So now that Russian lawyer is saying that Donald Trump Jr. offered her a quid pro quo for information on Hillary Clinton.

Courtesy of Bloomberg:

A Russian lawyer who met with President Donald Trump’s oldest son last year says he indicated that a law targeting Russia could be re-examined if his father won the election and asked her for written evidence that illegal proceeds went to Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

The lawyer, Natalia Veselnitskaya, said in a two-and-a-half-hour interview in Moscow that she would tell these and other things to the Senate Judiciary Committee on condition that her answers be made public, something it hasn’t agreed to. She has received scores of questions from the committee, which is investigating possible collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign. Veselnitskaya said she’s also ready -- if asked -- to testify to Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

Veselnitskaya said she went to the New York meeting to show Trump campaign officials that major Democratic donors had evaded U.S. taxes and to lobby against the so-called Magnitsky law that punishes Russian officials for the murder of a Russian tax accountant who accused the Kremlin of corruption.

“Looking ahead, if we come to power, we can return to this issue and think what to do about it,’’ Trump Jr. said of the 2012 law, she recalled. “I understand our side may have messed up, but it’ll take a long time to get to the bottom of it,” he added, according to her.

Veselnitskaya also said Trump Jr. requested financial documents showing that money that allegedly evaded U.S. taxes had gone to Clinton’s campaign. She didn’t have any and described the 20-minute meeting as a failure.

According to the email that British publicist Rob Goldstone sent to Junior in order to set up this meeting, there was really no doubt that Veselnitskaya was representing the Kremlin and "its government’s support for Mr. Trump."

That means Junior knew he was communicating with a Russian government operative, and still he was offering to make a deal to change American policy in order to get information, that they likely discovered through illegal hacking, that the campaign could then use against his father's political opponent.

But remember, according to Donald Trump there is NO evidence of collusion.

Oh yeah, I think Robert Mueller is definitely going to want to talk to this woman.

Trump was always at Putin's mercy. Trump is too stupid and cooked up to have learned anything about negotiations. Demanding and suing and stiffing contractors are not skills. He could get away with it most of the time with his father's money and criminal connections, but toddler behavior is ineffective in the real world.

Fox News Stops Running Ad Calling For Impeachment After Trump Tantrums On Twitter

...It is obvious what happened. The cable news obsessed Trump saw the ad, flipped out, called Fox News to complain, and an American news network suffocated the First Amendment because an ad hurt Trump’s feelings. Fox News is helping Trump kill the free press, and they have delivered definitive proof that they are not a news network, and they should be treated like the propaganda tool that they are.

The meeting was all about Russian orphans and how Americans could buy them with their Visa cards or on lay-away.

Dick Cheney bought a teenage Russian orphan two months before his heart transplant. Nobody has seen the kid since the surgery.

When Dick was asked if he knew where the teenager was, he replied something in garbled Russian to the police.

Dick's daughter said the orphan was in the basement of Comet Pizza being used as a sex slave by Clinton.

Quid pro quo ("something for something" or "this for that" in Latin)[1] is a phrase used in English to mean an exchange of goods or services, in which one transfer is contingent upon the other; "a favour for a favour". Phrases with similar meanings include: "give and take", "tit for tat", and "you scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours".

Why Mr. Trump? Is it because African-Americans are involved? Never mind the Domestic Terrorism in Las Vegas, Texas, Charlottesville and other deaths from white violence.

All deaths are wrong regardless if they are by African-American violence, White violence or any other races.

Multiple resignations from Donald Trump administration said to be imminent after latest Russia leaks

..Here’s how political insider and MSNBC guest commentator Scott Dworkin has framed the matter today: “I’ve received reports today saying DeVos, Huntsman, Ross, Sessions, Tillerson & Zinke are resigning for ties to Russia &/or for corruption.” (link). But he’s not the only source talking resignations today. The news outlet Salon is reporting today that Betsy DeVos is expected to resign due to what her allies categorize as frustration with the Secretary of Education bureaucracy (link), in what could simply be an excuse to bail on the job before things get scandalous.

Jeff Sessions has been caught telling several lies about the campaign’s involvement with Russia. Ryan Zinke is caught up in the chartered flight scandal which has already led to the resignation of HHS Secretary Tom Price. Rex Tillerson has long been rumored to be on his way out, both due to his frustration on the job, and his “moron” debacle with Donald Trump. If any one of these six resignations takes place, in the context of how weak and scandalized Trump already is, it could be a bodyblow to him. If several resignations do indeed take place, it could be the ballgame.

Howard Dean: Kushner will likely be indicted

Former Democratic National Committee (DNC) chairman Howard Dean said he thinks there's a good chance President Trump's son-in-law, White House adviser Jared Kushner, will be indicted.

“I expect there’s a good likelihood Jared Kushner will be indicted for money laundering,” Dean said Sunday on MSNBC.

And then we’re going to have to see how far the Russian involvement goes. This is serious business. These people are undermining our democracy.”

Russia Puts the Squeeze on Don Jr.

...It is hard to see this statement on her part as anything but an implicit threat. If what she is saying is true, Veselnitskaya is describing the clearest example to date of a proposed quid pro quo between the Trump campaign and the Russian government. A plain reading of her claim is that he was suggesting that if they could produce real evidence against Clinton, a future Trump administration could help with sanctions relief.

That is a huge, huge detail – if it’s true.

Even if you assume it is true, there’s no reason for Veselnitskaya to say it. No one is forcing her to say anything, certainly no legal authority in the United States. So whether it’s true or not almost seems beside the point. The real significance is that she’s suggesting something highly, highly damaging.

    Here’s another possibility to consider.

If you’re following the Trump/Russia story, don’t miss this one. I’m pretty confident Investigations Desk reporter Tierney Sneed is on to something here. In our story out tonight she notes that the Papadopoulos timeline Mueller lays out stops abruptly on July 22nd, the day the first Wikileaks DNC email hit. That can’t be a coincidence. It’s too central a part of the story. Check out our story. She walks us through different possibilities of what it might mean.

Trump and Kushner tied to corruption arrests of Prince and businessmen in Saudi Arabia

In addition to having likely orchestrated Trump's trip to Saudi Arabia, Bin Salman has reportedly developed a relationship with White House advisor Jared Kushner — the husband of the president's daughter and another 30-something man who has ridden family connections to the center of the world stage.

    It gets better.

In fact, Kushner made a secretive trip to Saudi Arabia last week — just days before Bin Salman's sweeping set of arrests.

As most in America and some around the world are aware: both Trump and Kushner are both under FBI investigation for Russian collusion involving the 2016 presidential election.

Renato Mariotti is a former federal prosecutor and is a candidate for attorney general in the State of Illinois. He published a twitter thread on the issue of Donald Trump, Jr.’s potential criminal liability arising out of his meeting in Trump Tower with Russian attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya, wherein, inferentially, there was an offer to provide dirt on Hillary Clinton in exchange for elimination of the Magnitsky Act when Donald Trump Sr. came to power.
