It turns out that Cambridge Analytica sent foreigners to help Republicans win elections. Hey, isn't that illegal?

Cambridge Analytica, the data firm at the center of a scandal about misused Facebook information, sent dozens of foreign nationals to work on U.S. elections in 2014, The Washington Post reported on Sunday.

Three of the firm’s former employees, including whistleblower Christopher Wylie, said the company was mostly staffed with non-U.S. citizens as it worked across several states to help elect Republicans. The campaign ― dubbed “Project Ripon” ― continued even after an attorney warned the firm to obey U.S. election laws, which mandate foreigners cannot “directly or indirectly participate in the decision-making process” in a political campaign.

Despite the warning, at least 20 non-Americans were sent to advise congressional and legislative campaigns in 2014, and helped to decide who to target with political messages, the Post reported. Such voters were dubbed “hidden Republicans.”

“Its dirty little secret was that there was no one American involved in it, that it was a de facto foreign agent, working on an American election,” Wylie told the Post.

Well now, why am I not more surprised?

Since when did that matter for this Administration? Nothing will be done about it. Cynical? You bet.

They don’t care about net neutrality, so I highly doubt that they give a rip about this either.

      Not cynical, just fact.

Benghazi. Emails. Clinton's mistresses. Criminals. NAH NAH NAH I can't hear you! The GOP is such a cesspool, which we always knew ever since fat butt Newt tried to impeach Clinton over a blow job while screwing then aide Calista in his own office.

The GOP is willing to work with foreigners as long as they are helping to rig the vote, lie to voters, and cheat the political process. It also helps if they have Russian-sounding names. Any other foreigners are not welcomed by the GOP.

repugs won't need foreigners much longer - trump has a baby making factory in FL - wealthy russians rent for high prices in his resort, give birth - get the american citizen and then take the children back to russia - with dual citizenship this children can be raised to do just about anything (including vote and even run for president) to wreck havoc in the U.S. - yet no one is looking into and doing anything about - like changing the law !!!

Each child citizenship must be revoked. This is happening in California by china also. All involved must be exposed and all people expelled from this country. Stop all foreign people buying usa soil now. We cannot allow this invasion.

As ugly and painful as it is. We must replay every trump campaign speech and event. Let us listen again to his hateful direct messages to Russia, to his paid supporters, to his republican party. Lets see who was there to support him, who stood up for him. Let us witness the crime committed again. We the people will never forget nor forgive those that enabled this crime against us. We will never allow them the enemy to forget what they did. There is NO excuse for treason and NO law that will forgive them. Plaster their lying face on every billboard and newspaper in this land. Lock um up, Lock um in.

    https://www.politico.com/states/florida/story/2018/03/26/records-zinkes-office-refute-scott-framing-of-impromptu-oil-drilling-reversal-330060

OT?"The records reaffirm the perception at the time that the Trump administration’s decision to reverse course and remove Florida from the list was carefully choreographed to give Scott a political win in his widely expected challenge this year to unseat Nelson.

“Whatever Rick needs, they [Trump administration] will do. There will be net more offshore drilling, but the governor will get what he needs,” one Republican who spoke directly with Zinke told POLITICO at the time, a prediction that came true.

It will “be a big win, and it won’t be Bill Nelson bringing it home,” "Records show that between the Jan. 4 announcement that Florida could see additional oil drilling rigs off its shore and the Jan. 9 meeting where the state was taken “off the table,” Carbone spoke with Roddy, the Zinke advance staffer, 17 times, while Schutz Zeckman spoke with Kate MacGregor, who at the time was acting assistant secretary of Land and Minerals Management, seven times. MacGregor was the point person for much of the discussions, and traveled with Zinke for the Tallahassee rollout,"
"Nelson, Democrats and other Scott opponents always saw political motivations in the quick about-face by the Trump administration toward Florida. Scott was one of Trump’s earliest political supporters, and I$ the current chairman of a pro-Trump super PAC."
"Secretary Zinke announces plans to drill off Florida’s coast and four days later agrees to ‘take Florida off the table?’ I don’t believe,” Nelson said in a statement at the time. “This is a political stunt orchestrated by the Trump administration to help Rick Scott, who has wanted to drill off Florida’s coast his entire career.”“Governor Scott is trying to rewrite his long anti-environment record with a tweet.”"

Romney Runs To The Right: Deport The DREAMers!

...Romney established himself as more conservative on immigration than the bulk of his party, including Trump, according to the Daily Herald. “I’m also more of a hawk on immigration than even the President,” he said. “My view was these DACA kids shouldn’t all be allowed to stay in the country legally.”

“Now I will accept the President’s view on this, but for me, I draw the line and say, those who’ve come illegally should not be given a special path to citizenship,” he added, in contradiction to President Trump’s February support for giving 1.8 million DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) recipients a path to citizenship.

I was eating lunch and this woman who I thought was a JW knocked on the door. I went out later to put trash dumpster back in the sideyard, but instead of Watchtower, there was a flyer for Beth Martinez Humenik another ass wipe mentioned in above link.

  15. No one is surprised.

And nothing is going to happen.

We simply have no legal means that pertain to any of this CRIMINAL shit that Trump did to get into the White House.

And once in, no way to get rid of him with a Republicans controlled House and Senate.

    Vote in 2018.
