One of the Florida school shooting survivors just skewered Trump again.

Ali Velshi, "Do you get some sense that you were heard?"

Sam Zeif, "I know I was heard because I saw it on Trump's little card, 'I hear you.'"

Damn! That is certainly going to leave a mark.

This of course is the card that Zeif is referring to.

These kids are not screwing around.

I happened to catch the part on tv when Sam Zeif was speaking at the "listening session". He was a very impressive young man. My heart broke for him.

  5. First Bank just dumped the NRA credit card.

    https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/first-national-bank-dumps-nra-branded-visa-credit-card_us_5a8f28d8e4b00804dfe6b90d

"The First National Bank of Omaha has decided to cut ties with the National Rifle Association in a national moment of reckoning over gun control.

Citing complaints from customers, the company’s First Bankcard division will no longer issue NRA-branded Visa credit cards touted by the gun-rights group as a special benefit of membership after the current contract between the two parties expires.

“Customer feedback has caused us to review our relationship with the NRA. As a result, First National Bank of Omaha will not renew its contract with the National Rifle Association to issue the NRA Visa Card,” a First National Bank spokesman told HuffPost by email Thursday."

"Members of the group are still able to purchase NRA-branded prepaid Visa debit cards because those are made available through a separate entity, NetSpend, which is currently “reviewing the relationship” it has with the NRA."

So, it's starting. When the affiliation becomes fiscally toxic, businesses will bail.

    1. Enterprise, which includes Alamo and National, will be ending it's discounts to NRA members.

I'm sure other businesses are reviewing their ties to the NRA.

The bottom line is the bottom line. There are only 5 million NRA members and I doubt that many of them patronize some businesses more than the rest of us. And when businesses look to lose the rest of us, they're willing to dump a small minority. The NRA is a small minority. We need to make them so small that Congress realizes they backed the wrong horse too.

  6. Could it be the NRA's crisis actors like Wayne and Dana's contempt for survivors inspired this reaction?

First National Bank has decided to cut all ties associating themselves with the NRA.

In addition to pathological malignant narcissism and early onset dementia, Trumplethinskin appears to be suffering from ADHD. Look at him swaying and looking all around (distracted like all get-out) in the clip from the below article from Raw Story; he's being tremendously rude to the man who's speaking to him. He must have been tranquilized out the wazoo for the 'listening session' with the grieving parents and students yesterday; otherwise he would have been bouncing around like a loon. The card telling him to '*FOCUS*!!!' really gave it away though... and he can't even be discreet about holding it. What an inept jackass.

What I saw the video show was Trump not listening, but busily mentally debunking every point the Indiana AG was trying to make. Trump's mind is made up... armed teacher offense. It doesn't require many $$$, only teacher martyrdom and video game reflexes.

A Marjory Stoneman Douglas school resource officer has been suspended without pay after Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel said video shows him taking up a defensive position during the shooting but never entering the school.

Israel announced Thursday that the decision to suspend Deputy Scot Peterson was made after reviewing video from the shooting and taking statements from witnesses and Peterson himself, Israel said.

“He should have went in, addressed the killer, killed the killer,” Israel said.

    1. Sadly, it's a common issue now. 2005 Supreme Court ruling states the police have no duty to protect the citizens...even if there is a court issued protection order.

Remember that Dr's family that was tortured, raped and murdered in Connecticut...the police were gathered in front of the house and did not enter even though they were told maniacs were in the house with the family. The wife and two daughters were murdered, the father barely survived. Cops excuse: we can't enter a scene if we don't know what were going to face.

How come those cowardly NRA members don't allow weapons in their conventions, are those cowards afraid of being mowed down?

Why should we have guns in schools to please those terrorists when they are too chicken to allow them in the conventions.

An associate of Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) invoked the Fifth Amendment in order to not testify before the House Intelligence Committee on the unverified Trump-Russia dossier, according to Fox News.

The committee originally issued a subpoena for David Kramer — a former State Department official and current senior director of the nonprofit McCain Institute — in December.

These gun humpers have zero compassion or empathy. Trump may even start attacking them on Twitter. He is that low of a human.
