Rememeber that? Guess what that is being used for at Fox.
Courtesy of Hollywood Reporter:
One employee of 21st Century Fox details a company presentation and expresses shock at seeing the president's infamous Billy Bush conversation: "There was an audible gasp in the room, like, 'Can you believe this is happening?'”
For the past few months, 21st Century Fox has been using the infamous Donald Trump Access Hollywood tape during company seminars to give Fox staffers an example of bad behavior in the workplace — a fact that became especially awkward this week as President Trump defended one of Fox's biggest stars, Bill O'Reilly, who is facing his own harassment scandal.
The seminars — a series of routine workshops at multiple divisions at Fox, the most recent one taking place Tuesday on the studio lot in Los Angeles — are led by a human resources executive with a focus on preventing harassment, discrimination and retaliation in the workplace. One attendee, who wishes to remain anonymous, tells The Hollywood Reporter that toward the end of the 1-hour seminar Tuesday, a photo appeared on the big-screen (seminars are presented inside a movie theater on the lot) featuring Trump, Billy Bush and actress Arianne Zucker from the 2005 Access Hollywood tape. Just before meeting Zucker, Trump bragged to Bush about grabbing women "by the pussy" and, in reference to Zucker, said, “I’ve got to use some Tic Tacs, just in case I start kissing her. You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful — I just start kissing them.”
The employees were then informed that this was a form of sexual harassment (Which they should have been able to figure out for themselves but then again they ARE employees of Fox.), and instructed to report anything like that to their supervisors or human resources.
Gee I wonder if Bill O'Reilly has taken this class?
Probably not. Though after he gets fired for being a giant perv, perhaps they will use his case to teach the NEXT sexual harassment classes.
"Next turn to chapter three and at the top of the page you will the heading 'Falafel.'"
It is not at all surprising that Donald Trump an admitted sexual assaulter would come to the defense of Bill O’Reilly. And the effects of having an admitted sexual assaulter hold the highest elected office in the country cannot be overlooked or understated. Women are traumatized again and again by this reality and sexual abusers feel permission because one got elected president.

ReplyDeleteIt’s Baldwin vs. Baldwin As ‘O’Reilly’ And ‘Trump’ Chat Sex Harassment ‘SNL’
“I see a lot of myself in you, Bill.”
Alec Baldwin faced himself on “Saturday Night Live,” but it wasn’t so very hard to do because he was playing two brothers from another mother: Bill O’Reilly and Donald Trump.
When those guys get together, can the topic of sex harassment be very far away? Baldwin’s O’Reilly discovers during the skit that one of his reporters isn’t on the scene — and no longer works for Fox News — prompting O’Reilly to ask: “Did she get the check?” The reporter’s disappearing act is a dig about recent reports of payments to at least five women to settle sex harassment accusations against O’Reilly. Other disappearing acts? Some 60 Fox News sponsors who no longer want to be associated with the “O’Reilly Factor.” That leaves a room for a commercial promoting “Dog Cocaine” on the “SNL” skit.
Baldwin’s O’Reilly finally ‘fesses up that he’s been the subject of some fuzzy complaints from women involving “exciting opportunities” he has offered. Fortunately, notes Baldwin, someone who is “unimpeachable on all female issues” has stepped forward to defend him.
Cue “Hail to the Chief,” and there’s Baldwin — again — on the other side of a split screen playing Trump. “I see a lot of myself in you, Bill,” says Baldwin’s Trump.
“O’Reilly” thanks “Trump” for saying that he “did nothing wrong,” even though it appears Trump doesn’t really know the facts of the case. He had a “loose hunch,” says Baldwin’s Trump. “I’m more familiar with this case than, say ... health care.”

ReplyDeleteAdvertisers Boycotting Bill O’Reilly Ignored Years Of Offensive Comments
He has a long history of making racist, sexist remarks on air.
Here’s a look back at some of O’Reilly’s worst moments in his 20 years at Fox News.

Just read this to my hubbs, and this is what he said:
ReplyDelete"BWAhahahahahahaha! gasp gasp HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, gasp, Tell me again, you can't be serious, hahahahahahaha......"
...Any other employer would have held an employee accountable for the things that Bill O'Reilly is doing, but there's clearly a culture and an epidemic of sexual harassment and worse at Fox News, and they've also covered it up and sort of tried to sweep it under the rug. And so, in any other case the employer would have held their employee accountable. They didn't do it with Bill O'Reilly, and so in this scenario, you're seeing the business associates hold it accountable. And that's not my opinion, that's reflected in the statements that the advertisers are giving, because they're not just saying, you know, we don't want to advertise anymore, we want to avoid controversy, that kind of thing. They're taking very strong stances about their positions on sexual harassment, and that's because when they're out there speaking, they're speaking as much to their current and prospective customers as they are to their own employees. They have to make it clear that they will not tolerate this kind of conduct.

"Palin has disparaged women. Sarah and Fox News are both bad for women. Sarah is an embarrassment to women because of her lack of intelligence, and her UNprofessional behavior. Fox represents a company that exploits women and uses women for the pleasure of their male executives. Both Todd Palin and Fox news used and exploited women. Sarah participated in the exploitation and profited from it."

Sexual harassment is a misnomer. It has everything to do with demeaning women and having power over them.
ReplyDeleteO'Reilly, Trump and friends are weak, hateful, Inadequate cowards. They are poster material for the continual demise of our country. Most of the folks in the White House have the exact same profile. This is a serious culture reality .
Pass the Viagra my "good old boy".
This is what we have become.Fuck you Mr.President trump.
They should use that tape of our asshole potus in ALL sexual harassment classes (by all the companies) throughout our country.
ReplyDeleteIt would remind every employee what a fucking jerk we have in the office of potus. And, remind them not to reelect him for a second term should he even live through the first!
How can you refer to the jerk as 'Mr. President Trump', 8;12 AM? That shows him respect!
ReplyDeleteHe has zero from me and I never call him Mr. or president! He is Trump as he has NEVER earned my respect! He's nothing more than a liar and fraud which is all provable!
I was trying to be factitious. It didn't work. My apologies.

Thanks for calling me on it.
It ain't sexual harassment if it's Donald Trump grabbing your daughters' pussies, right Lou Sarah?

Washington Post:
Inside Omarosa’s wedding weekend in Washington
By Helena Andrews-Dyer April 9 at 11:07 AM
Like most brides-to-be, Omarosa Manigault’s wedding plans were hardly drama-free. But eight months after getting engaged while on the presidential campaign trail, the former “Apprentice” breakout star turned White House staffer got married at the Trump International Hotel in Washington on Saturday without a heckler in sight.
.....attended the morning ceremony followed by a cherry blossom-themed brunch reception also held at the Trump hotel. The night before, Manigault and Newman held their rehearsal at the Trump hotel, and afterward the bridal party headed to the White House for some bowling — we’re sensing a theme here....

I can't help thinking that with fox running this training session, the takeaway will be that showing off your pussy grabbing skills will get you ... the presidency?
ReplyDeleteHow great !
ReplyDeleteThe president is used as an example of what not to do in sexual harrassment training by HR.....at Fox.
We are so down the rabbit hole we will soon exit at China.
The employees were then informed that this was a form of sexual harassment
