The Trump Administration is now using Bush era tactics to keep the American population frightened and manageable.

Look I'm not saying there WILL be an attack, I am just saying if there is one it will be the most beautiful one ever.
Courtesy of CNN:

Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly issued a stark warning Tuesday, calling the risk of a terror attack on the United States "as threatening today" as it was on 9/11.

Specifically, Kelly outlined the danger posed by homegrown terrorists and foreign fighters from around the world who have traveled to Syria and Iraq with plans to return home.

"The threat to our nation and our American way of life has not diminished," Kelly said during a speech at George Washington University. "In fact, the threat has metastasized and decentralized, and the risk is as threatening today as it was that September morning almost 16 years ago."

Look I am not saying there are not still terrorist plots out there, because I am sure that there are.

All I am saying is that Donald Trump is in desperate need of a diversion right now, and if we do not suffer a false flag event in the next few weeks I will be very surprised.

After all that would be Vladimir Putin's go to tactic in a similar circumstance.

  2. Every year over thirty thousand people in this country are either killed or grievously injured by guns. That is our terrorism. The NRA, their lobbyist and the republican party have been responsible for more people in this country being killed by guns than any perceived terrorist has or ever will be.

I am sick of these assholes trying to cull us and make us hate people and fear our own shadows to meet their own ends. Trump is a vile human, chicken shit, treasonous and needs to be impeached. His enablers need to be fired, turfed out of the government or never elected again.

Well, I admit it -- I am scared silly these days. But, of Trump and his helpers, not of all the groups they have labelled "bad". Yes, there are terrorists out there, but he is the biggest one of all. The country needs for him to be gone so we can recover from all the damage he has done and continues to do on a daily basis.

Is it a threat level of "orange"? If so, that would match our not so fearless leader perfectly.

Explosive Russian Dossier Deemed Reliable Enough For FBI To Obtain FISA Warrant

Remember that explosive Russian dossier from a few months that revealed Donald Trump’s collusion with Moscow and affinity for pee pee parties? At the time, the document (supposedly written by a British spy) was considered too questionable to be believed. But now, it appears that at the dossier may be more legitimate than originally thought.

CNN reported on Tuesday that the FBI deemed the Russian dossier reliable enough to obtain a FISA warrant against Trump aide, Carter Page. Sources added that FBI Director James Comey had also used the document “to bolster [the FBI’s] investigation” during his testimony to Congress.

According to CNN, “the dossier alleges that Page met senior Russian officials as an emissary of the Trump campaign, and discussed quid-pro-quo deals relating to sanctions, business opportunities and Russia’s interference in the election.”

Lying Hypocrite Ted Cruz Tries To Blame Impending Government Shutdown On 'Radical Left' Democrats

Republicans don't like being on the other side of the Tea Party tactics they've employed. Karma's a bitch.

Republicans, especially of the Tea Party ilk, have not the vaguest idea of how to govern. Whether they're in charge of a township, a town, a county, a city or a state or even the country, they're totally inept. Harry Truman famously said that "politics is the art of the compromise" but Republicans have completely rejected the notion of compromise as we saw so well illustrated during six of President Obama's eight years in the White House. Now, they have the majority plus the White House and they're still completely incompetent.

Ryan Lizza is reporting in a blockbuster story that sources have told him the White House used Rep. Devin Nunes, the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, to help fabricate a story to defend Trump's bogus tweet about President Obama "wiretapping" him.

Yes. The White House bossed around the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, and it worked.

Party over country? Loyalty to Trump over doing your constitutional, separation of powers duty? Blatant Republican corruption? Ya THINK?!

It was in the wee hours of the morning of March 4th, probably after viewing a little Fox and Friends, that Trump descended into a Joe McCarthyesque stupor of paranoid delusions that he then passsed on to Twitter.

    http://crooksandliars.com/2017/04/report-devin-nunes-forced

...Rep. Nunes should lose his chairmanship, found guilty of ethics violations and then be defeated in his upcoming election for allowing his loyalty to Trump to destroy his credibility as well as that of the Intelligence committee.

And the fact that they smeared Susan Rice to change the media narrative is just as unforgivable.

On Fox & Friends this morning, Ed Henry asked Graham about the “big national security challenges” the U.S. is dealing with right now.

Graham responded, “I am like the happiest dude in America right now. We’ve got a president and a national security team that I’ve been dreaming of for eight years.”

He said that he’s “all in” on what President Trump is doing and encouraged him to keep it up.

I saw the end of Greta's MSNBC show. How stupid. She was going on and on about 'facts' and journalism and I screamed at the TV "But you spent decades passing along lies, you creepy woman!"

    somewhat interesting article about Melania
(I dont' feel one speck of sympathy for her - she chose her life - but the article offers some interesting insights)

Fairytale Prisoner by Choice: The Photographic Eye of Melania Trump

"So, why not move to the White House?
She’s hiding. She needs to hide so badly that she doesn’t care about anything else. Not her country, not how bad she looks, not the money it costs us. She has no shame because, for her, hiding is shameless. It is safe.
She lives behind glass, in cars, in her house, on private planes and private resorts. She doesn’t even get out of the car to see landmarks or walk in the park. She is never among the public, not for a second.
Melania Trump is the woman least fit for public service in the entirety of the United States of America. We should expect nothing from her. She’s living inside a dark fairytale, and in fairytales the women trapped in towers never save anyone but themselves."

In the 21st century, no woman has to be so fearful that she avoids all normal human contact. Who is the third wife so afraid of? Or is she simply afraid of giving up all the gilt and glitz of being kept in a tower? No one would blame her for taking her son and leaving. Most people would be sympathetic and helpful.

O/T but I get the "daily White House news" or some such crap. There is a link to send an email directly to the Furor at the bottom. One of the bullet points today was his totally hypocritical "Buy American, Hire American" photo op. I sent this response:
"Buy American, Hire American!" Great idea! So I will not be buying anything branded Trump since everything Trump is made offshore by non-American workers., including your famous baseball caps. How about "Make America Great" starts with the Trump family? Bring those factories home. Set an example. Pay your taxes. Hire workers at a living wage. Treat them fairly. America is only as great as we the people are, and we the people deserve good jobs, a living wage, affordable health care throughout our lives, clean air and water, and benefits. Simple."

  13. Just wait until Trump arranges a "terrorist" attack on U.S. soul and then gets caught doing it.

He'll be impeached so fast. The GOP will wash their hands of him quickly as their 2018 campaigns start up and they can't afford this albatross around their necks.
