Courtesy of HuffPo:Trump is now openly advocating voter fraud https://t.co/RSaTqc5eNx— Cheri Jacobus (@CheriJacobus) October 31, 2016
“Who here has sent in their ballot?” Trump asked a crowd of more than 2,000 supporters at a rally in Greeley. The crowd replied with a roaring affirmative cheer.
Trump then asked, “When you send your ballot in, do you think it’s properly counted?” The crowd was quiet for a second before people realized that the correct answer was “No!”
“You can check on your ballot to make sure it’s counted properly,” Trump said. “You can go to [Greeley voting location] University Center and they’ll give you a ballot, a new ballot. They’ll void your old ballot and give you a new ballot. And you can go out and make sure it gets in,” Trump said.
“In some places, they probably do that four or five times, but we don’t do that,” he added.
So to be clear the guy who keeps complaining that the election is rigged and that voter fraud is rampant, is now telling his supporters to vote more than once.
Which of course is against the law.
It is worth noting that so far the only person arrested for voting more than one time is a Trump supporter, who did so in Iowa even BEFORE he made these statements.
Let's see so far we have a guy who refuses to reveal his tax returns, is accused of numerous episodes of sexual harassment and abuse, is advocating that his people reject the outcome of the election if he loses, and is now advocating voter fraud.
And yet people are STILL have trouble making a choice in this election?
I am pretty sure that Colorado is not one of the states where you can change your early vote. How are these morons going to react when they find out they can't vote again?
ReplyDeleteGod will tell them what to do. They will just vote again.

They had conducted no inspections to determine which files might have been sought in the discovery requests or might otherwise be related to the case. Instead, in order to “save space,” Trump testified, officials with his company had been tossing documents into the shredder and garbage."

Chaffetz did this and decided to go back on all that he'd said about Trump being a terrible candidate (Chaffetz had been vehement as to why Trump wouldn't get his vote and how he couldn't face his daughter if he voted for Trump) at the same time. There's a connection.

DeleteBut of course. That is why he is so obsessed with Clinton's e-mails and says it's criminal and she belongs in prison.
DeleteBecause that is exactly what he did, what he is and where he belongs.
Why isn't the asshole arrested? He has said so many things for the past year - that had a regular person like me done so - I would have been indicted and hauled off to jail!
ReplyDeleteVote for Hillary Clinton! She is a true American - Trump is NOT!
Does Trump not understand that a person's identity is checked when a ballot is submitted. We mailed our absentee ballots in last Monday and I'm sure that, if we try to submit a second ballot, we'd land in deep trouble. It's not like voting for DWTS where you can click again and again. Our signatures are on record and our names our checked off when our votes are recorded. Gees. He's as dumb as his supporters. Someone needs to sit Trump down and explain to him how Americans vote in an election and, while they're at it, that person should explain, as simply as possible, what Watergate was all about and why it was so important to get to the scummy bottom of it.
ReplyDeleteBeaglemom
I know. It's ridic. He and his fans are so absolutely dumb. When I vote the people there look up the name and address I give them and I sign their book. No way in hell would someone else be able to vote as me and no way would I be able to vote twice.
DeleteThese deplorable sneed a class in civics!
DeleteI know for a fact that you cannot get an absentee ballot and then try and vote at the polling place.
DeleteIt happened that I asked for an absentee ballot and decided to go to the polling place instead of mailing it in. They told me I couldn’t vote, that I had to go home and get the absentee ballot and bring it in. I had to turn in the absentee ballot to the clerk.
I can't image the township clerk office would have gone through thousands of absentee ballots to look for it, if I had mailed it in.
Just wait until the deplorables try and vote twice, yelling Donnie told us we could, then they will go on social media and claim the election is rigged.
No, he doesn't understand that.
DeleteNo one that buys the "election is rigged" propaganda understands the checks we have on the system. Also how compartmentalized it is. The only flaw is those DIEBOLD machines with no paper trail.

DeleteReading FBI Director Comey's recent letter to Congressional Committee Chairmen, it became clear to me that the only motive Comey could have had for sending the letter was to, however indirectly, influence the election, in clear violation of the Hatch Act.
ReplyDeleteDefending his actions in the letter, Comey states that:
"Although the FBI cannot yet assess whether or not this material may be significant, and I cannot predict how long it will take us to complete this additional work, I believe it is important to update your Committees about our efforts in light of my previous testimony,"
The problem with this explanation is that these committees do not take part in the investigation unless the FBI explicitly requests their involvement. In other words, updating these committees was completely unnecessary to his investigation, and completely unnecessary to the ongoing proper functioning of the committees. So, notwithstanding Comey's claim, the political motive of indirectly influencing the election by having members of these committees serve as his messengers is the only rationale, or motive, for his actions that makes any sense at all.

DeleteYeah, that's a real smoking gun there.
But Comey’s gift-wrapped package to Trump and his Republican friends in Congress will likely be a gift that blows up in their faces. Democrats are no longer in any danger of taking anything for granted. We now have something to fire us up to win this election in a powerful rebuke to the good-old-boy politics of the powers that be. We need to tell Comey, Trump, Ryan, McConnell and all the other right-wing Republicans that we are not going to let them take this election away from us.

@9:29, You Trumpettes avoid anything negative about Trump.
DeleteA third woman accused Mr. Trump of rape very recently. According to the Daily Mail, a woman filed an April 2016 lawsuit claiming that when she was thirteen years old she was held as a sex slave to Mr. Trump and his friend Jeffrey Epstein. The woman claimed to have a witness, “Tiffany Doe,” to the incidents. She filed the case in pro per, that is, without the assistance of a lawyer.
The case was dismissed by the court for technical filing errors. She then obtained a lawyer and the case was modified and refiled in New York federal court, against Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein.
I’ve carefully reviewed this federal complaint. It is now much stronger than the one she filed on her own, which makes sense because she now has an experienced litigator representing her. Jane Doe says that as a thirteen year old, she was enticed to attend parties at the home of Jeffrey Epstein with the promise of money modeling jobs. Mr. Epstein is a notorious “billionaire pedophile” who is now a Level 3 registered sex offender - the most dangerous kind, “a threat to public safety” — after being convicted of misconduct with another underage girl.
Jane Doe says that Mr. Trump “initiated sexual contact” with her on four occasions in 1994. Since she was thirteen at the time, consent is not an issue. If Mr. Trump had any type sexual contact with her in 1994, it was a crime.
On the fourth incident, she says Mr. Trump tied her to a bed and forcibly raped her, in a “savage sexual attack,” while she pleaded with him to stop. She says Mr. Trump violently struck her in the face. She says that afterward, if she ever revealed what he had done, Mr. Trump threatened that she and her family would be “physically harmed if not killed.” She says she has been in fear of him ever since.
And don't forget Hillary was the one who nailed Jesus to the cross. Now is the time for Sarah and Barstool to start up the phone tree that kept Barstool on DWTS way past her expiration date to vote as often as possible for the Cheeto Jesus... that way a 21st century Jesus can rise again and the right and just Christians can rule the USA..
DeleteHypocrites. And you wonder why half the country despises Hillary. If she wins the presidency, it will be the most scandal ridden and investigated white house you have ever seen, all her doing.
DeleteIt will certainly be the most investigated but there will be very little scandal aside from the millions of dollars spent on the investigations.

Keith Olbermann: Comey and Chaffetz conspired to hand election ‘by treachery to Donald Trump’
ReplyDeleteKeith Olbermann called for the immediate resignation of both FBI Director James Comey and Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) for their handling of the latest Hillary Clinton email revelations.
A furious Olbermann said Comey and Chaffetz — who had rescinded his endorsement of Donald Trump over a hot mic recording that revealed him boasting of sexual assaulting women — appear to have colluded on the release of the statement Friday afternoon for partisan political gain.
“Why did (Chaffetz) late Wednesday night suddenly pivot back to supporting Trump?” Olberman said. “Why did he reverse 36 hours before Comey’s historically slovenly, craven note that left Pandora’s box unjustly unlocked so that a sniveling little coward like Chaffetz could peek inside (and) then deliberately exaggerate what he saw and fuel Donald Trump’s latest delusion rage.”
Olbermann said Chaffetz put words in Comey’s mouth by saying the investigation, which had never been officially closed, had been reopened, although other FBI agents have said Clinton did not send or receive the newly recovered emails.
http://www.rawstory.com/2016/10/keith-olbermann-comey-and-chaffetz-conspired-to-hand-election-by-treachery-to-donald-trump/
"“If Chaffetz knew Comey’s note was coming, then he and Comey or other sources in the FBI HAVE colluded to try to manipulate the election, in which case Mr. Chaffetz and Mr. Comey may need the best criminal defense attorneys that money may procure,”
DeleteFBI Director James Comey argued privately that it was too close to Election Day for the United States government to name Russia as meddling in the U.S. election and ultimately ensured that the FBI's name was not on the document that the U.S. government put out, a former FBI official tells CNBC.
DeleteThe official said some government insiders are perplexed as to why Comey would have election timing concerns with the Russian disclosure but not with the Huma Abedin email discovery disclosure he made Friday.

I just keep thinking of Pay to Play.
DeleteTrump himself never spoke to either, but if someone told someone who told someone, etc. that eventually ended up with Comey and Chaffetz and there was any sort of promise in the new administration in there, then you've got your violation of the Hatch Act, collusion, rigging, etc. up the Wazoo.
I cannot help but think there was a coordinated effort here. Considering Trump's personality and business methods, I would not be surprised if he simply looked for the weakest links and easiest path. The ethics and morals of what happened or the result would mean nothing but a WIN. Win at all costs, legal or illegal, moral or immoral.
http://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2016/9/28/12904136/donald-trump-corrupt?yptr=yahoo
ReplyDeleteAnd it's KNOWN that Comey refused to let his name and the FBI's name be on the papers released stating the involvement of Russia in the hacking. He said it was too close to the election. What the fuck would staying quiet matter if Russia were involved. Russia's not America. Other than because of Trump and his own people being involved, why would it be important to Comey to keep hush-hush about Putin/Russia interfering in the US election? And if no Trump people were involved, so there were absolutely no need to worry about appearing to favor a candidate, why wouldn't Comey want to make the statement condemning the involvement of Russia.

Donald Trump Owes Former Pollster $776K
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump owes a former pollster three-quarters of a million dollars records from the Federal Election Commission show.
In the latest filings, which are updated daily because of the close proximity to Election Day, show that Trump is contesting a $766,756 bill from the polling firm Fabrizio, Lee & Associates. The news was first reported by the Washington Post.
Trump hired his first pollster in May. Tony Fabrizio was an ally of Trump's second de facto campaign manager Paul Manafort, but was let go during the last shake up when Manafort was fired and Trump hired Steve Bannon and pollster Kellyanne Conway to run his campaign.
Trump has a long history and dozens of lawsuits recounting his refusal to pay his employees and contractors.

But of course. I'm sure the poll showed that Trump was losing and unlikely to win. Trump doesn't pay for bad news.
