Here is the third ethics complaint filed against Sarah Palin since her resignation. Hmm who predicted THAT would happen? Updated!

Another ethics complaint has been filed against Gov. Sarah Palin, alleging she abused her office by accepting a salary and used state staff while campaigning as the Republican vice presidential candidate last year.

It's the 18th ethics complaint filed against Palin, and the third since Palin announced her resignation July 3.

In her resignation speech, Palin cited the complaints as taking a personal toll and crippling her ability to govern effectively.

She officially steps down July 26.

The latest complaint was filed Monday and is the fifth by outspoken Palin critic Andree McLeod of Anchorage. Three of McLeod's grievances have been dismissed and another remains active.

You know I am a little confused but I THINK this is actually number 20. But I have to admit I have sort of lost track.

Well regardless of which total number this represents, it IS the third ethics complaint files since Palin resigned which is exactly what Dennis Zaki predicted. Now if THAT turned out to be true then the next thing we should expect would be..........ICEBERG!

Quick! I need some popcorn, some ice cold Pepsi, and a comfortable chair STAT! The show is about to begin. Oooh I can hardly wait!

Update: Here is a list of all of Sarah's ethics complaints up to April 27 of this year. It looks like this one is actually lucky number 21!

Well, I sure hope so, too. My popcorn is ready, and a glass of bubbly, also, too.
(Don't like beer, sorry! ;) Besides, bubbly, IMHO, is more worthy to celebrate with than brewsky. :P )

Do I sense that "someone" might soon be hitting a giant high tension wire?

This sound is of the cracking and popping that sea ice makes. Ice makes loud noises underwater when it cracks. Sea ice cracks as the wind, waves, icebergs, and other sea ice push against it. Sea ice also makes groaning sounds as it is slowly deformed.

I thought one of the earlier complaints was regarding this same topic and it was dismissed...

  12. I'm grinning. And believing that the dung has lined up in front of the giant fan, ready to be sucked into the screams and accusations that will no doubt flow once the messy fecal matter starts spraying all over $P's higher calling.

    Bring it on.

  17. I've looked at details of every Palin real estate transaction from the AK online records. It's certainly possible that the Palin's have reported all income transactions. However, there are several where income may have gone unreported.

So, let's say the IRS has found taxable transactions that weren't reported. Who is in charge of the IRS?

Palin, by looking like she's running for Pres. in 2012 has positioned herself to claim Pres. Obama is trying to destroy her. It explains why she has blamed him for the organized ethics complaint attack.

Will the IRS back down and drop charges?
If not, how will it play out?

    The iceberg IS coming ......

From someone who knows. Not only that, but once her highness has left her position, that other bombshell will be breaking wide open. You know T and T

President Obama is not behind the ethics claims or anything else having to do with Sarah. He never even thinks about her and he definitely does not think she is a threat. It actually really bothers her that he has not treated her like the star she believes she is. She is crazy with jealousy and is trying to copy him, just watch. But she doesn't have enough class or smarts.

The IRS is not going to back down and either are other related parties. This is about the Palins actions and choices. They bring all of this on themselves.

Who do you think wears the pants in that family? Something to ponder while waiting. If it looks like a duck, acts like a duck, it IS a duck.

Who is Palin's lawyer talking about when he says there is a Democrat Party person that has filed ethics complaints and is behind organizing ethics complaints as a political strategy???

Yes I know what you say!!!

Anon@8:54 That is a talking point aka red herring.

She is less than a flea to Obama!!!!! And it bugs her!!!

You know, not reporting income is not the end of the world to the IRS. It happened to me, and it was a mistake on my part. I simply had to pay the taxes I owed.

Unless it is proven that they deliberately hid income from the IRS, its not going to be bad if they just pay the taxes.

All they have to say is Oops my bad and pay. If that is the scandal we will all be quite dissapointed. We probably wont even hear about it. The IRS is not going to share any info

  22. Curiouser:
Having dealt with the IRS on a tax matter, you can trust me....these people do not back down and they are absolutely tenacious. They are like a dog worrying a bone - and once they have hold, they keep it.

The IRS has in the past been used as a tool by previous administrations - not sure but I think Nixon did that to people.

Trust me...the IRS doesn't care who they are investigating if they think someone has committed tax fraud or mis reported their taxes.

I'd bet there is something with Todd's sponsorship by Arctic Cat and him passing his sleds off to $arah unless they did report this. We don't know that they didn't report things.

    Or HouseGate?

I don't trust her at all.....to be honest. She keeps trying to get away with stuff and thinks herself above the law or ethics. Individuals who act like this tend to get caught.

  23. Anonymous Charlie: Wanted to comment on your post. ITA with your point that $arah is jealous that Obama doesn't pay attention to her tantrums. He has what she wants and will never get. He is President and he is ignoring her.

Jealousy is an ugly thing - seems like $arah's doing a bid for attention and no one's listening.

  24. Anonymous Charlie, thanks for the tidbits. NO ONE can escape from the gravitational pull of the IRS. when the other naughty monkey shoe drops she wil be in cuffs I hope! SUE ME!!!!
