Not all of the recent protests have been against Donald Trump. For instance there was this one in Portland, Maine.

Courtesy of WGME:

As rallies continue worldwide against the president's immigration ban, one group gathered in Portland to show its support for Donald Trump's executive order.

William Hall of Gray says he organized the rally at Monument Square in Portland in response to rallies against the president's ban.

Hall and several other people at Saturday's gathering say they don't agree with everything Trump does or says, but they do think the ban on immigrants from seven Muslim-majority countries entering the U.S. is the right call right now.

"We need to do better background checks on immigrants coming into this country," said Hall. "We have borders for a reason. Having open borders is like having a home without walls, plain and simple."

"Hall and several other people."

That is just precious.

And apparently this is only one of a number of poorly attended pro-Trump rallies that sprung up around the country.

But remember, this is all fake news. Only the mighty Donald Trump has access to the "TRUTH!"

It's not that there has been no serious vetting already in place. Living in Trumpland is extremely bizarre and becoming more so each day. "Alternative facts" or outright lies have become a way of life for the infant Trump administration. Unfortunately some people actually believe them.

    1. Anonymous5:27 AM

Isn't it, though? I was following one link in reply to the Bowling Green Massacre, and people believe it.

    2. Leland5:49 AM

The infant HUMPTY TRUMPTY, too, not just his administration.

  2. Anonymous5:14 AM

"But...but...but, that's 1.5 million people! That was a Yu-u-u-ge crowd to show their support of the president!"

    1. Anonymous5:40 AM

Maybe he could have Maleria pose nude for the "crowds"? Maybe a few more people would show up. If the advertising said "Se the first lady (I refuse to capitalize that for her) nude. How many would expect to see Ivanka there?

    2. Anonymous6:10 AM

@5:40 Funny how they threw a Y-u-u-u-ge hissy fit when Michelle Obama showed up in a sleveless dress, and are oddly silent at the neud photos of Melanoma.

    3. Anonymous9:02 AM

I picture in my mind, the gop members passing around those nude photos and snickering like schoolboys. Imagine the outrage - OUTRAGE - if the wife of a democratic member had these photos available? The photos are not that attractive, with her scowling, no curves, just straight up and down. This was before tRump bought her the fake boobs.

  3. Anonymous5:24 AM

Gryph you won't believe this shit. This is the reason why Melania is hiding out in New York and letting Ivanka take on the role as First Lady. Melania accused of being an escort has affected her abilities to become First Lady. I thought maybe being treated as a second class citizen by Donald has hurt her image?

    Washington Post:
Melania Trump missed out on ‘once-in-a-lifetime opportunity’ to make millions, lawsuit says

.... The suit says the Daily Mail article “impugned her fitness to perform her duties as First Lady of the United States.”

.... the lawsuit said significant emotional and economic damage was done and asks for compensatory and punitive damages of at least $150 million....

The new suit comes as Trump continues to shy away from the spotlight, taking an unusually low-profile approach thus far to her role as first lady. She has continued to live in New York, and has moved slowly to hire a White House staff....

    1. Anonymous5:43 AM

Maybe she is afraid some of her former "clients" would recognize her? Look at her nude photos, I can not believe she made enough posing for those, to afford to live in NY and fly back to wherever she came from to renew her visa.Just like her University degrees (2) and her speaking 5 languages, this is aslo fake.

    2. Anonymous6:04 AM

How tacky, a first lady hawking jewelry, clothing, perfume etc.

Trump supporters don't have the money to buy her crap and those that do wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.

Best part is she sunk herself, exposed her own plan to profit from her position as first lady.

boy the trump's sure are keeping the Ethics office busy.

    3. Anonymous6:13 AM

Too freaking bad, Melania. Just because your surname is synonymous with weasel, think you can avoid your past?

HOW many years we tolerated OUR gorgeous First Lady Michelle being taunted with racial slurs and every slight imaginable when there was nothing to base it on. You're a two-bit HO and plenty to prove it. Quit your damned whining, bitch.

    4. Anonymous9:06 AM

Seems that I read about her FAILING businesses BEFORE her repulsive "husband" was put into the WH by Vlad. Nobody could afford it, nor wanted to buy it, so this is another lie by the tRumps. She is too old to go back to her previous "career" as an escort.

Trump supports Puppy Mills and animal abuse!!!

There is nothing worse than someone that obstructs the protection of animals that have no voice of their own. Disgusting.

How Trump's USDA Could Hurt Puppies

In a suprise move, the agency took down documents that journalists and advocates relied on to track animal abusers.

It may have just gotten a lot harder to spot puppy abusers: A section of the US Department of Agriculture's website that provided documents detailing animal abuse was taken down last Friday, without warning. For more than 10 years, the government agency posted information on violators of the Animal Welfare Act and Horse Protection Act. Citizens, journalists, and animal advocacy organizations like the Humane Society relied on these reports to identify zoos, animal research labs, horse breeders, and dog breeders who violated the laws.

... The agency said people will now have to file Freedom of Information Act requests to obtain the same information, though this process can take many months, if not years.

... The Humane Society of the United States filed legal action against the USDA on Monday. Goodwin said the organization plans to fight the USDA's decision "all the way." "The USDA has a lot to explain for denying public access to this information," he said.

Scientologist trumpsteins are very deranged and delusional ass clowns. Their altnutso thought process is toxic waste in the swamp. Time for that cult to be dismantled and be gone forever.

  6. Anonymous5:36 AM

Wanna bet they are the same people that rig the online polls that trump is so fond of.

Someone is paying random internet users to lobby for Betsy DeVos's confirmation

That Trump crowd in Portland Maine is larger than President Obama's two inaugurations put together.

Trump 'shows true face of US,' says Iran's Supreme Leader
    By Elizabeth Roberts, CNN
Updated 7:52 AM EST, Tue February 07, 2017

(CNN) Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said Tuesday that he's grateful to President Donald Trump for showing "the true face of the US."

Khamenei told a gathering of Iran's air force commanders in Tehran that the new US administration has shown the world "the depth of corruption in US government," according to quotes published by Iran's semi-official MEHR news agency.

Khamenei reportedly told the commanders: "We however thank this new guy in the White House, since he largely did the job we had been trying to do in the past decades: to divulge the true face of the US. We had been working to show the world the depth of corruption in US government and ranks and files of the ruling elite; Trump did it in few days after coming to the White House."...

Remember this post when we go to war and thousands of American troops die looting Iran's oil for Trump.

Yeah right, it took him a FEW YEARS to find out she was illegal.

I am not buying it, with all the news of others hiring illegal housekeepers, they never thought to ask for documents, how were they “withholding taxes, Social Security etc and he was the CEO of business.

    NOPE the guy is lying!!

Labor Nominee Admits To Employing Undocumented Immigrant

...."My wife and I employed a housekeeper for a few years, during which I was unaware that she was not legally permitted to work in the U.S. When I learned of her status, we immediately ended her employment and offered her assistance in getting legal status. We have fully paid back taxes to the IRS and the State of California and submitted all required paperwork,” Puzder, the CEO of CKE Restaurants, said in a statement obtained by the Huffington Post.....

Anyone that opposes trump is not a real person !!! Just confirmed again, trump is only working for his minority group of supporters, rest of American can go to hell.

Kellyanne Conway believes liberals jamming Capitol Hill switchboard are not ‘real people’: report

....According to Capitol Hill staffers, citizens opposing Betsy DeVos’ nomination have flooded the Capitol Hill switchboard with a record 1.5 million calls a day.

While the flood of calls may cause some senators to think twice before voting for DeVos, the White House is reportedly ignoring the outpouring.

During Monday’s morning meeting, Conway, multiple sources said, shrugged off the concerns from thousands of people jamming phone lines critical of Trump’s Cabinet nominees, explaining that she’s more worried about her own “RPI” or “Real Person Impact” meter....................

Face it,, we the people have NO VOICE in tRump's America. Maybe we had better learn to speak Russian.

"1.5 million attend Trump rally in Portland"

  14. Anonymous8:52 PM

I live an hour outside of Portland, and the is just adorable. We just had a very well attended rally against the Muslim ban - the streets were packed, the people were pumped (I won't lie and say we had a million people - there are only 1 million people in Maine, not counting the dead people and Fred Douglass. We have a good sized Somali refugee population that we liberals in southern Maine are supporting no matter what. I hope Portland becomes a sanctuary city if it isn't already.

What's really funny is that this is a normal amount of people to see on the street in Portland on the weekend - they could easily be mistaken for passersby with personal space issues, lol. The coast of maine especially is very liberal and Number 45 made the mistake of coming to Portland himself during the campaign - we're not his crowd - and he was booed when he tried to stoke anti-immigrant (anti-Muslim) feeling for our Somali refugee community. I'm proud that Portland has actively stood against him and that we are protecting our own. But also that we didn't bother this adorable little band of brothers, and are standing up for their rights, too, whether they know it or not.

Don't feed the trolls!
It just goes directly to their thighs.
