Rupert Murdoch calls in Bill O'Reilly and "pollster" Frank Luntz to provide cover for yet another Palin misstep.

The first thing to address is whether or not Frank Luntz actually gathered a group of people that is representative of Obama voters. I am guessing not. And by the way WHY did they cut it off before the graph supposedly demonstrated how hateful the Obama voters were?

The guy is well known for consistently skewing his data to reinforce the conclusions that Fox News pays him to reinforce. He is the guy who penned the memo that Republicans are using to try and kill the health care bill, and there is NOTHING bipartisan about his tactics. So let us get THAT out of the way right off the top.

As I have addressed before the Family Guy episode was NOT aimed at Trig Palin. It contained one very slight dig at Sarah Palin, which SHE decided to capitalize on to, once again, play the victim. Only this time she was even too cowardly to do it herself, and had her daughter Bristol do the dirty work for her.

Even the actress who played the part, a person with Down syndrome herself, understood the target of the joke.

The only thing that is shown by this little act that Luntz and O'Reilly put on is that News Corp is still dedicated to cleaning up the messes that Sarah Palin makes in order to keep her from imploding before they have squeezed all of the potential revenue from of her appearances on Fox. After all Rupert Murdoch has made a sizable investment in Ms. Palin and, even though she is getting more batshit crazy by the day, he still stands to make a tidy sum from her in the next several months.

Personally I want very much to be a fly on the wall at Fox News when we prove that Sarah did not give birth to her magical, popularity producing toddler. I wonder if MSNBC could sneak a camera in there on the big day?

And as for Luntz's ridiculous assertion that when it comes to Sarah Palin conservatives are more compassionate than liberals, I have to correct him. It is not that we are less compassionate, it is that we are less easy to fool. You see, unlike conservatives, when a woman puts a pillow under her scarf and tells us she is seven months pregnant and then produces a borrowed child to prove that she was not lying, liberals tend to be a tad skeptical.

After all, as my previous post illustrates, we ARE the intelligent ones.

You should realize, Griffen, that Palin is no longer an office holder and the threshold for libel is much lower.

"as my previous post illustrates, we ARE the intelligent ones"

How did that two-babies 'expose' pan out, with the photos and everything? Did the real websites pick it up? Did the newspapers run with it? Did Drudge make it a redlight headline? Did even Keith Olbermann scream about it?

Or did it just disappear like everything else you 'intelligent ones' ramble about?

Didja ever see a TV show called "The Lone Gunmen?" THEY thought THEY were saving the world, too! You betcha!

"less easy to fool"---so,so true. Fox will continue to try to promote this lie of a person who lies and lies and lies. She won't ever stop lying because it has worked. She lies and plays the victim and prospers--millionaire, book, speaking fees, tv contract, magazine covers, new house, new car, insurance. Guess that"hopey changey thing" worked out pretty good for her----and her Fox cohorts making money talking about her.

Palin isn't being asked to be a spokesperson for any of the special needs groups for a good reason. She's too damn hypocritical and anyone with intelligence, obviously not Fox viewers, can see that, especially after the whole "Rush uses satire" nonsense.

How about that "hefty" $1000 donation she made to the Down Syndrome Foundation on the last day of the year? I guess it never occurred to her when looking at her very own child with Down's Syndrome that they could benefit from her "SarahPAC" money? I'd be willing to wager that her accountant brought it up when they were doing all the end of the year filing.

I hope she does run for President and then we can get a good look at just how much of her own money she uses for charity or is it just OPM??

Well, $arah, did you give any of that "hard-earned book money" to the Down Syndrome Foundation? Or just PAC money and if just PAC, why only $1k? You gave more to Michelle Bachman's campaign than to a cause that's supposed to be close to your heart. You're nothing but a hypocritical bitch and I look forward to the day you disappear from the public eye forever.

Once upon a time, there was a socially-retarded, emotionally-impaired troll we'll call Corny D-Bag. Now ole' Douchebag basically has 2 reasons to get up in the morning–quiet time with Rosey Palmer, replete with bumpit-filled fantasies, and stalking you. (To be fair, perhaps he plays a little D & D, too.) As trolls go, he's uniquely annoying.

One day, the wacky gentleman scholar over at PA decided to indulge D-bag a bit. Long story short, the troll-who you no doubt recall was highly opposed to anonymity-pens lengthy, futile explanations for unjustifiable behavior, logs out, then responds to (and compliments!) his own posts without attribution.

Having read what I just wrote, forget the smile. It's dismal and depressing no matter how you slice it.

Would it be possible to create a timeline (with photos)of BabyGate.
The ruffle ear'd baby and Trig are the most compelling however it would help (IMHO) to understand how events (may) have unfolded starting with fall of '07 Seeing the pic's of the Palin Xmas Card - taken sometime in early to mid Sept. 2007, (based on the email dump) Bristol looks - well -pregnant. When approx. did it become known that Bristol was out of school for mono for 5 months? When did the former half-term gov. actually announce her 7 mo. pregnancy? Also, altho I know from the Freedom of Info Act in AK politics it takes forever to get info, wouldn't the former gov's schedule be public record?

Guess what I'm getting at is lay all the data, photos, dates, documentation out as if you were going to present this to a jury (your readers). We've gotten pieces here & there - but to lay it out on a timeline (especially for those that weren't following babygate until now) would be extremely helpful.

    Mr. O'Reilly,
I gave you more credit than that ridiculous Sarah Palin 'bailout' interview with Dr. Luntz. Family Guy WAS NOT aimed at Trig...It was aimed at Ms. Palin who plays victim depending on her preference for the person doling it out.

Why aren't you also defending her hypocrisy of guesting on Leno's show after his 'satire' about Edwards impregnating Bristol? Letterman's not okay, but Leno 'passes'? Just like 'retard' passes for Limbaugh, but not for Rahm Emanuel?

    Let's see now........

What about Levi being a Porn Star and Ricky Hollywood being nasty, but Scott Brown's Porn is okie dokie and Bristol in a Teen Soap Opera doesn't make her Vicky Hollywood???

Stop with the bull and let her drown in her own narcissism and martyrdom. Just think if President Obama chose to answer to the hoards of Racism and hate infested dialogue just from you guys at FOX News, he would be spending 24/7 dealing with it.

And Ms. Palin expects to be President of the United States and she can't even rise above the effects she is causing comedians today?

If Murdoch and Ailes weren't so greedy wanting to control the White House as well as the News Media & McCain hadn't been so desperate, none of us would be wasting time on this Palin Airhead.

Trig would have been only about 6-8 hours old (born at 6:30 am; photographed that afternoon)in the hospital photos with the Heaths.  Why does he look exactly the same 5* days later in the photo with Sarah & Todd in the governor's Anchorage office?

All of my babies looked dramatically different two days after birth. Is this the rule? Is the absence of a change in chubby-face Trig's appearance evidence that he wasn’t born on April 18?

I was just watching the DVD extras of season four of Lost.

There is a fake conspiracy mini-movie about the Oceanic Six's rescue.

    (bear with me non-Lost watchers)

In this mini-movie, it questions Kate being the mother of Aaron. No one saw her pregnant, & a witness at the airport saw Kate & says that she did not appear six months pregnant. (see where I am going with this?)

Anyway in this fake movie, they consult with a doctor about how the body of a woman who was six months pregnant looks(with diagrams) & then they brought out 2 women who were pregnant to show what their bodies looked like.

I just sat there is awe thinking of 'you know who'. That little bit of video would be good to post if someone could capture it.

I've been sick for weeks at home watching all of the Lost episodes & I'm beginning to think that we have our own little Lost going on with Sarah.

Sarah probably insisted that "they," meaning Fox deal with it!! Remember her letter to Steve Schmidt telling him to deal with the Todd is a member of AIP issue. She wanted Schmidt to lie about it and he refused.
Well this is a similar situation. She couldn't talk about the Family Guy controversy so she made Fox deal with it even if means lying. What a diva nutjob she is. And she apparently has the Fox boys by the balls.
One of these days the diva is going to lose her powers there though watch and see.

Sarah Palin may not be an office holder any more. But as a public figure who works hard to keep her name out there in the public eye, the standards for libeling her are a lot tougher.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Can't help but notice, Gryph, that a few folks seem to be confused. It is their suggestion that you waste your time (and everyone else's) by going back to square one so that they can come up to speed.

Anyone who has serious concern and/or curiosity has by now, no doubt, noticed that on the left- hand side of this page you have provided links to sites like palingates and Palin's Deceptions, which clearly provide that information.

So, what does that leave me to conclude? Either:

a)some folks are just too lazy to do their own homework and want you to do it for them; or
b)some people think that no one will notice that their supposed ignorance on the subject is simply contrived.

And so, it becomes obvious that either their thinking processes have been numbed by the lack of curiosity or blinded by misplaced loyalty--and I would suggest the latter.

Meanwhile, as they play these cutesy little games, there are minor children living in a house, (perhaps tucked away in any number of houses)whose lives have little purpose beyond that of providing an underqualified politician with a gimmick.

Who are these children? Well, let's begin with Piper. Does she attend school? If not, is she being home schooled? And if she is being home schooled, who is directing her in her studies?

I can't remember where I saw or read it--maybe it was the GQ article: Piper came in with her (as I recall cousins) from gymnastics--what did Sarah say to her? That she would never be any good at gymnastics.

Setting aside the fact that Sarah Palin dragged her on stage to wave at the crowds dressed in mother/daughter outfits--setting aside the fact that she was dragged along to mingle with some California loggers and clung to her mother like a four-year-old--setting aside the fact that Trig has been shoved off on Piper on literally hundreds, if not thousands, of times in her few short years--the fact that this young girls has spent hour upon hour balancing young Trig on her hip, with her back twisted and contorted, speaks volumes.

So, dismiss Gryph's blogs as it pertains to the possibilities of any number of Trigs (T1, T2, etc.)--that's fine. Dismiss the fact that archived photographs of Sarah Palin tell the tale of a (highly likely) blatant lie about being pregnant..that's fine. Dismiss the reality that Todd and Sarah Palin made the decision to fly on a commercial airline at a point in that "pregnancy" where both she and the life of the unborn was put in jeopardy--that's fine, too.

But, my guess is that no troll or skeptic can provide any defense for a woman, any woman, that has systematically robbed her own young girl of her childhood.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Anonymous7:27 AM

"Then McKinley, one of Piper's cousins, does a one-handed back roundoff.

"Oh, my gosh, you're a good little gymnast!" says Sarah. "Piper, do that! Just try that!"

    Piper tries, unsuccessfully.

Sarah shakes her head. "You're like your mother," she says. "Not quite the gymnast. But you can run!"

  47. I have come to the conclusion that Palin suffers from pathalogic entitlement to claim expertise and expert knoweledge of things she has little knoweledge of. Given she had a life time opportunity at VP and she chose to not learn what she did not know, repeat her exposed lies, and continues to offer no substance nor credible factual strategies are revealing. If she truly wanted to learn and earn credibility she like any one else would have resumed their governship to do an outstanding job and educate herself. Instead she manufactures intrique, drama, mystery to speculate what her real agenda is.

This Fox gig spun as a "news analyst" is a joke. They get ratings, she gets paid to campaign for self stumping, destroy the POTUS and others spewing lies dragging her personal family business maintaining manufactured persecution complex.

She can lie, falsely claim she is a spokesperson of children with special needs all on the side of the people. Truth is she's used that to gain attention and spin people into her webs of deception.

Fox is going to continue spinning that people just hate her diverting attention Palin's a con, BS artist, fake and destructive personality.

It helps to remember what was told about her and the VP debate that it was going to be an epic disaster. Maybe the McCain team started leaking about Palin due to guilt and damage control not ever having encountered such an incompetent person and masterful con artist before. Hopefully even some Fox people will grow a conscience along the way and stop covering for her.

  53. Thank you Curiouser @ 8:55. I knew I read or saw it somewhere and remembered the chill that went through me when I read it.

--one of my daughters was a gymnist when she was young. I know how many hours she spent practicing. I also know that when she was first learning, she did so on mats and with spotters--because the unskilled can easily be injured. It never would have occurred to me to insist that my daughter perform for company, in the first place, let alone set her up for humiliation because she hadn't learned and/or been taught that move.

But then, that's Sarah. Embarrass Piper--stand Bristol(and Levi) in front of the cameras, America and the world and announce, "She's pregnant!" What a motha..

And Anon @ 9:14--you picked right up on that, didn't you? Sometimes we have to take a minute to read between the lines--as well as fast. Good job!

I noticed a post which asked us to imagine having to wade through 1.5 years of blog posts...

    Why not? I did.

I didn't just take what Gryph and others have said at face value, I checked other sources--i.e. newpaper and magazine articles about Palin family. Their backgrounds, parents Heath and Palin, AIP ties, the names and bios of some of the passengers who cruised into Juneau during the summer of 2007. Connections to CNP, political parties and religions--Pentacostal, Scientology, etc. (Remember Greta interviewed her and John Coale stepped in from the get go).

Oh, and by the way, in terms of, say palingates and Palin's Deceptions? there are simply not "hundreds of thousands" of comments--whew, exagerate much?

Yes, I am getting a little snippy here. However, based upon what I've seen, Gryph has been pretty busy--and if I were to make a guess, I would guess that the minutes days and hours of his life are pretty much filled finding out new information and confirming information he has already determined for himself to be true.

I thank him for that--but I will not ask him to do my homework, too.

As I suggested earlier. The information is clearly provided for anyone who cares to take the time to read.

And, of course, if Gryph already has a timeline in the works that fine. If he chooses to share it, so much the better. Good for him.

But, as they say, its okay to look back, but don't stare... you might miss noticing the five dollar gold piece on the sidewalk in front of you.

And so, there is only more snarky comment that I can think of to include here...and it is, if I only wanted to keep repeating the past, I'd be a Republican.

  54. As Nanny B pointed out, other sites have "timelines" done-- you can see the Babygate timeline on palingates.

  55. I would also like to point out that none of the bloggers are doing this as a job, which is why I think that asking one to duplicate the work of another is a little unreasonable, especially when it doesn't seem that the mainstream is picking up stories from the blogs anyway. The people who've been following the blogs all along know how to fit newly-presented evidence into their picture of what happened, and the majority of the people who haven't been persuaded by the evidence to date are unlikely to be persuaded by a new timeline. So the duplication would be aimed at a relatively small group of people.

  56. This is what my stepmom watches and believes! sigh...I have to tell her, show her clips that Bill does not give the full story. She still sides with them knowing they give half truths.

Yeah just the right has DS children an we on the left are so cold hearted. Give me a friggen break. Yet Rush bounces around in his chair saying retard and Sarah the Mommy bear ( give me a break) doesn't say a word.

If I watched that show I would be dizzy from all the spin!!

Frank Luntz is a paid spinster of Fix News and the Republican party. He is the one who put out talking points on how to kill health care. He will say whatever you want him to, as long as he gets paid for it.

This is just another pathetic attempt by Fix News to draw some sympathy for Palin.

I wonder how much longer Fix News will stick with her when she continues to make a total ass of herself??

"Oh, and by the way, in terms of, say palingates and Palin's Deceptions? there are simply not "hundreds of thousands" of comments--whew, exagerate much?"

whew, pay attention much? yeah I tried to be nice in my response to you but fuck it.

immoral minority, bree palin, palingates - all post atleast 1 palin post a day (often more) for 1.5 years - just how many comments do YOU think there are? yes, hundreds of thousands.

good for YOU for being able to find the time to go thru 1.5 years of blog posts. wow I am impressed!!! not. you shouldn't expect that everyone else has the time to do what you did. but somehow, I think you're probably full of shit anyway. only an idiot would think that compiling 1.5 years of selective information into one place is "repeating the past."

  59. Well, emrysa here are the facts and numbers.

In the time it took to make your last comment, you could have paid a visit to Palin's Deception, where you would have discovered that blogs there were not posted on a daily basis, but at intervals ranging, generally, from every other day to up to ten days.

Over the period between September 2008 and August 2009, there were a total of 178 blogs posted and generally the comments to those posts ranged between 40 and 150 with occasional spikes. So, let's be generous and say that the average was 100 each. That comes to 17,800--a little bit short of the "hundreds of thousands" that you profess.

In the time since you made your first post this morning, in which you were needling Gryph to do your homework, you could have read, at least, the blogs posted on Palin Deceptions and by now have been brought up to speed--if you really wanted to be.

    or

You could have visited Palingates, simply clicked on Babygate and had, basically, some of the same information.

Now, since you proceeded to direct profanity in my direction, it leaves me only to conclude that you do not fall under the heading of just too "lazy to do your own homework," you fall under the second heading.

Thank you for clarifying that for me.

Okay, Gryph, I'm finished feeding the trolls. Keep up the good work.

    it's like this nanny b:

someone nicely suggested to gryphen that he put together one post with all pertinent information. a condensed version of everything that's been discussed since the beginning. you responded to them with a snotty and condescending reply.

I responded nicely to you that it wasn't such a bad idea. you responded to me with a snotty and condescending reply.

and the fact that you refer to me as a troll shows just how much you don't know. fyi, I do not need a condensed post from gryphen, because I have been reading and commenting on these blogs for a long time and am up to speed - I was thinking of others who have only recently tuned in. your reply to that person made me cringe because what if that was the first time they've ever posted here and you come at them with that condescending attitude? they said nothing to deserve the response you gave.

  61. Sorry, Nanny B, if you found the request for clarification to be unreasonable. That was not my intention.

I only made the suggestion in order that the sequence of sarah's deceptions could be put together in a way that would make sense to those of us who have not been up to speed on all the details. Also, since the MSM and other outlets have so far basically ignored the revelations brought forth by Gryphen, I had hoped that if a coherent time line were presented they would have no choice but to investigate and perhaps publish the facts.

I'm sure if I were to go to the sites you mentioned, I could eventually piece it together for myself. However, if you want this particular deception to picked up by the media, I doubt very much if they would be willing to do the same. The easier you make it for them, the better.

  62. ...and so, rather than provide the newcomer with clear and concise information about where they could go and immediately find answers to their questions you, as Gryph's taskmaster, assign him the job.

    Now I get it.

  63. re: Nanny B 6:33

I should have started it with:
    emrysa 10:21.

I support Gryphen in all his efforts to expose the Trig aspect of Sarah Palin. It is a very important puzzle piece.

But, Trig is only one symptom of the much more malignant Sarah Palin & Co disease.

And Canadian Observer, there is no need to apologize, and just for the record, I was not attempting to be rude or condescending. It is certainly worth everyone's time to understand the dynamics behind the Trig/wild ride saga, but please understand that there is something really fishy about SP--and it was served up to the nation along side halibut cheeks during the summer of 2007.

Please, I do encourage you to visit the other sites which have already timelined and documented with photos the legitimate questions about what we have been told occurred on April 18, 2008. It is worth your time.

If and when Gryph has something to add, no doubt he will.

I have been watching this site for about a year. I have noticed that there are often comments posted that try to cajole Gryph into revealing this, or that, or opine that he should be providing this or that...when it is seen or noticed--it should automatically send up a red flag embossed with the Palinbot seal.

I try to keep in mind that this is Gryph's blog. He allows us to make comments--but that is not a license for any of us to demand anything from him.

"Republicans have a reputation for being tougher, for being no-nonsense."

??? Really. Really? I love fantasy, too! But let me 'interpret' that line, so everyone can understand it. (As O'Reilly would say, since he is convinced that his viewers are knuckle-draggers, and his feeling of superiority is still, somehow, not earned.)

"Repulicans have no sense of humor, and so far, there is no craptastic bunch of nonsense we've put out that they haven't fallen on like its the Last Early Bird Supper for the next millenium."
