but in my mind that is old news. I never for a moment thought Humpty Trumpty would sever any ties with his corporation and anyone who did believe it needs to be approached to buy the Brooklyn Bridge.

What I don't read in that quote above is any consideration of what he would do in any conflict of interest situation. Personally, I do not for a second believe he would do what was good for the country, instead feeling he would advance the interests of the Trump corporation - even if he DID have his son officially take over while he was in office.

Given a situation that forced him to make a decision, that decision would probably positively affect his holdings. He certainly would NOT do anything that NEGATIVELY affected those holdings!

However, to be fair, I do not feel ANY individual with Tump's international business connections should be allowed to run at all because there would ALWAYS be that built in conflict of interest.

How that could be applied given our Constitution is a problem, however.

Trump won't release medical records on Dr. Oz show

Donald Trump's sit-down with Dr. Mehmet Oz on Wednesday will not include a discussion of the Republican nominee's medical records or recent physical examination, despite past reports to the contrary.

But that does "not necessarily" mean that Trump has changed his mind about sharing his records, spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders told CNN as reports surfaced that Trump would not be revealing his medical records on "The Dr. Oz Show." The show is set to air on Thursday....

"Deplorable" was no mistake. And it's working.

....And it’s working. In an article today in the Washington Post , they came to the same conclusion that I did. And they also confirmed that the media has picked up on this.

But one thing that does seem clear amid all the fallout from the remarks is that the national media is now spending more time talking about Trump’s bigotry and racist campaign.

This has already produced some high-profile moments. For instance, Trump veep candidate Mike Pence was repeatedly prodded on CNN to say whether David Duke is “deplorable.” Pence wouldn’t take the bait, but the net effect that produced was to create the impression that he was unwilling to criticize Duke; he subsequently went on Fox to clean up the mess.....

It appears anybody who says anything negative against Donald Trump becomes victims of KOMPROMAT.

Are these attacks a way to deter others from coming forward with damaging information against Donald Trump and giving Russians pick for POTUS a leg up against Hillary Clinton?

    Wikipedia KOMPROMAT

Kompromat (Russian: компромат, short for компрометирующий материал) is the Russian term for compromising materials about a politician or other public figure. Such materials can be used to create negative publicity, for blackmail, or for ensuring loyalty. Kompromat can be acquired from various security services, or outright forged, and then publicized by paying off a journalist. Widespread use of kompromat has been one of the characteristic features of politics in Russia and other post-Soviet states.

    Talking Points Memo
Melania Trump Releases Letter From Atty Saying She Came To US '100%' Legally

Melania Trump released a letter on Wednesday from an immigration lawyer asserting that there is "100% certainty" that she immigrated to the United States legally."

I am pleased to enclose a letter from my immigration attorney which states that, with 100% certainty, I correctly went through the legal process when arriving in the USA," she tweeted.

A Politico report in August questioned Trump's immigration status, highlighting a period in her career when she appeared to be working in the United States on a tourist visa.

"I can unequivocally state that these allegations are not supported by the record, and are therefore completely without merit," attorney Michael J. Wildes writes in the letter....

    1. Anonymous9:23 AM

It was just a letter, they refused to disclose a copy of her Visa, which would be stamped with a date. The photographer now can't remember what year those revealing photos were taken, and the modeling agency can't seem to locate their records of when she started working for them in the USA. These were topics being discussed on CNN this morning, finally they are questioning the Bullshit of the Trumps.

    2. Anonymous4:32 PM

Move over, Melania, you're taking up a legal deplorable's space.

    3. Anonymous1:17 AM

      Like the doctor's note.

At least it sounds like the lawyer wrote the letter, not Trump.

" the “former deputy director of Abbott’s Consumer Protection Division now alleges that the attorney general office’s decision to quash the lawsuit against Trump — later a major donor to Abbott’s campaign — was a political move that left Texas consumers ‘high and dry.’”Donald Trump has a habit of projecting his guilt onto his opponents.
under the Trump rock, we find very few good deeds via his foundation and instead a slimy, grotesque version of a charity full of criminal THUGgery.

  21. Anonymous7:17 AM

Now can everybody stop questioning Melania's citizenship? All her detailed immigration papers has been reviewed by her lawyer. Good enough for me.

    1. Anonymous8:19 AM

Really? How do you explain the conflict between her published porn photos here, her saying she returned every six months to get her visa renewed, getting a green card by marrying someone before Drumpf, but saying he is her first spouse? You swallowed it all, and probably will vote for Drumpf.

Where is Melabnorma's "little" press conference? Promised, but as usual, no delivery.

What about the sex trafficking of under-age "models" for Trump Modeling? How do you square that one?

Yep, 8:19. The 1995 NYC nude pics are A FACT. That mag came out in Jan. of 1996. The pics are of her in NYC in 1995. She was here in 1995, no matter what that lawyer--he's Trump's pwn lawyer--says.

In Leaked Emails, Colin Powell Called Trump a “National Disgrace” and Benghazi “a Witch Hunt”

In private emails written by Powell—obtained by the website and shared with BuzzFeed—Powell calls Trump “a national disgrace” and an “international pariah.” The GOP nominee “is in the process of destroying himself, no need for Dems to attack him,” Powell wrote in the June email to a former aide. “Paul Ryan is calibrating his position again.”

Powell, who served in the George W. Bush administration, has so far declined to comment on the messages themselves but confirmed their authenticity, telling NBC News: “The hackers have a lot more.” ...

She takes the "no politicking" in church very seriously.

  25. Anonymous7:59 AM

O/T but related because it's more lying. Finally, something has been said re Melania's legal status in 1995/1996. The lawyer wrote a letter insisting on her doing all things legally--there is no evidence, just his word for it. Let's say everything re 1996 and after is true. This guy actually insists that the 1995 NYC photo shoot--photos taken in that year and published in the January 1996 issue of Max--are not factual because he says she didn't come to the US until August 1996. Like Trump, the lawyer is ignoring the evidence that is out there and saying that something is true or untrue simply because he says so. The mag issue came out for January of 1996. In order for photos to be in that mag they had to be taken in 1995. That is real. Melania is in that mag. The NYC setting is in that mag. And yet because the lawyer says that Melania didn't step foot into the US until August, we are supposed to believe him and not believe the old magazine evidence. Wow.

    1. Anonymous8:47 AM

Good enough for Donald, good enough for, wait a second, Donald has been proven to be a liar.

    2. Anonymous9:24 AM

Well, so now it looks like the NY Post goofed on the date of Melania's nude pics.

    3. Anonymous9:30 AM

Although the NY Post may have gotten the mag issue date wrong, the photographer said that he took the pics in Manhattan in 1995.

  26. Anonymous9:19 AM

So, now Trump has changed his tune yet again. Before, he was not going to release any medical info to Oz to use on the show. But now he is. Makes no difference. The exam, if really done, was done by that same creepy and flaky and seemingly LSD burned-out doc who wrote the last letter who claimed Trump would be the healthiest pres ever. In the video we saw of him, he and his wife seemed shady as hell, and idiotic. I don't doubt for a second that he and she would lie for Trump and produce untrue test results, if any testing was actually done.

  27. This says it all!
