John Oliver comparing the scandals of Hillary to Donald Trump's is something you must see before the debate tonight.

My favorite part:

Think of it like this: Ethical failings in a politician are like raisins in a cookie ... They shouldn't be there. They disgust people. But most politicians have at least a few raisins. Hillary arguably has more raisins than average. There's probably 10 of these little fuckers in there … But [Trump] is a fucking raisin monsoon! He is ethically compromised to an almost unprecedented degree. So if you don't like raisins, I get it – they're disgusting. But unfortunately, this November, you're gonna have to swallow 10 or we're all going to be eating this shit for years.

I hate raisins so this was the perfect metaphor.

And that is really it.

Sure Hillary Clinton has done some things which can be interpreted as shady. But when you really examine them, there is really very little or nothing scandalous to be found.

However Donald Trump is so unbelievably corrupt, manipulative,  and full of shit that you become exhausted when reading about his numerous and never ending scandals.

There really is no choice here.

Only one of these people should ever even be considered for a job in politics, especially for the most important political job on the planet.

I love the way John Oliver delivers his political based humour. Especially like the shower of raisins at the end.

Took a trip over to the pee pond to see how they are spending their time until the debate and found this gem:-

Can hardly wait for tonight & the debate!!! It appears Hillarie's double will do the debate!!! I'll be looking for the differences in her verses Hillary. I can't believe the Dems would go this far to achieve what they want to pull over our eyes! We won't be fooled though & we know what they're up to...who will speak out against this fraud???

      Karen Mahan,
Donald Trump’s charitable foundation has received approximately $2.3 million from companies that owed money to Trump or one of his businesses but were instructed to pay Trump’s tax-exempt foundation instead, according to people familiar with the transactions.

In cases where he diverted his own income to his foundation, tax experts said, Trump would still likely be required to pay taxes on the income. Trump has refused to release his personal tax returns. His campaign said he paid income tax on one of the donations, but did not respond to questions about the others.

That gift was a $400,000 payment from Comedy Central, which owed Trump an appearance fee for his 2011 “roast.”

  2. "Sure Hillary Clinton has done some things which can be interpreted as shady."
And yet those same things rarely excite people when they are done by someone who is not Hillary.

" in 2008, Vice President Joe Biden exhaustively prepared for how to dominate the incompetent ignoramus Sarah Palin without looking like a male bully. Trump has no such limitations. He is openly misogynist. He has called for violence against Clinton. His supporters wear hateful and sexist clothing and carry signs that allude to Hillary Clinton and fellatio."
"In professional wrestling, the heel is usually defeated by the hero (or “face”) because the villain’s character flaws lead him to become too ambitious, his cheating backfires, or, after repeatedly defeating the indomitable face character, the heel gets sloppy and takes victory for granted. The professional wrestling villain also hides his or her insecurity behind a bully’s facade of excessive confidence. If Hillary understands these aspects of Donald Trump’s political persona, then she can beat him tonight."

If little Donnie starts insulting Hillary I hope she says something like Well isn't that special or shame on you, then ignores him and talks to the American public.

Too bad little donnie won't be able to see Mark Cuban grinning at him from the front row. That in itself will cause a melt down.

Finally, I hope little Donnie's doctor wasn't available to prescribe Xanax and he goes ballistic tonight.

I somehow doubt it but one can only wish, I seriously doubt he will answer anything and at this point only the brain dead haven't made up their minds on who they will vote for.

    2. Anonymous3:54 PM

Agree about the brain dead, 3:15 PM, and why I will not watch. I know who I'm voting for. BOR was on Ellen today and admitted what a shitshow this election has been, and, of course, he would never admit to the hand he's had in it.

Really looks like Post found solid evidence Trump is using his "foundation" to evade taxes.

Donald Trump's Tax Returns May Be Hiding This Bombshell from the 1990s

To explain, @Fahrenthold seems to have caught Trump in pretty major tax evasion, which is compounded by the self-dealing uses of his Fdn.

"At length, Epshteyn said Trump did pay tax on a major appearance fee from Comedy Central. But when asked for proof, he refused to give any."

    Donald Trump: Welfare King

Think Bernie Madoff. The appearance of wealth can be deceiving. Everybody thought Madoff was Midas until FBI agents hauled that Ponzi schemer away in handcuffs. Or think Enron. The corporation looked great. The exeTrump's tax plan could hike taxes on middle- and low-income familiescutives swore it was great. Then suddenly that huge house of cards collapsed.

So is Trump just another Madoff or Enron? He could settle the question by releasing his tax returns.
