Morality is not determined by the church you attend nor the faith you embrace. It is determined by the quality of your character and the positive impact you have on those you meet along your journey

Good morning America.
Another day where this country is in the competent hands of this man.
Let us make sure that the next set of hands are just as competent.
I was looking at pictures of POTUS and FLOTUS out at a function last night, looking wonderful, as usual.... and I got to thinking that they've in some ways been the national mom and dad these past eight years.
Good Morning world. Great Photo. According to rumpt tv there have only been 3 bombs overnight ny. Another week of rump and pooty. When will America throw that ugly old sob pos ape and his ugly deplorables off the stage?
Seems we won't. The worse and more incendiary his rhetoric gets, the more votes he gets. He is not running a campaign. He is running a realty TV show. That is what Americans are used to identify with, so that is what they will be voting for. Get ready for a gilded White House with Big Conglomerate CEOs going in and out (and paying the tRump family for the privilege), and wheelings and dealing going on openly - and get ready for the military and everyone else who is so openly talking against him right now to be either completely following his every whim, or them being fired. He will not care what our Constitution says or not. He will do whatever the heck he wants to do, until the powers that be finally stop him by having him have an 'accident'.
Lets cut the crap. drumpt is not brilliant, genius nor smart. He is a con artist. PERIOD. He is a liar. PERIOD. He is a pathetic example of human, man, father, brother, uncle, and leader. He is a disgrace.
What a handsome, classy guy. Too bad he could not run for a third term. After all he and his family have been through, though, they need a break. Imagine going from THIS to a bright orange, clueless, bragging, daughter lusting after BLOB.
Now I read how the public can't stand more than two terms of the same party.
Why?
Are we so unhappy with both parties that after two terms we switch, hoping that something has changed and they'll be better?
Perhaps that's why nothing does change? We have such short attention spans and are so impatient we don't let anyone last long enough to make any difference. Seems to be an American weakness.
Love this! I have to admit I've been depressed with the numbers from Nate Silver this past week. Plus I get email blasts from the DNC or HRC asking for money and pointing out Nate Silver's numbers. I had an HRC canvasser come to my house yesterday. She was visiting only dems and asking that we vote early (even sign a pledge to vote early). We like going to the polls on election day but we signed the pledge. I told her how guilty I feel for not volunteering for HRC - I did phone banking for her in 2008. But I just can't get myself to get out there. So then she asked me if I wanted to volunteer for Girl Scouts (she's a leader). I hadn't done it for 13 years, since my daughter graduated HS. I had thought of it - so I said yes. We decided that was also a win for HRC. LOL! And now that I have her email I'm thinking I may also contact her about doing phone banking . . . I do have 2 bumper stickers and a yard sign which a friend of mine thinks puts me in danger. Isn't that sad?
I love my very, VERY photogenic President! I love him not because he is so photogenic, but for all the things he was able to accomplish - even though faced with the 'Party of NO!'. I so wish, he could run again. Well, maybe Michelle will run in eight years, once Madame President Clinton is out... (I can dream, can't I?)
After 8 years in the White House, seeing first hand what the job entails, I don't think Michelle will be interested. I think she is more likely to join her husband in doing public service and community work outside of politics.
Love our wonderful President Obama too! He's done such an outstanding job in spite of the Republicans blocking him (U.S. Congress) every step of the way.
May those specific Republicans rot in Hell when each of them meets their maker!
And, may Donald Trump and Mike Pence get their 'what evers' beaten in the upcoming election.
Get out and vote for Hillary Clinton! She is the only experienced and sane person to run our country.
We assuredly don't need Pence running the country and Trump situated in the White House abusing the population as well as all the rules, getting richer and starting more wars!
Thank you, President Obama and First Lady Michelle for providing all of us your leadership, service and care of Americans throughout your nearly completed two terms.
Just think what the White House would, or could, look like with The Trumps as residents. I'm sure the word 'TRUMP' would be added to the White House exterior - GOD FORBID!
It will be another 4-8 years of obstructionism. Of course, you'd think by that time even the stupid would stop before electing another Republican to Congress.
History will realize what a great Commander in Chief this man has been. Think about all he's done since he took office, or just as recently as this past week with the bomber. And, people don't realize how much Obamacare helps until something hits home. How refreshing after President GWBush's eight year regime knowing someone who cares is in the white house.
OT Hillary gave a great speech at Temple University.

ReplyDeleteWe sure are gonna miss the Obama family.

DeleteSo agree! Gonna miss them, but Hillary and Bill Clinton will do a good job too.

Deplorable liars liars liars. Donald J Rumpt is a Liar.....his deplorable infected defective mutations are liars.
ReplyDeleteDonald has a new nickname.
DeleteDeplorable Don. Saw it in a headline.
I prefer Deplorable Don the Con. A bit more descriptive and fundamentally true.

ReplyDeleteWhy Palin supports him.
DeletetRump and PayMe have the exact same set of "values" Also, too the same religious conviction (none)

ReplyDeleteFDR was elected to four consecutive terms.

Correction: America can't tolerate a president being elected for four terms because it has never happened to a Republican.
DeleteRepublicans invented the two-term rule to make sure Americans couldn't hang on to their great Democratic presidents in the future.
Should come as no surprise.
"Don't sweat, America, I got this!"
ReplyDeleteAh, if only he'd had a sufficiently aligned Congress...
He did for a while. A supermajority. Squandered it trying to be nice and fair and bipartisan.
DeleteThis was a pleasant post photo to see this morning. Courage and cool.

Do you think if Hillary is elected that the Trumpateers will sit down and shut up?
DeleteThey won't. It's going to be mortal hell dealing with them.

Perhaps we can learn something and change the future.
