Donald Trump may literally have pulled out of the Paris climate change accords in order to get back at the French Prime Minister for mocking him over a handshake.

The Washington Post has up an article that goes into great detail in explaining all of the advice, both pro and con, that Trump received before finally deciding to pull America's support out of the Paris deal.

However buried at the very bottom are these four paragraphs:

If he needed a nudge, though, one came from France over the weekend. Macron was quoted in a French journal talking about his white-knuckled handshake with Trump at their first meeting in Brussels, where the newly elected French president gripped Trump’s hand tightly and would not let go for six long seconds in a show of alpha-male fortitude.

“My handshake was not innocent,” Macron said. He likened Trump to a pair of authoritarian strongmen — Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan — and said that he was purposefully forceful because he believed his encounter with Trump was “a moment of truth.”

Hearing smack-talk from the Frenchman 31 years his junior irritated and bewildered Trump, aides said.

A few days later, Trump got his revenge. He proclaimed from the Rose Garden, “I was elected to represent the citizens of Pittsburgh, not Paris.”

Could it really be that Trump is such a thin skinned little snowflake that he would sacrifice our children's future in exchange for the opportunity to get back at a man who he felt had humiliated him in some way?

Well consider his long time feud with Graydon Carter, the man who first labeled him a "short fingered vulgarian":

Just to drive him a little bit crazy, I took to referring to him as a “short-fingered vulgarian” in the pages of Spy magazine. That was more than a quarter of a century ago. To this day, I receive the occasional envelope from Trump. There is always a photo of him — generally a tear sheet from a magazine. On all of them he has circled his hand in gold Sharpie in a valiant effort to highlight the length of his fingers. I almost feel sorry for the poor fellow because, to me, the fingers still look abnormally stubby.

So to the question of whether or not Trump is such a thin skinned little snowflake that he would sacrifice our children's future in exchange for the opportunity to get back at a man who he felt had humiliated him in some way?

The answer can only be, "Yes, of course he is."

I cannot believe there really are Americans amongst us that voted for this asshole! He's the worst, thin-skinned, egomaniac, white male on the planet! I detest every pore in his obese body! May a major stroke take him out soon!

Oh, and good for 'the redhead'! She has an attorney and is standing up to him and his bully actions we've seen on display far too long. Go get him Kathy!

And, I admire the French President. He didn't take Trump's bullshit either. The country and world are on to him and he needs to be impeached sooner than later!
    Fuck his black soul!

At least those who voted for him are too stupid to know better. I cannot believe there really are Americans amongst us who knew better than to vote for him but let him become president anyway by staining home or voting 3rd party.

We know a retired doctor who voted for Trump as he always votes for Republicans - because he worries about the national debt. He recently said that Trump suffers from being an "outsider" in Washington. Trump's an "outsider" to the human race!

From what I have seen this obese fool do, the only thing he is NOT capable of doing is thinking and/or reacting like a normal human being!

Of course, Trump's bully handshake is a humiliation to whomever's hand he is touching. But no one is allowed to get back at him! Trump is a pathetic loser of a human being.

Here is a good POV on him that lays out the notion that he is driven by W.W.O.H. --- What Would Obama Hate.

Unfortunately, this is seems so possible, and as pointed out, trying to reason with him just makes him more determined to do whatever Obama would hate most.

  5. Trump was majorly pissed (as he noted in his Rose Garden whine fest) because the G7 laughed at him . . . . He said they laughed at us--but we know he realized it was him.

The world thinks him a joke!

Since he watches all the channels on TV daily, we know that he does not have the support of the majority in America much less those around the world.

It's driving him nuts! Hopefully, his blood pressure is so high that he'll have a heart attack and die!

Fucking his soul is soemthing he would enjoy - but I can think of whole lot of other things that should be done to his "soul" all of them far more unpleasant than fucking.(And Secret Service, don't even bother. A "soul" is a metaphysical concept, aka a religious belief, which as an atheist is about as real to me as "T.Rump's unicorn.")

Does Melania feel like crap married to Donald Trump and stepmother to Ivanka and Jared? How embarrassing. What's keeping her from divorcing the orange turd? What is in her prenuptial to keep her from taking Barron and marrying the pool boy?

Oh Fuck... it isn't about Paris, it's called the Paris agreement because that is where they gathered. What a fucking dumb shit Trump is showing himself to be.. once again, He acts like it is a Paris thing, when it was close to two hundred countries working together to make the world a better place, and that includes Pittsburgh!

President Obama put together a hell of a deal with so many other countries - which was a volunteer type deal. And, idiot Trump is trying to pull it apart because it was a magnificent accomplishment on the part of the Obama Administration!

Trump will NEVER measure up to the goodness and great job President Obama did throughout his two terms. And, I seriously doubt Trump will make it through this first term much less be elected again! He ratings are horrid and the only support he has is the same as he had originally. He's gained nothing - has no respect - the country and world are far more knowledgeable as to his idiocy and ineptness.

He called Kimberly Guilfoyle from Fox's The Five at 8 yesterday morning to get het opinion on whether he should pull out of the accord, Melania is going to b pissed thats jes calling some other woman. And Macrons response was to give a speech on English, and he was much more coherent than Dolt45, where he said we need to make this planet great again. 'Mean girl' president Trumplethinskin is ENTIRELY capable of such a petty act of what *he* calls "revenge". As he himself put it once, "I always find a way to get even!". Problem is, he's throwing a boomerang that'll inevitably whip around and knock him *clean* out. The *thinking* portion of America ( and now, the world ) sees him clearly for the inconsiderate, vindictive, reactionary tyrant that he is and WILL unite to resist his destructive agenda. 1. He'll never get even. He's playing with the big boys and he is woefully outmatched.

Macon's speech and tweet is just the beginning.

Trump is going to be ridiculed. He is going to be humiliated. And worst of all, he is going to be ignored.

      He just made himself irrelevant.

China will step in and become the leader in green technology. They will make billions developing and selling green technology to the world. They will create hundreds of thousands of jobs.

Meanwhile Trump will tweet about how sad he is, how great he is and how mean people are to him.

      Whiney little bitch.

(It is really too bad that SNL is off for the season and Maher is on hiatus. But I still have Keith Olbermann and Samantha Bee. Hopefully Colbert and Meyers will be back next week.)

Death by a thousand tweets until his ticker finally gives out. May that day be soon.

"Donald Trump may literally have pulled out of the Paris"

    WTF? Paris Hilton?

In 2003, when Melania was younger and presumably even hotter, Trump admitted to radio host Howard Stern that although he had known Paris Hilton since she was 12, it didn’t stop him and then-girlfriend Melania from ogling her sex tape. Trump told Stern, “Now, somebody who a lot of people don’t give credit to but is in actuality very beautiful is Paris Hilton. I’ve known Paris Hilton from the time she’s 12, her parents are friends of mine, and the first time I saw her she walked into the room and I said, ‘Who the hell is that?’ At 12, I wasn’t interested… but she was beautiful.” The Daily Beast reported that Trump “also admitted to watching Paris Hilton’s sex tape with Knauss, despite knowing her since the age of 12 and being very close friends with the Hilton Family.”

In the same interview, Trump boasted of his 21-year-old daughter Ivanka, “You know who’s one of the great beauties of the world—according to everybody—and I helped create her? Ivanka. My daughter, Ivanka. She’s 6 feet tall, she’s got the best body."

I must have a different definition of beauty because I flat out don't see it!

      Delete
    2. Anonymous3:28 PM

Both Ivanka and Melania have had major facial surgery and if you look at them closely - neither is pretty!

Melania looks angry and glares most of the time. Plus, she doesn't smile much, easily or naturally!

Ivanka walks weird too! Watch her - she has a hop and jump up in her glide - and is plain out and out boring!

    3. Anonymous5:42 PM

They should have spent some money correcting Ivanka's over bite.

It is really ridiculous that these women that obviously had plastic surgery are supposedly the standard for beauty.

No one has a face without at least some lines, they are like plastic manikins, however age will get them, if you notice some of the actresses that are getting older,it all falls apart in the end.

I think that one of Ivanka's surgeries was to shrink the size of her head. She has an amazingly small head atop a long spindly neck - a bit of a giraffe look. Bizarre.

My first thought when I heard little donnie’s statement about Pittsburg/Paris was this imbecile thinks France came up with the idea for the accord and after his close encounter of the moronic type handshake wrestling with the president of France it is “pay back time” because little donnie never thinks beyond himself.

The president of France is everything little donnie isn’t: young, good-looking, secure, has his own hair, mature, has normal fingers and it appears he has a nice sense of humor.

The world needs to ignore little donnie and march ahead to save the planet.

    1. That is probably exactly what he thinks.

If it weren't giving him too much credit, I'd say Paris signified Macron and Pittsburgh Trump, but Trump lost in Pittsburgh and he simply isn't literate enough to make that comparison.

  17. Well, Macron stepped up and threw Trump's words back in his face by not only addressing the world (and the U.S.) in English but paraphrasing Trump by saying that being part of the Paris climate change accord and working together was the only way to make the world great again.

Personally, I'd like to see Syria and Nicaragua slap Trump upside the head by suddenly agreeing to sign on, thus leaving only the U.S. on the outside.

Trump the bully needs more world leaders to step up, call his bluff and stand up to him. He needs to be taken down by more than just a peg or two.
