How Americans respond when they see the People's President.

Go ahead, try to imagine Donald Trump getting a spontaneous standing ovation when HE showed up to an event.

Couldn't do it, could you?

Not one boo that I heard..we love you Hil and Bill!! Oh, what could have been...

By the way, anyone else appalled by Melania's bare chest yesterday? A low-cut tank dress? And lovely Michelle was raked over the coals for months over her toned bare arms? The GOP is disgusting.

The only way trump would get applauses like that is if he advertised on twitter every day for 30 days that he would be attending a play and then give away free tickets to his followers so they can cheer for him.

Trump was elected because of a quirk in our election system that was designed specifically to prevent candidates like him from winning the presidency. Unfortunately, the electors were cowards and refused to do the very thing the Founders had entrusted to them. He was elected by a population that so feared and hated the black man who preceded him and the woman who ran against him that they thought a self-absorbed reality show host and businessman with multiple bankruptcies who bragged about sexually assaulting women could run one of the largest and most complicated governments in the world.

Hillary won the popular vote by 3 million votes while, after the disastrous first 6 months of his term, Trump has the lowest approval rating in history. He also has members of his cabinet needing to follow him around the globe to clean up the messes he makes and appease our allies whom he has insulted and threatened. In a mere six months, the United States has gone from respected leader to international laughing stock and is no longer trusted by countries who have been our friends for centuries.

I wonder if you'll be so smug when you lose you job and health insurance, when the air is too toxic to breathe and the water is too polluted to drink, when coastal cities begin to be submerged and our food production is threatened by climate change, and when the bombs start raining down because he rage-tweeted at 3 am and started a war with one of the other psychotic despots he is so determined to emulate.

Congratulations, your candidate won. The world lost.

    Trump Tweet

Trade between China and North Korea grew almost 40% in the first quarter. So much for China working with us - but we had to give it a try!

Trump just projected to North Korea that he is weak and is about to cry.

He shows more aggressiveness towards the media.

  12. The difference is Hillary (or Obama, too) need only step out in public to get this; Trump has to throw a babbling incoherent rally to get the same from, as Frank Rich put it, "the sort of people he's never let in the front door of Mar-a-Lago."

In a Tuesday op-ed published by the New York Times, Wehner seems genuinely alarmed by Trump’s administration.

“Chaos in the West Wing can be crippling, as White House aides — in a constant state of uncertainty, distrustful of colleagues, fearful that they might be excoriated or fired — find it nearly impossible to do their jobs,” the former head of the WH Office of Strategic Initiatives explained. “A presidency characterized by pandemonium invades and infects that space, leaving people unsettled and on edge. And this, in turn, leads to greater polarization, to feelings of alienation and anger, to unrest and even to violence.”

“A spirit of instability in government will cause Americans to lose confidence in our public institutions. When citizens lose that basic faith in their government, it leads to corrosive cynicism and the acceptance of conspiracy theories,” the long-time West Wing staffer concluded. “One result is that the informal and unwritten rules of political and human interaction, which are at the core of civilization, are undone.”

Wehner describes President Donald Trump as, “arguably the most disruptive and transgressive president in American history.”

Wehner predicted things will get worse no matter what.

“The disruption is only going to increase, both because he’s facing criticism that seems to trigger him psychologically and because his theory of management involves the cultivation of chaos,” the life-long Republican explained. “He has shown throughout his life a defiant refusal to be disciplined. His disordered personality thrives on mayhem and upheaval, on vicious personal attacks and ceaseless conflict.”

Wehner also predicted that when Trump is faced with a crisis, things will get much, much worse.

“We have as president the closest thing to a nihilist in our history — a man who believes in little or nothing, who has the impulse to burn down rather than to build up,” he foreshadowed. “When the president eventually faces a genuine crisis, his ignorance and inflammatory instincts will make everything worse.”

This is not the first time Wehner has made such a prediction.

“We have as president a man who is erratic, vindictive, volatile, obsessive, a chronic liar, and prone to believe in conspiracy theories,” conservative commentator Peter Wehner remarked in March. “And you can count on the fact that there will be more to come, since when people like Donald Trump gain power they become less, not more, restrained.”

    And then there's this:

Trump supporters, not recognizing the document that began our nation, lost their minds when NPR tweeted out, line by line, the Declaration of Independence yesterday. They accused NRP of propaganda and calling for a revolution.

Maybe they need to question why they assumed NPR was referring to Trump when they tweeted "A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people."

Trump Supporters Go Nuts And Scream Liberal Bias After NPR Tweets The Declaration Of Independence

Here is the proof that Trump's toxic media attacks are harming the country. After NPR had tweeted the Declaration of Independence, Republicans went bonkers and claimed that one of the most famous political documents in the history of the world was a liberally biased attack on Trump.

...Trump has expanded on a Republican paranoia about the media that dates back to Barry Goldwater, and was weaponized for profit by Fox News, and turned into a complete distrust of everything any non-conservative outlet utters, including a word for word tweeting of the Declaration of Independence.

Poland promises to create cheering crowds to appease Trump during visit: reports

...Polish news agencies are reporting that the Polish government “promised the White House a reception of cheering crowds as part of its invitation” to the president, and is going so far as to “bus in groups from the provinces to hear Trump’s speech.”

The White House did not respond to the AP’s questions about whether it received assurances that the Polish government would bus in cheering people to make Trump’s visit to the country more pleasant.

Finding Poles who are willing to come out and cheer the president might be easier said than done, however. A recent Pew poll found that just 23 percent of Polish citizens were confident in Trump’s leadership, whereas 58 percent of Polish citizens had previously expressed confidence in former President Barack Obama’s leadership.

Trump's first stop on his European trip is to Warsaw, Poland.

This was planned because he wants to show he is a popular American president overseas like President Obama.

Trump's White House handlers knows the Polish government guaranteed to give the ugly American president a warm reception. Trump will feel like he is at one of Trump's election rallies because Poland is shuttling in bus loads of Polish people ordered to cheer or clap for him.

But eventually Trump will have to face his fear, his worst European critics, his German protesting welcoming committee waiting for him.

Currently the German police are using water cannons and riot police to try to disperse the anti-Trump Germans who are already camped out to protest.
