A National Rifle Association employee accidentally shot himself while doing firearms training at the organization's headquarters, according to police.
The 46-year-old man's pistol accidentally discharged Thursday afternoon as he holstered the gun in Fairfax County, Virginia, police said.
The accidental shooting happened at the NRA's National Firearms Museum at 11250 Waples Mill Road in Fairfax.
The employee suffered a minor wound to his lower body and was taken to a hospital for treatment, police said.
Of course no charges will be filed because what is he going to do, charge himself with attempted manslaughter?
Remember kids, guns don't shoot people.
NRA employees WITH guns shoot people.
Or in this case, themselves.
When will they stop with the "accidentally" discharged excuse? It doesn't happen.
ReplyDeleteI think Trump needs some firearms training.
ReplyDelete"A National Rifle Association employee accidentally shot himself..." See that word "accidentally"? My brother taught firearms training and CC training and he says there is no. such. thing. as an accident when it comes to guns. It is stupidity.
ReplyDeleteReally, that can be said for most accidents.
DeleteThankfully, themselves.
ReplyDeleteHoping he shot his dick off. Is that wrong?
ReplyDeleteMany people do not have the mental ability to own, shoot or use a gun. We all know someone that needs help in daily average life decisions. We all know that special someone with no commonsense, lack of coordination and self awareness that should not own a gun, drive a car or teach children the basics in life. Not everyone is equally DNA gifted and some peoples kids inherit the DNA gene of no commonsense. They can be straight A on paper but straight F in commonsense, unable to mow the yard!!
ReplyDeleteI hope the moron has health insurance; I would hate to end up paying his ER bill because he used the bastardized second amendment rights on himself.
ReplyDeleteAnd they call him "Nine Toes"!
ReplyDeleteAw shit, he lived? I thought we had ourselves a Second Amendment Solution at hand (or foot ;-)
DeleteIs he also mentally challenged? That would be the ultimate in NRA hypocrisy.
