Palin poll numbers plummet.

Two-thirds, 67%, said they don’t ever want the former Alaska governor to be president, compared with the 21% who said they would.

While it should come as no surprise that 87% of Democrats said they don’t ever want Palin as commander-in-chief, some 43% of Republicans said the same thing—as well as 65% of independents.

Even 46% of self-identified conservatives said they do not want Palin as president, as well as 44% of those who voted for Arizona GOP Sen. John McCain in 2008.

At 44%, white evangelicals are the largest subgroup supporting Palin as president one day.

Well, believe it or not, that brilliant "quit halfway through your term" strategy does not seem to have worked as well as advertised.

As I predicted months ago: She's toast in every way. The Palin brand is over. Her political career is finished. It's Quitting Time.

The rapidly changing poll numbers are forcing Sarah's ghostwriter to rewrite chapters in the book.... nah, book will still claim 86% approval rating.

The ghostwriter has to be close to sticking red hot pokers in her own ears by now...

Not surprising! She came across as an angry, bitter, vindictive witch in her quitters speech. She's done. Yippee!

Oh and Levi? Where's Bristol? Pregnant maybe. Gryphen mentioned she had a new boyfriend and hinted about him.

Anon@7:01am I totally agree! Everytime I see a clip of the speech I am amazed how angry, bitter, vindictive, hateful, snarkey, spaz arm waving, chickenshit she is! I hope the Dems save that little gem in case she gets any ideas...but hopefully she will be clad in jailhouse Orange...before long :)
    Yipee!

Finally, people are seeing her for what most of us knew for a long time. She has no business in politics. As for her book deal, if it ever materializes, I predict it to be a flop, too. I sure won't buy it.

I bet those evangelicals will drop like flies when babygate is finally exposed. Sure, there may be a fraction of a percent that still hang on to her every word in disbelief. But in the end, most will consider her a liar for her own personal political gain. And they may then consider all those ethics complaints well deserved.

    Plunging Poll Numbers for Palin:-)

why hasn't HuffPo reported on this yet?? We should all send them AKM, Gryphen, Shannyn's posts. It would be a shame for the meme of the "most popular governor" to go unchallenged.
