Bill O'Reilly apparently followed in his sexual harassing mentor's footprints. Is there nobody at Fox who is NOT sexually harassing someone? Update!

I will be sexually assaulting you after this brief message from our sponsors.
Courtesy of the New York Times:

For nearly two decades, Bill O’Reilly has been Fox News’s top asset, building the No. 1 program in cable news for a network that has pulled in billions of dollars in revenues for its parent company, 21st Century Fox.

Behind the scenes, the company has repeatedly stood by Mr. O’Reilly as he faced a series of allegations of sexual harassment or other inappropriate behavior.

An investigation by The New York Times has found a total of five women who have received payouts from either Mr. O’Reilly or the company in exchange for agreeing to not pursue litigation or speak about their accusations against him. The agreements totaled about $13 million.

Two settlements came after the network’s former chairman, Roger Ailes, was dismissed last summer in the wake of a sexual harassment scandal, when the company said it did not tolerate behavior that “disrespects women or contributes to an uncomfortable work environment.”

The women who made allegations against Mr. O’Reilly either worked for him or appeared on his show. They have complained about a wide range of behavior, including verbal abuse, lewd comments, unwanted advances and phone calls in which it sounded as if Mr. O’Reilly was masturbating, according to documents and interviews.

You ever read something and then immediately wish you hadn't read it?

Well I just did, and now the unwanted image of Bill O'Reilly working his little "O'Reilly Factor" like a a hyperactive monkey is seared into my brain.

The article has even more lurid details, and even pictures of the wronged women.

O'Reilly of course claims that none of this is true, and instead alleges that his massive fame makes him a target for these frivolous accusations.

Actually think his massive ego and lack of a conscience are the reason for these accusations.

And this is by no means the first time that O'Reilly has been accused of being an icky pervert, or have you all forgotten the "Falafel Lawsuit." (Warning! If you read about it, you are DEFINITELY going to need a shower.)

Is it really ANY wonder that Fox News came out hard for Donald Trump during the nomination process?

After all he is a sexual deviant just like everybody at Fox News. It's like he's a member of the family.

In fact attorney Lisa Bloom, who is representing one of these women, suggests that Fox News is the "Bill Cosby of corporate America."

They should make THAT their byline to replace that ridiculous "Fair and Balanced" bullshit.

Update: It looks like in response to this story that Mercedes-Benz has pulled their advertising

Mitch McConnell Admits the ‘Rule’ That Blocked Merrick Garland Is Not Actually a Rule

...So, no rule. McConnell blockaded the Supreme Court vacancy because he had the votes to do it. There’s no principle guiding Supreme Court nominations other than: “Does the president have 50 Senate votes?”

Instead of trying to understand the Calvinball rules, Democrats should work within the order that exists. Which means they have to filibuster Neil Gorsuch...

    Our Dishonest President

...Where will this end? Will Trump moderate his crazier campaign positions as time passes? Or will he provoke confrontation with Iran, North Korea or China, or disobey a judge’s order or order a soldier to violate the Constitution? Or, alternately, will the system itself — the Constitution, the courts, the permanent bureaucracy, the Congress, the Democrats, the marchers in the streets — protect us from him as he alienates more and more allies at home and abroad, steps on his own message and creates chaos at the expense of his ability to accomplish his goals? Already, Trump’s job approval rating has been hovering in the mid-30s, according to Gallup, a shockingly low level of support for a new president. And that was before his former national security advisor, Michael Flynn, offered to cooperate last week with congressional investigators looking into the connection between the Russian government and the Trump campaign.

I have often wondered why don't folks see through these arrogant, smug sociopathic behaviors?
O'Reilly is one of the worst and had been since day one.
    I overheard:
Old geezer complaining to Costco about not having enough copies of O'Reillys books. He fit the profile of a trump manchild?
O'Reilly is bad for the country like hanity, limdick, gooliani and many more.

So the Donald donate other peoples money to the national park system? Really. After he and his friends cut off funding and polluted the parks with mining toxic waste he decides to donate the wages of the presidential office, aka taxpayer money.

Yep they are all the same. Disgusting old ugly men with lots of problems and dumb tag along women.
