Trump supporter interrupts "HAMILTON" in Chicago with shouts of "We won! You Lost! Get over it! F*ck you!" Such reasonable people.

Courtesy of Broadway World:

Broadway World has learned that a Trump supporter interrupted the Saturday evening performance of Hamilton in Chicago. An audience member seated in the balcony allegedly shouted "We won! You Lost! Get over it! F*ck you!" during the number "Dear Theodosia."

One Twitter user who attended the show alleges that the audience member also shouted profanities and had an altercation with security before being removed from the auditorium.

One Facebook user wrote "At the end, the performers were crying... so was I. They didn't break characters once. They still sang their hearts out."

Later there there was an update that what seemed to incense the man was this line from the play, "immigrants, we get the job done," and the cheers which followed.

The man also admitted that he was intoxicated at the time, which I am sure is a condition that a lot of Trump supporters will share as they finally come to learn just who they put into the White House.

I guess that this is the country that we live in today.

A country where people rudely interrupt a popular stage show, and act out in anger when confronted with knowledge of the contributions made by immigrants to this great nation.

Trump has given the racists, fascists reason to come out from under their rocks and reek havoc, something we have not seen since the 50's, 60's.

If we weren't a country that welcomes immigrants Donald Trump would not be here, in all likelihood. He was born here, but none of his grandparents were born in the US. That makes his a "pretty recent" American family.

    http://genealogy.about.com/od/famous_family_trees/p/trump.htm

And, I bet the same is true of many of his most vocal and obnoxious supporters.

We are all from immigrants. How dare them be so anti-immigrant. Just shows how stupid they all are. Is this the result of our public education or were they all home schooled and taught nothing about this country.

6:26, I would have agreed with you had you said the majority of us instead of ALL.

I do believe you forgot the indigenous peoples. Also, I don't really know if one can identify the slaves who were forcefully brought here as "immigrants", which implies voluntary travel. And, NO, that is not a racial slur or attack. It is merely a question.

Are they citizens now? Most definitely! I'm just not sure we should call them immigrants.

      I understand, though, your intent.

They no longer understand their responsibilities as electors beyond voting the party line.

None of them are historians or have studied Alexander Hamilton or the Federalist Papers.

I'm sure quite a few are more than happy to have Nazis and Fascists in Drumpf's cabinet.

Not only is the Donald from a pretty "new" American family, if he hadn't married two immigrants he wouldn't have 3 of his 4 the children. So, his first 3 and last children are first generation American citizens. How lucky they are, and now the family would deny the same dreams of a better life to millions? OMG, the irony and the greed!!.

Error above -- it should say he wouldn't have 4 of his 5 children (Ivanka, Donald Jr and Eric with Ivana, with immigrant wife #1, and Barron, with immigrant wife #2). Poor Tiffany is the only one with two "american" parents. Makes his anti-immigrant beliefs even more atrocious.

We are all immigrants, or the children of immigrants, unless we are Native Americans.
All those white supremecists, who have nothing to feel superior about except the color of their skin, are probably the offspring of dirt-poor immigrants who came over here to try to scrabble out a better life than the one they could find in their native lands. Nothing to feel superior about. If their ancestors had stayed home, they'd be living in huts and milking the master's cows.

Watching The Today Show, dRumpf with Melania at his said, "we have explained to Barron as best we can" that Daddy is president. What 10-year-old doesn't understand what POTUS is? Not poking fun; autistic grandsons of my own.

Wow, that daddy quote strikes me as odd. Barron is 10 and will be 11 in March. He is now more than 10 ½ years of age. He is in 4th grade. When I was 10 I was in 5th grade, not 4th, and I was in 6th grade when 11. Kids who were 9 started 4th grade and a good number of them turned 10 in the spring and entered 5th grade as 10-year-olds. I know some people hold a kid back a year, and it seems to be more common today. Fine. But whether in 4th or 5th grade, what kid who is more than 10 1/2 years old doesn’t understand what has happened with the running for president and getting elected. I'm not expecting him to understand things that teenagers and adults understand. But at his age I would not have needed my mom and dad to talk to me that way about things. At his age I had been a babysitter and done laundry and helped cook holiday dinners. And I went to school at a public school. This kid has all the resources in the world for growth and yet seems to comprehend more like a 7 or 8-year-old and to be treated as such.

I think that Donald and Melania need to be truthful to the American people about their son Barron. No one would want anything but the best for a child with disabilities. But to pretend that everything is just fine leaves the child open to all sorts of unpleasantness, mostly based on ignorance. Is the family silence based on shame? It should not be - the disability is not the child's fault. Maybe Melania could decide that her "first lady cause" would be helping the general public better understand and provide better care for people with disabilities.

Sexually promiscuous daughter's mother must not have taught her daughter to keep her panties up.
They said Sarah's first born was a premature baby but others said she was pregnant when she eloped. Her daughter had two babies from two different fathers before getting married. Son had a quickie wedding on the side of a road and he too had a baby that suddenly appeared. Now he planted another fetus and was not married to the fetus's mother at the time he kicked the shit out of her.

So Sarah about all your grandkids, what goes around comes around...

So much for Sarah telling others "What goes around comes around". She needs to tell her kids first about that lesson.

Sarah and Todd's adult kids have been in massive trouble most of their lives and none of them have ever held regular jobs as do the majority their ages in Alaska or America!

The entire family (to include Sarah and Todd) are poorly educated and have shown it time and time again in their words and deeds.

Plus, none of them (except for Todd when he worked on the North Slope many years ago for an oil company - in labor type work) actually work and hold jobs. They are living off Sarah and her money is diminishing according to the reports she has to file.

It is not fun being a Palin and I seriously doubt anyone would want to walk in their shoes!

They have brought it all on themselves and have taught their children to follow in their footsteps. Going to be interesting seeing where they all are ten years from now! Their family will be huge as they show themselves to be good at making babies. Those poor kids being born into that family!

It's a very sad world out in Western Alaska. Until certain social mores change within their culture this will continue just as it has for centuries.

Alcohol and drug abuse have heightened the occurrences but familial rape and abuse is simply part of a culture, not that it excuses it but it is going to take a lot of time fix it, and only if native leaders want to fix it and want to help to fix it.

There is hopelessness in these villages that stems from poverty and abuse, that is why the suicide rate is so high.

The Anchorage sexual assaults stem from a whole different set of causes, more like what you find in other cities nationwide; domestic abuse fueled by alcohol and bad decisions. As you can see from the statistics very few sexual assaults happen between strangers.

While I really dislike his POV on so many things, reading about what he had to say on this issue was really refreshing. His "boss" should pay attention and just let Mr. Pence do is own talking and reacting.

The hatred was there - smoldering. Trump brought it to the forefront. I received two mailings from the Southern Poverty Law Center, the main institution that tracks "hate groups" here. Scary stuff. Trump seems to have unleashed some really bad behavior. Hopefully it will die down.

I think you hold more hope that I, Beaglemom! I so fear for our country and don't see things settling down as various folks keep continual tabs on the ill doings of Trump and publicize them. He can't totally control and stop the media!

And, why would he change now? Just don't see it! He's too evil!!

    3. Maybe it will get bad enough some of us can secede. Then we can have Blue countries instead of Blue states.

Typical Trumpanzee. I hope that his name is published soon and when he sobers up he'll never be able to live this down!

    And here's another story, courtesy of Raw Story, of how smart (NOT!) these "people" are (shades of the Starbucks not-actually-a-boycott 'boycott);

This segment of society rarely gets it right. I worked in a theatre that was featuring the opera Carmen. A bus load of christian school kids and their handlers showed up at the theatre expecting a concert by a christian artist named Carmen. They were disappointed to say the least.

Yep, and from a new interview with Bannon it's now known just how much influence he has over Trump and that Bannon expects his brand of politics to make the GOP kings for the next fifty years. He also says he's a nationalist but not a white nationalist. In his mind the two can be separated, or at least he wants people to think that. We know what it really means. Everyone can see it.
