Don't worry that Donald Trump is upset about all of the negative press he is receiving. The only person who matters to him thinks he is doing just fine.

Courtesy of TPM:

Russian President Vladimir Putin lavished praise on President Donald Trump on Wednesday, but added that he was sorely disappointed with the U.S. political system, saying that it has been “eating itself up.”

Speaking in an interview with the Russian state television, Putin described Trump as a great communicator.

“I have no disappointment at all,” Putin said when asked about the U.S. president. “Moreover, on a personal level he made a very good impression on me.”

The two leaders met on the sidelines of international summits last year. Putin praised Trump as a “balanced” man, who easily gets into the gist of various issues and listens to his interlocutor.

“It’s possible to negotiate with him, to search for compromises,” Putin added.

Yeah I think that last line is Russian code for "The little bitch will do exactly what I fucking tell him to do."

Vladimir Putin famously does not like to compromise, and with Trump in the White House he does not feel he has to anymore.

Oh by the way in case you have not picked up on it, Trump does not work for us, he works for the Kremlin.

And EVERY SINGLE DAY that fact is reinforced by Trump's actions, as well as Putin's supportive comments.

Right. Trump is really "balanced". It is so obvious that Republicans are a wholly owned subsidiary of the Kremlin.

-Exactly. Trumplethinskin got Putin's video 'message' of the missiles headed *straight* for Mar-a-Loco ...Putie-Poo can be Trumplethinskin's 'new best friend' (as just before the 2013 Moscow Miss Universe Pageant) or new WORST ENEMY. And 'believe me', you DON'T want to get on Vlad's *bad side*. The double agent in England and his daughter just found *that* out the HARD way.

Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke spent $139,000 on some new doors. Trump spends $130,000 and only got a pair of knockers. Money well spent you guys.

Trump is Mussolini to Putin’s Hitler. Mussolini’s admiration and decision to join Hitler resulted in huge losses with zero gain for Italy after WWII. It also resulted in Mussolini being killed by his own people... and after they hung his dead body up in a square in Milan and desecrated it.

I’ve been reading into WWII stuff lately, and it’s hard for me not to see the parallels in Trump’s admiration of Putin. Trump is egocentric and hedonistic, while Putin is cold as ice and calculating. Perfect damn parallels. It’s a shame Trump doesn’t read history... except for Mein Kampf, which he supposedly has read when he was younger. Yikes.

He doesn't care squat about history. That he resembles Mussolini is no doubt seen as a compliment.

Wouldn't you just love to know what's behind THAT? I doubt that we'll ever hear the truth. Jong-UN is going to give up nukes just like that? Riiiight......

    2. Kim will give up nukes, "just like that." All we have do in exchange is remove our troops and bases from the peninsula--which is fully in accord with #CadetBoneSpurs' few core principles, such as they are. Also a pleasing development from PRC's perspective, one might add. #FaustGOP's isolationist streak reawakens with a vengeance.

The constitution states that if our government no longer represents the citizens of the United States then we the people can overthrow them.

Trump is so easily played because he is looking for fame and glory and everyone knows it.

He wants to be a hero and all you have to do is feed his ego. He can be manipulated in so many ways because it's all about him.He will trust them because he has not studied them, he has no sence of history nor does he care.

If they give him a parade he will be happy.

    G. People are so numbed by years and years of sensationalism from the news media that you could tell them that Putin is living in the White House and no on would blink.
That's from years of the Kardashians, O.J., Lindsey Lohan, Britany Spears. Now any old thing you put out there people just yawn. Even when it's true.
And I think Putin was counting on that when he groomed Donald. He knew we were ripe for the picking.
