Croatian hunter killed by stray bullet while "hunting" farm raised lions. I believe that is Karma calling on line one.

Courtesy of SF Gate:

A Croatian big game hunter was preparing to shoot a lion during a hunting expedition in South Africa when he himself was shot and killed.

Pero Jelinic, whose friends say had "hunted everything that could be hunted in Europe," had already killed one lion and was sighting in a second Saturday at a remote lodge near Setiagole, according to Total Croatia News.

Initially, the bullet that hit Jelinic was described as "stray," but police are now investigating the incident as a possible homicide.

The lions were captive-bred. They had been farm-raised to be hunted in a legal yet controversial sport often called "canned hunting."

Well it's about time the lions started shooting back.

You know I am not much of a fan of hunting in the first place, but what possible challenge is it to kill animals hand raised by other humans?

I mean it would be just as macho as using a high powered rifle to pick off family pets in people's backyards.

Asshole deserves to die.

I do not believe in karma, however I am open to the possibility....
Like you, Uncle G, I'm glad the old bastard is dead, and the only way to have made it even better is if he suffered in pain&fear for a bit before he finally croaked.

Preach it G. Why couldn't it have been a Trump spawn that ate the bullet?

I'm no fan of hunting either but if we all got what we deserved, we'd all be dead. Far greater sin has received less severe penalty.

One of my favorite movies is "Secondhand Lions" it is a sweet funny movie. Worth watching.
But the sleeping lions (America) are awake now and are waiting and watching those shameful traitors of America. Mr Mueller, take away all passports of the treason criminals and send the lions in.

    OT? GINGER!
"LAHREN: If you haven’t yet had the displeasure of watching that little limp dick’s response to President Trump’s State of the Union, I suggest you take some Pepto-Bismol or some Midol or whatever you need to do to get through it because it was pathetic and it was embarrassing. Oh. My. God."

"Here’s Fox News contributor @TomiLahren referring to a Democratic congressman as “that little limp dick.” Some very insightful and professional political commentary."

"6. Looks like what Tomi was referring to when she posted that Caitlyn/Joe Kennedy photo on her Instagram stories which she quickly deleted."

"Then, probably aware that her latest rant might have gone too far even for Fox News and endanger her contributor contract, she apologized for a comment and tried to pretend it had nothing to do with Fox News. But, as Yashar Ali pointed out, that’s baloney:

  9. Are there paw prints on the murder weapon?

He killed one lion already. Why did he need a second? These so-called Trophy hunters supposedly do it for a notch on their check list or something. Once you've got your lion, why do you need another?

Well, because it isn't about the trophy or the list or whatever It's just about KILLING. Killing a living thing. A big, impressive living thing. And the cowards do it in canned hunts so they don't risk any danger of injury, death or missing their target.

Not only should canned hunts be banned, all hunts should be banned.

Numbers of all of our wildlife are falling. Why help them along to extinction?

Not sure who they are trying to impress, but disgust is what they're fostering.

OT? THIS IS THE REAL ISSUE!
"Brooks’ column, like many traditional anti-choice arguments, is detached from the realities of people’s lives — there’s no consideration of who might seek an abortion after 20 weeks or pregnancy, or why — and misconstrues the truth about later abortions, cloaking restrictive policies in a sheen of respectability and moderation.

Brooks argues, wrongly, that Democratic lawmakers who oppose 20-week bans in fact support abortion up until the moment before birth, writing, “I understand that our donors (though not necessarily our voters) want to preserve a woman’s right to choose through all nine months of her pregnancy.”

This characterization is not unlike the time President Trump accused former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton of supporting abortion “up to the moment of birth” during a debate. But abortion rights proponents don’t suggest that abortion should be legal “up to the moment of birth.” Rather, they suggest abortion should not be restricted until the point of viability, a medical standard rather than a fixed number of weeks, because it’s different for every person and every pregnancy."

US envoy to Singapore "McFarland’s nomination became stalled due to concerns about her testimony to Congress over communications with Russia, the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee said in December.

“I am asking that you withdraw my nomination to be the U.S. Ambassador to Singapore,” "The New York Times reported it had obtained an email McFarland sent on Dec. 29, 2016, the day former President Barack Obama’s administration authorized new sanctions against Russia, saying Flynn would talk to Kislyak that evening."

“I have come to this decision reluctantly, because I believe in your mission.”"
