Remember this?

I think you already know the punchline to this joke.

Courtesy of CNN:

President Donald Trump headed to one of his golf courses again Sunday, marking his 13th visit to one since taking office and the eighth consecutive weekend he has spent at properties bearing his name.

While the President hasn't played golf on every visit, sometimes attending to presidential business, the trips underscore a break with his insistence on the campaign trail that he wouldn't spend his time golfing because of how hard he would be working.

Yep the guy who said he would be too busy to do any more golfing, has spent more time at golf resorts than any other president before him.

Personally I have to say that I prefer Trump out golfing instead of sitting in the Oval Office sabotaging the country.

It will be interesting to see if he EVER visits Camp David.

After the Trumpcare debacle, it is obvious that Donnie is a lazy quitter, all campaign talk and ready to blame anyone but himself for his pitiful efforts at attaining what he campaigned for.

Donald Trump has also hired the wife of alleged White House Nazi Sebastian Gorka

Earlier this month controversy erupted when Vitezi Rend, a Hungarian Nazi group dating back to the time of Adolf Hitler, claimed that one of its sworn members is current White House counterterrorism adviser Sebastian Gorka. Gorka was a former writer at propaganda site Breitbart where he regularly posted anti-Muslim extremism. He’s gone on to deny the Nazi accusation, but it’s become a sufficiently serious matter that members of Congress are demanding answers as to whether or not there truly is a sworn Nazi working in the White House. But now it turns out Donald Trump also gave a job to Gorka’s wife – and she’s also a former Breitbart writer.

Katie Gorka, also known as Katharine Gorka, previously wrote for Breitbart and still has an author page available on the site (link). According to two different sources, Donald Trump hired her for his Department of Homeland Security transition team (link 1 and link 2). There is also confirmation in the New York Times that the two are in fact married, and don’t merely happen to have the same last name (link).

      https://www.splcenter.org/hatewatch/2017/03/24/gorkas-dubious-past-includes-failing-hungarys-national-security-test

"Later that week, he issued another statement: “I have never been a member of the Vitézi Rend. I have never taken an oath of loyalty to the Vitézi Rend. Since childhood, I have occasionally worn my father’s medal and used the ‘v’ initial to honor his struggle against totalitarianism,” Gorka told Tablet Magazine.

In the meantime, James Lobe has been steadily reporting on Gorka’s background, including his recent revelation that Gorka’s mother at one time worked as translator for notorious Holocaust denier David Irving.

Additionally, the Hungarian Free Press reported that Gorka attended a far-right convention led by Jobbik in 2007."

      http://lobelog.com/spotlight-on-gorkas-controversial-medal/

"Another intriguing aspect of the Gorka family’s life in Great Britain is their relationship to David Irving, a revisionist historian who tried to clean away the “years of grime and discoloration from the façade of a silent and forbidding monument” to reveal the real Hitler. His 1977 book, Hitler’s War, tried to whitewash Hitler while blaming the allies for escalating the war. Irving was prolific, coming out with a new book practically every year. Eventually, he decided to write a book on the 1956 Hungarian Revolution, which he published in 1981 under the title Uprising! One Nation’s Nightmare, 1956. The massive 740-page book is available online. Irving’s conclusion is that the revolt was “primarily an anti-Jewish uprising,” a gross misrepresentation of the facts. He interviewed a lot of people both in Hungary and abroad who had a role to play in the events. Although Pál Gorka, who had been freed from jail a few days after the outbreak of the uprising, certainly wasn’t a key player, he got at least a couple of footnotes. More interesting was the introduction where Irving thanked his three interpreters, one of whom was Susan Gorka, Pál’s wife and Sebastian’s mother. Considering that Irving, according to his own admission, spent about six years off and on doing research on this book and knew not a word of Hungarian, Susan Gorka must have worked with the author fairly closely."

Here Is Why Devin Nunes Being At The White House Is A Trump/Russia Cover-Up Smoking Gun

During an interview on MSNBC, Bill Kristol explained how the White House works and why House Intelligence Committee Chair Rep. Devin Nunes's admission that he met his source at the White House is evidence of a Trump/Russia cover-up operation.

...Kristol said, “In terms of security, it’s just like the White House. You have to go through the east entrance or the southern entrance….You have to get cleared in by someone in the White House. So Devin Nunes can not just show up at the White House and say, ‘Hey, I’m chairman of a committee in the House, and I’d to clear in someone, an outsider, to meet with me, Bill Kristol, because you have a nice room or even a secure room for me to meet in.’ What tells me is most likely, and obviously, I don’t know this, but putting two and two together about how the White House works, Devin Nunes was meeting with someone on the White House staff, or someone cleared in by the White House staff…I do believe the evidence is mounting up that Nunes got whatever information that he claims to have for his charges from the White House.”

Bill Kristol is the founder and editor of the conservative Weekly Standard. This is not some liberal making partisan claims against the White House, so there appears to be a growing consensus that there is something suspicious about what Nunes is doing.

...What appears to have happened is that the White House fed Nunes information in an attempt to derail the House Intelligence Committee investigation. In other words, the White House tried to cover-up the Russia scandal by planting false information about Trump being spied on to get investigators off their trail.

The Executive Branch of the federal government is meddling in a Legislative Branch investigation of the White House. This scenario is the definition of a constitutional crisis.

Nunes couldn’t have just been using a room at the White House. He was there for a reason, and that reason increasingly looks like an effort to kill the investigation into potential collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian government during the 2016 election.

Trump’s Approval Rating Is Now 2 Points Lower Than Obama’s Lowest Rating Ever

Just two months in, President Donald Trump's job approval rating fell from 41% to 36%, which is 2 points below President Obama's all time low rating. Yes, the President that Donald Trump the birther was so obsessed with was more popular than Donald Trump.

...According to a Gallup poll Trump’s “job approval rating fell to 36% for the three-day period of March 24-26, following Republican House leaders’ failed effort to pass a new healthcare bill that would have replaced the Affordable Care Act.”

Trump hit his prior low of 37% during the time period of March 16-18.

Gallup pointed out, “Trump’s current 36% is two percentage points below Barack Obama’s low point of 38%, recorded in 2011 and 2014.” Both 2011 and 2014 were years after President Obama took office in 2009, rather than the months it took the nation to disapprove of Trump at alarmingly high numbers.

White House Announces Jared Kushner Is Now Responsible For Everything

But over the weekend, the president’s philosophy on running the country suddenly became more clear. Trump wants to get a lot of work done, he just wants his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, to do it.

As the Washington Post’s Ashley Parker and Philip Rucker reported on Sunday, Kushner has been tapped to run an entirely new office with the “sweeping authority to overhaul the federal bureaucracy and fulfill key campaign promises ― such as reforming care for veterans and fighting opioid addiction.”

Okay, but let’s cast our minds back to Jan. 9, when the same newspaper reported this:

"After purchasing the Observer, Kushner...[40][41] Very young and with no substantial experience in journalism, Kushner could not establish a good relationship with the newspaper's veteran editor-in-chief, Peter W. Kaplan.[42] “This guy doesn’t know what he doesn’t know,” Kaplan remarked about Kushner, to colleagues, at the time. [42] As a result of his differences with Kushner, Kaplan quit his position. Kaplan was followed by a series of short-lived successors until Kushner hired Elizabeth Spiers in 2011.[43] In December 2011, the New York Post reported that the Observer expected to become profitable for the first time.[44] Spiers left the newspaper in 2012. In January 2013, Kushner hired a new editor-in-chief, Ken Kurson. Kurson had been a consultant to Republican political candidates in New Jersey[43] and one-time member of Rudy Giuliani's unsuccessful 2008 presidential primary campaign.

BREAKING: Devin Nunes Is Now The Subject Of A CRIMINAL Complaint To The FBI

Embattled House Intel Chairman, Devin Nunes (R-CA), has been reported to the FBI for corruption. The criminal complaint, filed by Scott Dworkin of the Democratic Coalition Against Trump, seems to include Nunes’ failure to disclose the fact that he’s got all his money sunk into a winery with heavy ties to Russia (which means he’s got a conflict of interest). It may also includ his admission that he had an obligation to inform Trump that some of his transition team’s communications got swept up in a foreign surveillance operation.

Nunes is definitely compromised, which is worth investigating.

Dworkin can’t make the details of his complaint public, but he did say that Nunes is unethical and that he was working on just such a complaint earlier today:

Fox News Frantically Tries To Cover Up Trump’s 13th Golf Trip And Absolutely NOBODY Is Buying It

Setting aside for a moment the sheer lunacy of the bar being set so low for Donald Trump that spending three consecutive days in the official presidential residence is considered worthy of a “news alert,” the statement was a complete and total lie. There are photographs that prove Trump was not in the White House this weekend. They also prove that he wasn’t working this weekend — at any location. He appears to have spent much of the past three days golfing.

Here’s Trump watching the Golf Channel with a few friends at his golf resort in Virginia on Sunday morning:

The Internet Goes For Newt Gingrich’s Throat Over Old Tweet About Obama Golfing

...The disgraced former House Speaker tweeted in 2013, “Trump and president obsma both golf but trump doesn’t charge the taxpayers $920,000 for a golf weekend in florida.”

Each time Trump goes to his Mar-a-Lago resort, it costs taxpayers $3 million, not $920,000. The alleged president is on track to spend $1 billion in 4 years to house his wife in New York City and vacationing in Mar-a-Lago virtually every week.

"President Donald Trump is set to announce a new White House office run by his son-in-law that will seek to overhaul government functions using ideas from the business sector.

A senior administration official said Trump on Monday will announce the White House Office of American Innovation. The official sought anonymity to discuss the office in advance of the formal rollout.

The plans for the office were first reported by The Washington Post.

The innovation office will be led by Jared Kushner, a senior adviser to Trump, and will report directly to the president."

Bill Maher did a great comment on Friday night about how similar Trump is to a third world despot. Filling government positions with all of his family was one of the indicators on the list.

"Trump's daughter Ivanka, who is married to Kushner and has a West Wing office but no official job, will get involved on issues she is focused on, such as workforce development."

But Melanoma and Damien are still living in New York.

The "Winter" White House is now the "Southern" White House and Trump is constantly LEAVING the White House to conduct business.

Could that be because they are NOT keeping records of who these meetings are with nor the substance of these meetings? They're supposed to have everyone meeting with the president at the White House sign a log, but they haven't released any of those records. So far there is no indication there have been any sign ins or logs kept for Mar-a-Lagofuckyourself or his Virginia golf club.

I guess that's what Trump meant by those locations being "so convenient."

I figured the punch line was the one regarding "working his ass off" because seriously, that guy has a bigger ass than I've ever seen on a man.

In face, the entire family is oddly shaped: small heads, long arms, knock knees, sloped shoulders and oddly small hands and feet.

Something was afoot back in their genetic soup, that's for sure. Probably a combo of inferior genetics with a few snippets of the closely related breeding.

If they didn't have money the entire crew would be playing banjos barefoot while drinking homemade liquor on the porch of a cabin in some forgotten hollow.

If any family should appreciate America it's that one, where else can a bunch of misshapen freaks with money attempt to lead the nation?

  32. "Senate Democrats on Monday forced a one-week delay in a committee vote on President Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee, who remains on track for confirmation with solid Republican backing.

Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, chairman of the Judiciary Committee, announced that, as expected, Democrats have requested a postponement. The committee vote on Judge Neil Gorsuch now will be held April 3.

As the committee readies to vote, three additional Democrats said they are likely to vote against the Denver-based appeals court judge. Florida Sen. Bill Nelson and Hawaii Sen. Mazie Hirono said they will vote against Gorsuch, and Vermont Sen. Patrick Leahy tweeted that he still was undecided but inclined to oppose him. Leahy is a senior member of the Judiciary panel and a former chairman.

That means at least 17 Democrats and independents, led by Minority Leader Chuck Schumer of New York, have announced their opposition to the Denver-based appeals court judge, arguing that Gorsuch has ruled too often against workers and in favor of corporations.

The Democrats who have announced their opposition have also said they will try to block the nominee, meaning Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., will have to hold a procedural vote requiring 60 votes to move forward. The Senate GOP has a 52-48 majority, meaning McConnell will need support from at least eight Democrats or independents.

It was unclear whether he would be able to get the 60 votes. If he doesn't, McConnell seems ready to change Senate rules and confirm him with a simple majority."

"The senator’s question was simple and straightforward: What would you have done?

Judge Neil Gorsuch wouldn’t answer. He couldn’t say whether, on orders from an employer, he’d have driven a tractor trailer with locked brakes, endangering the lives of other motorists, or instead allowed himself to freeze to death in sub-zero cold in an unheated truck cab while awaiting a mechanic.

Gorsuch dithered and demurred. He talked around the query. Finally, he said, “I don’t know.”

The vaunted jurist nominated for a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court couldn’t answer a basic question about a case on which he’d issued an infamous dissenting opinion. The fact that he had never considered the key question and the fact that Gorsuch, born and bred a 1 percenter, decided this case and others for moneyed interests without a thought for the people injured as a result, disqualifies him for a seat on the nation’s highest court."

"Gorsuch’s dissent says it was perfectly fine for TransAm to fire Maddin for acting to save his own life. Under Gorsuch’s reasoning, a corporation is entitled to require a worker to die for a load of meat."

"Gorsuch has treated other vulnerable people the same way. In the case of Grace Hwang, a lawyer and college professor who suffered breast cancer then leukemia, Gorsuch again sided with an employer who fired a worker faced with untenable choices."

"Autistic children like Endrew F. got no better treatment from Gorsuch. In the case of such a child, Gorsuch wrote that it was fine for a school district to provide instruction to special-needs children that resulted in improvement that was “merely... more than de minimis,” in other words, advancement so trivial as to be barely measurable."

"Gorsuch’s perverse propensity to discount humanity makes him unfit for the court. A soulless man cannot serve justice."

Kushner met with Kislyak, the Ambassador-Spy, too.

Is there anyone in the Trump administration that has NOT met with the Russians?
