Donald Trump once again takes to Twitter to attack the press. So presidential.

Wasn't it Omarosa who told us that Trump had a list of enemies?

Well clearly the New York Times made the list.

By the way Trump lied, the Times did not apologize.
Personally I think the New York Times did an amazing job of covering Trump, and I have little doubt that now that he has "won" the presidency that the Times will see its subscribers grow as more and more people worry about what he will do while in office.

In fact I just subscribed myself.

  1. Anonymous11:07 AM

And his latest tweet is some public ego stroking - he's obviously in a dither -

"The debates, especially the second and third, plus speeches and intensity of the large rallies, plus OUR GREAT SUPPORTERS, gave us the win!"

There is some kind of inherent instability in his character/psychological make up and "winning" hasn't altered it no matter how often he says he'll get himself under control and be "presidential" or whatever.

Trump is not only the most unqualified uninformed inexperienced person ever elected to public office, he is also the most secretive about his finances and dealings. Add to that the fact that he is also the oldest person ever elected and he's been highly secretive about his medical history as well (other than the BS medical report he revealed on Dr. Oz citing his high testosterone levels LOL).

    1. Anonymous12:42 PM

I hope he has a major heart attack or stroke and we never hear from him again! Can't believe I'm saying this, but I do mean it!

Cannot abide him...there is nothing redeeming about him....he's sick mentally and physically (obese body due to zero physical activity - watch him just do the function of walking!).

He will be a horrible leader of our country. He's ill equipped for the position which is being shown on a daily basis as it was throughout his campaign. He lost all three debates too, which should tell everyone something! He's poorly spoken and doesn't read from all reports. He watches TV to get his news and scope on things. If that truly isn't frightening to everyone it should be.

Media has shown itself not to be truthful when talking about Trump - most especially FOX and CNN! Trump watches FOX because it puts glowing reports out there about him on a 24 hour cycle!

Prepare to figure out how you can help care for your minority friends, your Muslim ones as well as those that are in your home (or outside of it) that are gay!

They are going to need us under the dictatorship of Trump! He is going to create havoc within America. Be prepared!

  2. Anonymous11:14 AM

Yes and Kellyanne Conway just threatened Harry Reid for speaking the truth about the yam on the Senate floor she threatened him saying maybe legally. The last I knew his freedom of speech was guaranteed by the Constitution. The fascism is beginning.

And, while you are at it, donate to Planned Parenthood which Trump and Republicans also wants to rip apart!

  4. Anonymous11:26 AM

If trump was smart he would resign before the republicans start to impeach him. Trump is not a republican, he is a democrat and Rino communist. They like crazy unelectable pence. Trump is not liked by republicans and they will impeach him. He should resign due to his rigged election and do it for America and the American People.

  5. From the quote of Trump's first tweet: Wow, the @nytimes is losing thousands of subscribers …

Since the Times is reporting an increase in subscriptions, Trump is obviously just pulling this unsupported claim out of his … face.

From the quote of Trump's second tweet: letter to their subscribers apologizing …

There's no apology in the letter—the same comment applies.

    1. Anonymous12:27 PM

Lies just run off the imbeciles tongue - he can't help himself. No one believes a thing he says!

      He's already being admonished everywhere.

Donnie is going to be crying on some stage next and/or peeing his pants or shitting his drawers!

He's one friggin' messed up boy child! Good God Almighty! He's screwed up!

  9. Anonymous11:46 AM

During his campaign, Trump threatened to sue women who have accused him of sexual misconduct, as well as The New York Times, following a story the news organization published in which two women accused Trump of touching them inappropriately. However, a lawsuit was not filed.

Trump threatening lawsuits is like Trump building his wall, repealing Obamacare on his first day, evicting Muslims, evicting Mexicans, his "Stop & Frisk The Blacks", waterboarding terrorists, kill terrorist's wives and children.

Swear to gad free, he's going to be assassinated or impeached. Have no clue which will come first.

He's nothing more than a huge joke upon our nation and the world. He cries for adoration and tain't gonna get it! Look at the handwriting on the wall, Donnie boy!

  10. Anonymous11:48 AM

    LMAO! You go, Donald.
    What a prick.

  11. Anonymous11:53 AM

Previous comment that is so true.

"He's tweeted 7 times today. His first 2 are about the NYT and his last one on it too. 4 tweets are about who has called to congratulate him. He has this need to let everyone know, as if it legitimizes him. And, like, as if this isn't just tradition--everyone does it. He is still obsessing about the MSM and attacking the NYT, and he doesn't get what their apology to the people really means."

  12. Anonymous11:54 AM

.... “President-elect Trump, as you assume the nation’s highest office, we urge you to reconsider and change course on certain campaign promises you have made. These include your plan to amass a deportation force to remove 11 million undocumented immigrants; ban the entry of Muslims into our country and aggressively surveil them; punish women for accessing abortion; reauthorize waterboarding and other forms of torture; and change our nation’s libel laws and restrict freedom of expression.

“These proposals are not simply un-American and wrong-headed, they are unlawful and unconstitutional....

  13. Anonymous11:56 AM

"Trump owes the nation leadership, not petty attempts to silence his critics.”

“Instead of rising to the responsibility of his office, Trump is hiding behind his Twitter account and sending his staff on TV to threaten his critics," Jentleson's statement said. On Sunday morning, Trump criticized The New York Times on his Twitter account.

“If this is going to be a time of healing, Trump must take action immediately to stop the acts of hate and threats of violence that are being committed in his name across the country," Jentleson's statement continued. "Trump owes the nation leadership, not petty attempts to silence his critics.”....

    1. Anonymous12:19 PM

He is going to be a major disaster (as leader of our country) because he can't keep his fucking mouth shut. He's too temperamental and ego driven which was shown throughout the campaign!

Keep your fucking mouth shut, Donald! You are as Unpresidential as a human can be!

      Fuck him!

  14. Anonymous12:00 PM funny. President Twitty twatty trump tv Show. Trump against 400 million americans. LOL....our prez rumpinstien, the Grinch that stole Christmas....all the sad wee the people of America have been bamboozled by the team trump U. Maybe he can explain in court how that works.

  16. Anonymous12:06 PM

Frankly I do not feel any pity for the NYTimes. Throughout the campaign there were multiple articles daily about Trump; rarely a word about Hillary Clinton's campaign except to report that there were emails clouding her every step. Granted the NYTimes endorsed Hillary Clinton but, other than that, they gave her little support. Paul Krugman and the occasional oped piece that put forth her views on the issues or criticized Trump's views. Otherwise, their articles articles that mentioned Hillary Clinton also mentioned brought up the emails or the notion that people did not think she was trustworthy. The Times' publisher is likely worried that they'll lose advertising revenue from Trump's company. I think they lost subscriptions from Democrats who, like us, were tired of their lackluster reporting, especially with regard to the Comey stunt when the paper opted to rant about emails instead of investigating the ties between Putin's regime and the Trump campaign. In the paper it was referred to as "much ado about nothing."

    1. Anonymous1:04 PM

The New York Times also published lies about Hillary Clinton very early in her campaign and deliberately let them stand for weeks before retraction.

The New York Times also censored Andrea Fay Freeman when she responded to the bullying personal attack on her by Sarah Palin and her family.

The editors of the New York Times can go to hell.

    2. Anonymous1:41 PM

The newspaper is obviously doing something right because they are constantly getting under Trump's skin. I've already subscribed to them via the mail!

Trump trying to silence his critics and SENATE MEMBERS with the threat of legal action.

Reid spokesman: Trump 'always used threats and intimidation'

By REBECCA MORIN 11/13/16 02:34 PM EST

Several hours after Donald Trump's campaign manager warned Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid to be careful "in a legal sense" after he released a statement calling the president-elect a "sexual predator," Reid's spokesman criticized Trump for trying to "silence his critics with the threat of legal action."

“It only took five days for President-elect Trump to try to silence his critics with the threat of legal action. This should shock and concern all Americans," Adam Jentleson, Reid's deputy chief of staff, said in a statement released Sunday...

    1. Anonymous1:39 PM

Say it again, Harry Reid! "Donald Trump is a self-declared sexual predator!" Words from his own mouth. They'd lose a law suit in a heart beat. There is way too much video out there that would prove your point!

Another threat of a lawsuit, Kellyanne? Bring it on! Your Master does have major sexual desires....he talked about and professed it for years as a younger man!

At 70, being extremely overweight, probably having high blood pressure and on medication for it - will all inhibits his sex acts as to having erections naturally.

He more than likely has to use Viagra IF that even works for him!

His poor wife having to be under that body and having his face so close! Cannot imagine.

I doubt many are afraid of their lawsuits. They cry that mantra way too much which makes it get very old and unbelievable.

Learn something new to say, Kellyanne Conway!

    2. Anonymous1:25 PM

What will be interesting is to follow the press in Europe. We know that Trump in America is planning on curtailing our media, so we'll have to use other sources to get the 'real' scoop.

Trump thinks he's a smart cookie, but he's far from it. Plus, he's going to have a lot of mob-like folks around him. Damn, but we are in for a ride. But, we can beat his and their white, Republican asses!

It's going to be an all-day endeavor for many Americans to constantly watch and listen to Trump and review his words for blatant lies that always seem to fall from his lips!

He's going to have so much scrutiny it will blow his and his Administration's minds. And, it will get out verbally no matter how much they try to shut things down. When there is a will, there is always a way!

Hang on, America! Make sure you are prepared for whatever comes and that you help other Americans - especially our minority, gay and Muslim friends and neighbors!

And, don't forget our protestors! Trump will run over them as a military force and I sincerely hope none are randomly killed! Should they be - all Hell will break lose!! That one act of control would bring Trump down to the bottom of the pit!

Damn, but I'm going to miss President Obama and the thought of what a 'real POTUS Hillary Clinton' would be like gracing our leadership!

We're going to be wishing big time that we'd never seen that fat face of Donald Trump!

"Still, Mrs. Clinton’s instinct to shun any personal responsibility angered some Democrats. Several donors on the call, while deeply bitter about Mr. Comey’s actions, said they believed that Mrs. Clinton and her campaign had suffered avoidable missteps that handed the election to an unacceptable opponent. They pointed to the campaign’s lack of a compelling message for white working-class voters and to decisions years ago by Mrs. Clinton to use a private email address at the State Department and to accept millions of dollars for speeches to Wall Street.

“There is a special place in hell for Clinton staff, allegedly including Cheryl Mills, that okayed the email server setup,” Jim Manley, a Democratic strategist and former senior aide to Senator Harry Reid of Nevada, wrote on Sidewire, a social media site, referring to a longtime aide and lawyer to Mrs. Clinton."

“We’re gonna have people suing you like you’ve never been sued before”: Trump threatens NYT, WaPo and the First Amendment

.... After accepting Christie’s endorsement and mocking Rubio by flinging water all over the stage (a la the Senator’s infamous 2013 SOTU-response gaffe), Trump took an ill-advised (for anyone else) swing at the First Amendment — more specifically libel laws, which he promised to “open up” as president.

“So that when The [failing] New York Times writes a hit piece … we can sue them and win money instead of having no chance of winning because they’re totally protected,” Trump told rallygoers. “With me, they’re not protected, because I’m not like other people … I’m not taking their money.”

Finally, Trump addressed The New York Times and Washington Post directly, “We’re gonna have people suing you like you’ve never been sued before.”...

The Rogue Responds: Palin Attorney Threatens Lawsuit Over Biography

    By Joe Jackson @JoeJackson
    Sept. 28, 2011

Sarah Palin’s family lawyer has told Crown Publishing Group (CPG) she may sue the company for “knowingly publishing false statements” in a controversial book recently published on the ex-Alaska Governor.

In a letter to the publisher – obtained by ABC News – attorney John Tiemessen warns that Palin is considering launching the lawsuits over damning allegations in the much-publicized biography that she used cocaine and had extra-marital affairs. Tiemessen instructs the company to keep any emails or records related to the book, called The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin, and its veteran author, Joe McGinniss.

This is to provide notice to Ms. Moore, and those who re-publish the defamation, such as Huffington Post, MSNBC, the New York Times and The Washington Post,

To the extent several websites, most notably liberal Alaska blogger Shannyn Moore, are now claiming as "fact" that Governor Palin resigned because she is "under federal investigation" for embezzlement or other criminal wrongdoing, we will be exploring legal options this week to address such defamation. This is to provide notice to Ms. Moore, and those who re-publish the defamation, such as Huffington Post, MSNBC, the New York Times and The Washington Post, that the Palins will not allow them to propagate defamatory material without answering to this in a court of law. The Alaska Constitution protects the right of free speech, while simultaneously holding those "responsible for the abuse of that right." Alaska Constitution Art. I, Sec. 5.
