Artists in Washington D.C. briefly blasted the Trump International Hotel with a projection instructing guests to drop off their foreign cash inside.
Robin Bell said he kicked off the colorful display from a van parked across the street around 9:15 p.m. Monday.
It lasted 10 minutes before a security guard for the Old Post Office stood in front of the projector, blocking its feed.
“We had a couple great moments. A tour bus pulled up, people started clapping and taking photos,” Bell told the Daily News. “Everyone on the street, except for the security guard, seemed really happy.”
Okay that's just brilliant.
(H/T to Democratic Underground.)
Awwwwww, no sense of humor, security guard? Because free speech is only good and right when it's yours.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely perfect! My prediction is Trump will resign or be impeached before his 1st term as President ends.
ReplyDeleteWe may in fact be living a mirror image of 1973, when Nixon was about to be impeached, so he resigned.
James Comey's memos are going to prove that Trump tried to obstruct justice
Trump won't resign. He'll start WW3 and end civilization so he comes out the winner with no written record of what really happened.
DeleteWell I sure hope they investigate Pence before hand.
DeleteHow come there hasn't been any questions about WHY Pence lied to the American public about Comey's firing?

He'll either be impeached by the Republicans prior to 2018 if they fear Trump will destroy their re-election chances of maintaining a majority or he'll be impeached after the 2018 elections when Democrats gain enough seats to push an impeachment through.
DeleteTrump: among his many firsts will be the first American president to be successfully impeached and thrown out of office.
HUFFINGTON POST:
ReplyDeleteStill, some experts are speaking out, like Dr. John Gartner, a psychologist who argues that his colleagues have a “duty” to do so.
“If we could construct a psychiatric Frankenstein monster, we could not create a leader more dangerously mentally ill than Donald Trump,” Gartner said during a February appearance on MSNBC. “He’s a paranoid, psychopathic narcissist who is divorced from reality and lashes out impulsively at his imagined enemies.”
Artists are the best!
ReplyDeleteSo, are they going to shoot these down this summer?

I seriously doubt little donnie was shamed.
ReplyDeleteHe is really enjoying making money off the presidency, screwing the taxpayers for all his golf trips and upgrades to his properties plus overcharging the secret service for the family security.
I bet is has become a game to him, what can he get away with this week.
Too bad the wimpy republicans in Congress have allowed him to degrade, dishonor and disgrace the office of the presidency.
Huffington Post:
ReplyDelete....But Trump’s erratic behavior, his history of lashing out at foes, his gratuitous falsehoods, his tendency to contradict past claims or deny having made them, and his embrace of conspiracy theories have prompted commentators, reporters and politicians alike to push those boundaries in radical ways.
Neither Scarborough nor Rucker is simply playing armchair psychiatrist. Both are relaying the private fears of the president’s allies in Washington, details that shed light on how those close to Trump perceive his mental state as one self-inflicted crisis morphs into the next.
The legendary journalist Carl Bernstein, whose revelations about the Watergate cover-up helped unravel a corrupt presidency, recently argued that such closed-door concerns over Trump’s stability are inherently newsworthy.
“We have many reporters, myself included, who have talked to numerous people, Republicans on Capitol Hill, who in private will tell you they doubt the stability of this president,” Bernstein said Sunday on CNN’s “Reliable Sources.” “And in the last week, it has really been demonstrated. It’s part of the story and it’s very hard to cover.”....

They need to find a way to project it from higher up, so that it cannot be blocked. Needs to be done world wide on EVERY property with the dRUMPf logo on it.

ReplyDelete"Ali quotes Hussein Rashid, a professor of religion at Barnard College, who concedes that he’s a tad bitter about his political options.
“As a Muslim, I’d vote for Jesus, but the Republicans won’t let him in, and the Democrats don’t believe in him.”
Many American Muslims…support progressive policies, like affordable health care and a living wage. But privately, they adhere to traditional values, believe in God and think gay marriage is a sin, even though an increasing number support marriage equality."
