Former NATO Ambassador finds it "dismaying and objectionable" that Donald Trump "continues to deny the undeniable" when it comes to the Russian cyber attack.

Oh I like him!

This was testimony provided today during a hearing before the Senate Intelligence Committee during a hearing focused mainly on Russian interference with elections in Europe.

In other Russian interference news today we learned that the Intelligence Committee has struck a deal to their hands on those Comey memos.

And what has Donald Trump been doing while all of this is going on?

Well he is going on his Instagram page to share those heavily edited videos which claim that a CNN producer admitted that CNN's Russian investigation is a witch hunt.

It should be pointed out that these videos have not been vetted by other news outlets, and that this Project Veritas is the work of James O'Keefe who famously used deceptively edited videos to attack ACORN, which resulted in their closure.

Here is how the Washington Post reported on the videos:

The latest video was apparently shot earlier this month using a hidden camera by a man having a private conversation with Bonfield, who is not involved in political coverage, catching him making several off-the-cuff remarks.

Yet the video includes several journalistic evasions and shortcuts that would likely elicit outrage from critics if a mainstream news organization had employed the same techniques.

For example, it never mentions that Bonifield is a producer of health and medical stories, raising questions about how relevant his views are, and how informed he is, about CNN’s political coverage. It also doesn’t disclose that he is based in Atlanta — not in Washington or New York, where most of CNN’s coverage of national affairs and politics are produced.

Instead, the video identifies him a “supervising producer,” suggesting a senior decision-making role. O’Keefe, who appears on the video as a kind of master of ceremonies, furthers this impression by saying the footage describes “the real motivation behind our dominant media organizations.”

But CNN said Bonifield speaks only for himself. In a statement, it said stood by him and that “diversity of personal opinion is what makes CNN strong. We welcome it and embrace it.”

The network said it had no plans to take any disciplinary action. The video also doesn’t identify the man to whom Bonifield is speaking, nor does it provide any clue about how he came to record Bonifield.

So in other words this is a CNN employee, who does not work nor have any real knowledge of the Russia investigation, sharing his personal opinion on what is very likely a heavily edited video created by an organization famous for misrepresenting the truth.

RT of course reported this as one of their top stories.

The takeaway from all of this is that while numerous investigations into Russian interference continue forward, the man who is supposed to be keeping this country safe from such attacks, is doing nothing to project us from the next one, and is instead sharing what is most probably fake news in an attempt to shut down at least one of the journalistic investigations.

Can you say "Acting guilty?"

By the way, according to Mother Jones we already have plenty of evidence that Trump is guilty of aiding Putin's attack on America.

NSA Director Mike Rogers complains to Congress about Donald Trump

... In other words, the Director of the NSA is sufficiently exasperated by Donald Trump’s stonewalling and obliviousness that he’s been willing to vent to Congress about it, even knowing full well that his comments were going to end up leaking to the public.

This comes not long after word surfaced that Donald Trump had tried and failed to lean on Mike Rogers, in the hope of getting him to meddle in the FBI’s investigation into the Trump-Russia collusion scandal (link). The NSA ended up documenting Trump’s attempts at obstruction in memos, which will likely end up being used as evidence in the Special Counsel investigation being led by Robert Mueller.

In the mean time, the willingness of Mike Rogers to complain about Donald Trump to Congress means that you’re not just imagining it when it comes to Trump’s level of sheer unsuitability for the job. Trump truly is ignoring key verifiable threats to the United States, simply because he doesn’t want to have to admit to himself that Russian election interference is why he’s in office to begin with, and that he didn’t really win the election of his own accord.

FBI descends on cybersecurity firm with links to Donald Trump campaign and the Russian intel community

...But Kaspersky Lab has numerous connections to both sides. For instance it hired Michael Flynn as a paid consultant in 2015, just months before Flynn went on to become a foreign policy adviser for the Donald Trump campaign. Flynn is known to have had dinner with Russian President Vladimir Putin shortly after he worked for Kaspersky, and shortly before he went to work for Trump.

The founder of the company, Eugene Kaspersky, also has a background with the Soviet KGB, according to that same NBC News report. But the strangest aspect here might be Kaspersky executive Ruslan Stoyanov. NBC seems to have missed the connection, but we managed to dig up an old CBS News report from February of this year documenting that Stoyanov was arrested for “treason” by the Russian government (link). At the time, it led to speculation that Russia may have caught him working with the FBI’s investigation into the Trump-Russia scandal, though this was never substantiated.

Donald Trump is going down for Russian money laundering, and now there’s nothing he can do to stop it

A funny thing happened last night: the United States Treasury Department gave in. For months it had been trying to fend off the Senate Intelligence Committee’s attempts at getting its hands on the records pertaining to a 2015 money laundering bust of Donald Trump’s Taj Mahal casino. But now the Treasury has finally caved, giving up the documents that will lead to Donald Trump’s demise, both as a president and as a free man.

...These documents from the Treasury Department are going to give the Senate Intel Committee everything it needs to make the case to the American people that Donald Trump is in fact a Russian patsy. It’ll degrade his already-eroding approval rating even further. And it’ll create an environment in which the public will accept nothing less than justice. Trump will be impeached, either by nervous Republicans now, or by ferocious Democrats after the midterms.

Take this report with a grain of salt, but if only 10% of it is true, it's earth-shattering. Especially interesting to us in Kenosha, Wisconsin, is the explanation of why our hometown boy Reince Priebus had to return to the U.S. immediately after arriving in Saudi Arabia for the Mideast extravaganza. Lots of info on many of the principal players from intelligence gathered by the U.S. and our allies. Treason to the nth degree if it's true.

"The United Kingdom in particular has a treasure trove of intelligence on Donald Trump. Before Nigel Farage – acting as a courier, sources say – went in to see Julian Assange, Donald Trump called his phone (the previous night). British intelligence taped that conversation, sources say, as Farage was under surveillance, and have provided the resulting fresh evidence of treason to the USIC."
"Donald Trump Jr was directly taped by the French before the election, colluding treacherously with the Russians. As with all NATO allies who are not part of the Five Eyes agreement, there is NO legal reason why they cannot directly tape Americans abroad."
"washed through the server in Trump Tower and the Spectrum Health server were intercepted by the NSA – as all the packet data was – but the UK owned the phones, computers and boardrooms on the Russian end, so has ‘written’ SIGINT on Eric Trump."Most significantly and recently Australia has Ivanka Trump on tape talking treason with the Chinese, who allied with Russia in its attempt to hack America. Australian intelligence and the great nation of Australia herself were grossly insulted by Bannon and Schiller when Nick Warner, the head of Australia’s ASD, their CIA equivalent, underwent a CAVITY SEARCH at the US border on a DIPLOMATIC passport."
