This absolutely leaves me stunned!
How can FEMA turn away any kind of help at this point?
I have heard that Canada, Jamaica, and some other countries offered aid and were turned away.
This seems like more then just incompetence to me, On "Real Time with Bill Maher" last night Bill made the point that the people running FEMA are friends of King George from his school days. Are these people qualified to run an agency as vitally important as FEMA?
