Would a pedophile have such a precious little gun? |
THAT revelation had the Republican rats jumping off the SS Pedophile in droves.
However Moore still has his supporters, which apparently include the reporters of Breitbart. (Seriously? You were surprised?)
Courtesy of Yahoo News:
Right-leaning news outlet Breitbart sent two reporters to Alabama for the purpose of discrediting the reporting on child sex abuse charges against Roy Moore.
Unfortunately these two reporters were unable to provide much cover as new disgusting information made its way to the internet.
Courtesy of Vice News:
Roy Moore’s inappropriate behavior with teenage girls was an open secret in his hometown of Gadsden, Alabama, where he badgered teens so often he was banned from the local mall, the New Yorker reports.
“He would go and flirt with all the young girls,” Blake Usry confirmed to AL.com, adding that tales about Moore have been floating around town for three decades. “It’d seem like every Friday or Saturday night [you’d see him] walking around the mall, like the kids did.”
Yuck! How did this never come out before?
For his part Roy Moore is simply arguing that all of this is a hit job with evidence manufactured by his political enemies.
Of course Moore's wife continues to stand by her man, because that is what good conservative women do.Alabamians will not be fooled by this #InsideHitJob. Mitch McConnell's days as Majority Leader are coming to an end very soon. The fight has just begun. https://t.co/unVysRKDKz— Judge Roy Moore (@MooreSenate) November 14, 2017
Courtesy of AL.com:
"After the accusations came out against Judge Moore his polling numbers did not change, so do you think they will let up?? We knew something was coming, just did not know what next. This is the same Gloria Allred that did the very exact same thing to Trump during his campaign. Going on two months now they've been on a witchhunt here in Etowah County and our state advertising people to step forward with accusations and we are gathering evidence of money being paid to people who would come forward. Which is part of why we are filing suit!"
Good luck with that.
As for those poll numbers that Mrs. Moore mentions, that is not quite accurate:
For the first time the Democratic candidate for the U. S. Senate, Doug Jones, is leading in a new poll. The numbers come in the aftermath of recent sexual misconduct allegations by multiple women against Republican Roy Moore.
The polling was conducted before the latest accusation on Monday from a woman claiming Moore sexually assaulted her when she was 16. Louisianna-based JMC Analytics shows Jones with a new advantage at 46-42. 9% of voters remain undecided. Both candidates experienced a six-point swing from the last survey. Of the 9% undecided, 48% say they are leaning towards Jones against 44% towards Moore.
Keep in mind this was BEFORE the new allegations of attempted rape.
No things are not looking good for Judge "Me like little girls" Moore.

DeletePolice fatally shot the lone gunman after a killing spree that appears to have begun with a domestic dispute and spread rapidly to Rancho Tehama Elementary School before ending in a roadside gunfight with police"
Seen this? Another low in a bottomless pit of bullshit these men live in.
ReplyDeleteThat same day, a letter began circulating online purporting to be a letter of support for Moore signed by 50 Alabama pastors. The letter said that Moore was an “immovable rock in the culture wars” and that it was “no wonder the Washington establishment has declared all-out war on his campaign,”
Many Christians reacted in dismay to the letter, which pledged unwavering support for a man whom, the evidence seems to suggest, may very well be guilty of some terrible crimes. But now it seems, as often happens, that all may not be as it appears.
It appears the letter was posted to Facebook by Moore’s wife, Kayla Moore. But shortly thereafter, Tijuanna Adetunji of the Fresh Anointing House of Worship in Montgomery came forward and said she had not given permission for her name to be used on the letter. “I was not asked about this story or allegations,” Adetunji said.
Not long after that, Pastor Thad Endicott told AL.com the same thing, saying that the letter itself was a version of an earlier letter that had been circulated before the allegations. It was now being reused without any of the signatories having been asked as to whether or not their opinions had changed.
And indeed, the new letter does seem to be a version of this letter that is still on Moore’s website, with a few incriminating dates and references to the upcoming primary election removed. As of this writing, at least two pastors’ names have been removed from the list, per their requests.

Right-wing blogs smeared Roy Moore accusers with conspiracy theory crafted by troll who stole a dead SEAL’s identity
ReplyDeleteThe rightwing blog The Gateway Pundit pushed a single-sourced rumor from an anonymous Twitter account, @Umpire43, claiming that one of Roy Moore’s accusers was offered $1,000 by The Washington Post to go public with her claims.
That rumor quickly made its way to InfoWars and the top of r/The_Donald, the most active pro-Trump community on the web. The pro-Trump cable station One America News Network even aired the news, citing a "report."
But the source for that viral accusation is a serial fabulist who has been using the identity of a Navy serviceman who died in 2007, records show.
Umpire43, also known as Doug Lewis or DJ Lewis, has repeatedly invented stories in the past—particularly about his own background. Lewis said he was a 22-year veteran of the Navy, a pollster at Ipsos/Reuters, an expert on rigging voting machines, a source who was feet away from Reince Preibus, a man who speaks six languages, a beleaguered soul who needed time off after 9/11 when he saw Muslims “dancing on rooftops,” the owner of a polling company who claimed Trump had a sustained lead in California, and an actual baseball umpire with 50 years experience. Oh, and he worked at the American consulate in Calgary, where he claimed to obtain proof of a forged birth certificate for Ted Cruz’s father.
The Daily Beast spoke with each of the institutions and companies at which he claimed to be affiliated or employed. None of Umpire43’s employment or service claims are true, these organizations said.
Umpire43’s now-infamous allegation that “A family friend in Alabama just told my wife that a WAPO reporter named Beth offered her 1000$ to accuse Roy Moore,” posted last week, was deleted with the rest of his Twitter account Tuesday morning.

DeleteAlabamans treated to fake robocall from a WaPo reporter named ‘Bernie Bernstein’ seeking ‘damaging remarks’ on Roy Moore
ReplyDeleteSomeone in Alabama has sent out a fake robocall intended to smear the Washington Post‘s reporting on sexual misconduct allegations against Roy Moore by posing as a reporter named “Bernie Bernstein” who’s willing to pay thousands for false testimony against the GOP Senate candidate.
According to local news station WKRG, the call seeks middle-aged women willing to make “damaging remarks” akin to the poorly-cited (and debunked) conspiracy theory that the Post paid a woman $1000 to go public with her accusation. That theory was spread by a now-deleted troll account that assumed the identity of a dead Navy SEAL to make that claim and others popular on the right-wing blogosphere.
“Hi, this is Bernie Bernstein, I’m a reporter for the Washington Post calling to find out if anyone at this address is a female between the ages of 54 to 57 years old willing to make damaging remarks about candidate Roy Moore for a reward of between $5000 and $7000 dollars,” a voicemail of the robocall claimed. “We will not be fully investigating these claims however we will make a written report. I can be reached by email at albernstein@washingtonpost.com, thank you.”
In a statement, Marty Baron, the Post‘s executive editor, denied the newspaper’s involvement in the false message.
“The Post has just learned that at least one person in Alabama has received a call from someone falsely claiming to be from The Washington Post,” Baron’s statement read. “The call’s description of our reporting methods bears no relationship to reality. We are shocked and appalled that anyone would stoop to this level to discredit real journalism.”

Conservative megachurch founder Bob Coy accused of molesting 4-year-old
ReplyDeleteA former Las Vegas strip club manager who went on to found one of the largest megachurches in Florida, has been accused of molesting a Florida girl for years — beginning when she was 4-years-old.
Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale founder, Pastor Bob Coy, forced the victim to perform oral sex, would “finger and fondle” her genitals, and would “dirty talk” to the child, the Miami New Times reported the victim told police.
“The sexual assault claims, which have never before been divulged, raise new questions about the pastor, his church, and the police who handled the case. Documents show that Coral Springs cops sat on the accusations for months before dropping the inquiry without even interviewing Coy,” the New Times reported. “His attorneys, meanwhile, persuaded a judge with deep Republican ties to seal the ex-pastor’s divorce file to protect Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale from scrutiny.”
In 2014, Pastor Bob resigned his position after “confessing to a moral failing” in his life, rumored to involve multiple affairs and addiction to pornography.
“If you’re foolish enough to go through with this story… it would hurt a lot of people,” Coy said at the Funky Biscuit nightclub in Boca Raton, which he now helps manage.
During his time at the megachurch, Pastor Bob campaigned in South Florida to reelect President George W. Bush.
The New Times explained, “Coy used his relaxed persona to sell a deeply conservative brand of Christianity. He ran gay-conversion groups and preached that all nonbelievers would go to Hell.”
Calvary’s network of 1,800 churches have allegedly had multiple pastors, staff and volunteers charged with abusing children.
“There could be other victims out there,” suggested Michael Newnham, an Oregon pastor who runs a blog critical of Calvary Chapel. “We need answers.”
“He was the rock star and cash cow of the church,” church member Douglas Henery told the Miami Herald.

"On Tuesday’s broadcast of “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”, the comedian asked his viewers to sign up for “TrumpCare.” It wasn’t a backtrack for Kimmel, whose young son’s congenital heart defects inspired his personal campaign against GOP proposals to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act.
Instead, he was simply directing people to the Healthcare.gov website so they could enroll in Obamacare, which remains in operation due to Republicans’ repeated failure to scrap it.
Kimmel presumably thought that by pretending Trump was behind the plan, his base would back it. Time will tell to see if it works."
AND IT WORKED!

"Jimmy Kimmel is finally receiving praise from supporters of President Donald Trump.
On Tuesday night, the “Jimmy Kimmel Live” host urged people to sign up for Obamacare, but with a twist: He changed the name of the program to Trumpcare.
Kimmel didn’t crack many jokes during his pitch. In fact, he was quite sincere about it as he described the program’s many benefits and urged people to sign up during the open enrollment period. The only change was the name, which Kimmel justified by noting that the Trump administration was now in charge of the program.
What a difference five letters can make!
Now, Kimmel’s receiving praise on social media from the president’s supporters, many of whom typically haven’t been too happy with him for his Trump jokes and his efforts to save the Affordable Care Act."

The good folks of Alabama are going to be able to weigh and measure this… This is an orchestrated hit from the Uniparty.”
ReplyDelete". Late last week, the Breitbart chairman said, “I will put him in a grave myself,” if he determines that Moore was lying to him about the numerous accusations, a source close to Bannon relayed.
Bannon emphasized, to both friends and colleagues, that he’s uncomfortable with the charges of sexual harassment and child molestation that have been levelled at Moore. But he wasn’t convinced that the initial flood of on-record testimony, starting with the first Washington Post story last week, was anything more than a hit job. And he believes it may have been planted by #NeverTrump operatives to put the screws to Moore’s campaign."
" Bannon is currently in Japan, where he went to deliver a speech."Bannon believes that a Moore win would be a stinging defeat for Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) who he and others at Breitbart fault for stalling Trump’s legislative agenda and for the longer-term corrosion of ideological purity in the Republican Party. As the website’s editor in chief Alex Marlow told Politico on Tuesday, the Alabama senate contest “represents so much beyond one RACE."" “POTUS TO REVISIT ROY MOORE SUPPORT AFTER RETURNING TO U.S.” from his Asia trip—roughly the same position Bannon now finds himself in."
