ReplyDeleteI'm an attorney (not frequent here, but come by sometimes) that knows neither of them--but I've found it kind of weird and sad for Levi and Sunny that Bristol was able to take Tripp out of Alaska since they have joint custody...that's not normal , there's typically a clause in the agreement that says you can't do that, so unless Levi agreed to it or the clause from when she moved to Kentucky before was worded in a way that allowed her to take him again? She clearly stayed with Dakota because she didn't want to share custody of her kids..so my hunch is that it's him that wants out now. She'd be dumb to leave him, I see no way that she could take Sailor and Atlee out of Texas now without his permission. (Maybe Sailor..for sure not Atlee) so she's stuck there regardless.
I co-parent too.. and did before law school and Tripp is very soon going to hate her for how she's treated his dad..I'd never even think of taking my son away from his father.

I’m not privy to his custody agreement but it’s standard practice taking a child out of state will be included in JCP... which from what i remember, was finalized after the return from Kentucky. Also @6:04– that’s unfortunate. My son adores his step-mom. I was cheated on, with her, for a long time. Bottom line is... he loves his dad and her and me and my husband. He shouldn’t have to choose. My son is 5 and we have him make cards if he wants (and he always does) for mother’s day. It’s incomprehensible to me to purposefully keep your child from someone they love based on you having them out of jealousy.

Everything familiar to her is there where she grew up. She’s alone in Texas, misses her sisters and their support & how they could help with the kids. She’s missing out on the sisterly fun of planning Willow’s wedding, something she herself never had the fun of doing for herself. Now with two girls so close in age, she might actually be glad to let Trip have more time with his Dad so she has a little more time dealing with the girls needs. I can’t imagine Dakota allowing her to take the girls back to Alaska. What a mess these two have made of things.

Her not being in Alaska has nothing to do with Track (even though he’s a hot mess) taking atlee out of Texas is parental kidnapping without Dakota’s permission. Not sure about sailor, because they had a sealed custody agreement, and with the move... that complicates her. She can’t just leave Texas. She is losing her mind, alone, while Dakota has a career.

The Super Bowl is one of the Homeland Security's feared targets, so they go out of their way to make sure it's highly protected. I'm glad after a couple of weeks of humvees, men with guns walking around downtown, helicopter flyovers and especially during the week leading up to the Super Bowl, jet flights rather low occasionally over the city which were nerve racking ... the whole show is gone other than some electrical equipment still being packed up on Nicollet Mall on Thursday night and a friend and I looking for bargains yet most Super Bowl merchandise is already gone or is still overpriced at 50% off. I wouldn't want to live in a city if the Super Bowl came to the same place every year (same with the World Series or other venues). I agree with your comment. It's also too patriotic and military leg-humping. I watched this year since it was local yet usually I skip it as it's overboard and to me over kill in it's rah-rah. America is the only way. Hmm, I still wouldn't mind us as less of an empire and with single payer healthcare.
