Welcome to Sarah Palin's mythology.

From USA Weekend:

Welcome to Palin Central, a remote lakeside outpost where, for one recent afternoon, the woman in the headlines opened her home for an up-close look at her life.

What we found during three harried, uncensored hours was a working mom who gives new meaning to the term “multitasking.” One minute Palin, 46, is making a baby bottle, checking the latest stream of e-mails on her BlackBerry and asking Piper, 9, if she wants a playdate; the next she’s dashing out the back door, taking off her dangle earrings and doing a live TV shot on, yes, health care reform for Fox News. And this is all during our interview.

And this essentially is the Sarah Palin mythology that I referred to in the headline. A frazzled, yet relatively normal, family all pulling together to deal with Sarah's fame, two toddlers, and the Alaska lifestyle. All for one, and one for all.

Now my job essentially is to identify the lies, disinformation, and bullshit and then reveal the truth that all of it is designed to disguise.  It is a fairly simple scenario that has played out a number of times on this blog.

But rather then spend a whole lot of time disassembling the house of cards that Sarah has, oh so carefully, constructed let's just cut to the chase.

Essentially the entire thing is bullshit, with bits of truth scattered throughout like undigested corn.

There that was easy wasn't it?  Look how much reading I saved you!

So instead of addressing the lies let's just focus on the truths.  It will take less time.  I have a life you know.

Inside, the barely controlled chaos flows over a hectic household in which each member is expected to do and make do. “We do the cooking. We do the cleaning. We all do the laundry,” Palin says.

True, except by "we" Sarah means the girls and Todd.  Sarah is the ringmaster and they are expected to perform when commanded.  Now you know why Track. Bristol, and Willow have had some behavioral "difficulties".

“We just want to get from point A to point B and get the job done. I don’t waste time; I’m too busy.”

True, and I don't think this requires clarification.

As she promotes a growing Palin empire, her family is held together by trim, blue-eyed Todd.

True. The more I learn about Todd Palin the more I come to understand that he is the only REAL parent in the house, and the one the kids go to for support and affection.  Todd has a lot of flaws, but he loves his kids and most often puts his needs secondary to the needs of the family.  His snowmachine racing and work shop are the things that keep him sane.

“He gets up at 4:30, changes Trig, feeds him in the high chair,” then drives Willow to high school 14 miles away, only to come home and ferry Piper to grade school.

Mostly true.  Yes Todd drives Willow to school at Colony High in Palmer, about 14 miles away from their home on Lake Lucille.  However I have no idea if, and how often, Piper goes to school.  Just based on how often we see her out of state with Sarah it cannot be very damn much.

Only two weeks earlier, Bristol moved into her first-ever apartment in Anchorage, 45 miles away, where she works as an assistant in a dermatologist’s office. There, she is learning to cope as a single working teenage mother.

Well as most of you know I was the first person to stumble across the information that Bristol was living in Anchorage, so of course this falls into the true category. (For the doubters among you let me reassure you that I have independently confirmed this with four different sources so far)  I am less confident that she is working at a dermatologists office.  If true I have no confirmation of that fact. (Update: Okay I unexpectedly DID get confirmation that Bristol was working in a "skin doctor's office".  My source was not positive she was STILL working there, but she had in the past so I am going to put it in the "true" category.)

However I do know that she has a pretty serious boyfriend, and that there is some speculation that he is the mysterious roommate that Bristol mentioned on the View.  (How is that "hopey abstinent-y thing" working out for you Bristol?  Was that too mean?)

Palin makes no apologies for the impact her frenetic lifestyle and fame has had on her children. “They’re quite independent, and they’re thick-skinned,” she says proudly. “Those are some attributes that any parent would want for their kids.

Okay I know I said I would focus on just the truths, but I just can't let this one stand.  The truth is that most of the family seems VERY thin skinned, and I think most of us have already seen evidence of that. So once again remember the rule when listening to Sarah Palin, "Everyday is opposite day in Sarah's world!"  If she says something, simply believe the exact opposite and you will do just fine.

Now to wrap this up I am going to skip revealing another potential scandal concerning the Palins and instead hopefully send a message to the family.  I have heard from a couple of sources that Track is not doing very well.  Track is not currently doing a publicity tour, or pimping himself out to make money off of his mom's fame, so since he is living his life out of the spotlight I am going to respect his privacy.  But according to my sources he may need some support, maybe even from a professional.

That is all I am going to mention about it, so Sarah, or Todd, if you still read this blog do some checking and make sure your boy is alright.  If somebody else is reading this on their behalf then get them the message.  Because if things keep going the way they currently are you could have another problem on your hands. A really big one. (If you take another look at the picture attached above you can probably judge for yourself that he is not a happy guy)

The thing about myths is that they are not supposed to be taken literally.  They are a colorful, entertaining stories containing a hidden message.  The message hidden in Sarah's mythology is not uplifting or instructive, it is dark and dangerous.  The twisted, misleading web she weaves is designed to distract us and hide the truth that she desperately struggles to keep hidden.  Sadly the web also holds captive her family, who may move to different cities, or attend neighboring schools, but still find themselves held prisoner by Sarah's desire to create a carefully crafted image and keep certain secrets from seeing the light of day.

I feel so sorry for Track. I can imagine what kind of thing he is going through. I hope he gets help - the right kind- as soon as possible. I'm sure it has to do with his deployment. His parents are too side-tracked to notice or care. Perhaps a good friend who is reading your post will intervene.

Track and Willow are probably the smartest in the family with consciences and sensitivities. IMO, their mother's charade with lies and deceptions are causing the issues that these kids are dealing with. On top of mother's shenanigans, Track is dealing with many emotional things that are caused by being in a war. Mother is absent, so Track needs someone who can help -soon. In my experience in the mental health community, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, etc. if not treated early can be very disabling for years to come. People can lose many years of their lives. Too bad family friend, Curtis Menard isn't alive to help out.

With Bristol Idk what "living" in Anchorage at the same time that Tripp spends substantial time at the compound means. Whoever has Tripp close will teach him to be good for his mommy and bye-bye daddy. September will come soon and Tripp Palin may be allowed the occasional visits with Levi.

sjk, yes, not only a remote rural outpost - remember, it's the middle of nowhere. Let's all play along to the romantic Heath/Palin rugged huntin libertarian fundy image.

I've seen friends of friends picture sharing of that family. There are delusions that Sarah is either oblivious to, or obtuse.

I feel bad for Track, can you imagine the razzing he must have gotten in Iraq/Afghanistan? And for all that praying and fasting his momma requires of him, he must be at his wits end. I'll always remember the senior prank that went way to far, but we don't walk in Track's shoes with that crazy mother.

This photo could go with a pop quiz....

    1. How many of the children in this photo were fathered by Todd?

    2. How many are Sarah's biological children?

    3. How many may never know their true origin?

    4. Who is Tripp smiling at off-camera?

    4. How many children would prefer to be in a different family?

Ahhhh, the questions could be endless and the answers, well, they seem to be endless at the moment, too.

Track certainly does not look happy to be there. Sarah is a mental case. It wouldn't be too hard to imagine her child to be the same way, either by nature or nurture.

And, how difficult would it be to find out if Bristol is shacking up with a guy? It's not like she lives in the Batcave or something. The same thing with her job at the dermatologist office (who, by the way, sure does give the girl a lot of time off to jet off to Hollywood). Who has their boots on the ground in Anchorage?

  15. How this magazine can report that Todd takes Piper to school is ludicrous. It is FACT that Sarah takes Piper almost everywhere she goes when she's on the road. So no, Piper is not going to grade school or is so freaking far behind, she'll have to repeat the last 2 years.

I have great respect for Track for staying out of the spotlight. I hope he gets the help he needs (PTSD from deployment?) and love and support from the right individuals, not Sarah.

Track, if you or a family member are reading this, we out here in commenter-land really DO wish you and your siblings the very best. Just because you have a crazy, complicated mom doesn't mean YOU have to have a negative type of life. Don't let yourself get sucked into the negativity, man.

You have your whole life ahead of you to do cool and wonderful things. Please remember that. And if you're in pain, or you're simply feeling fed up with what must be a very stressful life (since you're mom is so famous and you get dragged into it even if you want your privacy,) please find people you can talk to about this so you can vent and let it all out. It DOES get better if you can talk about it and figure out what YOU need to be doing - and forget all about your mom and her weird stuff. Your life is YOURS to live. We wish you the very best.

We all know that $P isn't "there" for her kids--just present sometimes (at her convenience, it seems, esp for publicity purposes).

I'm really concerned about Track; well, all of them actually.

About that "wonderwomb" picture: Why isn't $P holding "her son" Trig? It looks ludicrous for a small child like Piper to be in charge of him.

Remote lakeside outpost: see heroic homesteading family forced to kill to survive, and eat, and to defend their house and children against invading wildlife...inside the city limits?...and so on.

Remote lakeside outpost: where if Putin ever rears his head the last stand at the lake might occur, especially if the Governor calls out the Nations Guard in time...but she quit early will they even take her call...There's still the AIP to bring their guns and help preserve what should have never been part of the USA...and etc.( It'll be called live on Faux News.)

Remote lakeside outpost: where the children get a sixth grade edjukachen if there's time between the fishun and teeveein and griften...you know what I mean.

Remote lakeside outpost: where the family catches breakfast off the dock and eats those fish... but the lake is dead...There none of that pollution type stuff in this state... IS THERE? Ya Betcha.

Remote lakeside outpost: reporters either believe this nonsense, or just repeat it. Did they stay a few doors down -If it's not a Holiday Inn Express... 40. On Todd not being in the picture, two theories: one is that this is Mother and children, i.e. a Mother's Day Portrait and the other is that Todd took the picture: no reporter/photographer actually made their way to Wasilla, instead the photos were staged and taken by the Palins and the so-called interview was written and all were submitted to USA.

I am supposed to believe a man that said that two people were going to divorce and that the wife bought land in Montana when in fact that never happened? Why should I believe someone who has no credibility in the mainstream... anything! It isn't the matter that anyone takes your blog seriously-no one simply cares about what you say as you have proven an untrustworthy source who can't back up what he claims to be able to prove. How many times can you say, "I have the proof about Trig!" until people just stop ignoring you? And why don't you just leave the Palins alone? You've made this personal. This is beyond political. You have extended your investigations into their private life. This is bordering on stalking, and I can only assume your endgame is to hurt the Palins in the worst you can, but so far you have proven quite inept in doing so.

Just let it go. Just let it go before you get into legal trouble, because that is the path you are headed down.

Todd is not taking the picture. For years, cameras have come with a self-timing device. Mount the camera on a tripod, set the timer, Todd, and you can be in the picture too.

There is the possibility that after Gryphen wrote a particular post, Todd and Sarah decided to stay together just to show every one that the rumors were wrong. Todd can't leave. The more money that Sarah makes, the bigger his cut. (Alaska is a community property state, and Sarah made that bundle while they were married. She did not bring her private fortune to the marriage, and there are probably no pre-nups).

When Palin and her ilk get tiresome(usually by every weekend), I go back to these words:

"What do our opponents mean when they apply to us the label "Liberal?" If by "Liberal" they mean, as they want people to believe, someone who is soft in his policies abroad, who is against local government, and who is unconcerned with the taxpayer's dollar, then the record of this party and its members demonstrate that we are not that kind of "Liberal." But if by a "Liberal" they mean someone who looks ahead and not behind, someone who welcomes new ideas without rigid reactions, someone who cares about the welfare of the people -- their health, their housing, their schools, their jobs, their civil rights, and their civil liberties -- someone who believes we can break through the stalemate and suspicions that grip us in our policies abroad, if that is what they mean by a "Liberal," then I'm proud to say I'm a "Liberal."

From the source: "A Palin first: All the kids in one photo. (L-R) Piper, 9, holds her brother, Trig, 2. Track, 21, was in Iraq with the Army. Willow, 15, played football until seventh grade. Bristol, 19, holds son Tripp, 16 months."

Am I missing something here? The baby on the right, identified as Tripp, has a ruffled ear.

  68. Great post, Gryphen! You made a wise decision to not try to correct all the bullshit. I'm not sure about stepping back from Track, though...at least not forever. He hasn't been physically available to be in the spotlight personally, yet Sarah carries him with her for every appearance. She's made him an essential part of her mythic image and her political views and he's done nothing to separate himself from the family mission. That said, I imagine it could be almost impossible for the Palin kids to dig themselves out. I wish Track well and hope he's safe.

For those who are wondering about Todd's absence: he was there -- just not in the large group photo. The USA Weekend article includes 2 photos with Todd. "Photographs by Robert Hanashiro for USA WEEKEND".

    ReplyDelete
  69. No Tripp's ear is NOT ruffled. That is just pixelation caused by enlarging a picture that is not high definition. If you look back at the ruffled ear pictures you will see they are high def and very sharp.

I have seen Tripp's ears from virtually every angle and he is definitely not the baby in the Palin's kitchen in 2008. So let's nip that conspiracy in the bud.

Motions for a retrial? Sarah and Bristol should not have lied. Hope she ends up back in court.

    http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/article/ALeqM5jKaG9lu3DaZkgjDbJEwUUdTVPoAwD9FI8PM82

"Assistant U.S. Attorney Greg Weddle on Friday noted defense motions requesting a retrial. He said that only if a new trial were granted on either of the two charges resulting in conviction, the identity theft case also would be retried.

Defense attorney Wade Davies declined comment Friday about his motions for a retrial. During the trial he made motions for a mistrial and now has numerous appeals pending before the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

U.S. District Judge Thomas Phillips, who presided over the nine-day trial in which Palin was the star witness, has not scheduled a sentencing date nor a hearing on the motions.

The charge of obstruction carries a maximum 20-year prison sentence and unauthorized access to a computer is a misdemeanor carrying a maximum one-year sentence.

Davies told jurors that the hack amounted to a college prank, not a crime. Kernell was a student at the University of Tennessee at the time. But prosecutors argued that it was a more serious effort to damage Palin's political campaign.

Palin and her daughter Bristol testified at trial about harassment and disruption they suffered after some e-mail was posted online showing personal cell phone numbers.

Kernell was never accused of the harassing calls and texts.

Willow, Piper & Sara look like Divas.

Bristol barely cracks a smile & looks annoyed that Tripp looks like he would rather be somewhere else (with someone off camera).

Bizarre! Couldn't they manage to get a better photo????

Thank you for all of your dedicated work in this matter. The Palin family is dangerous. The people of Wasilla are fools to cover for this sociopath and her pack of lies. Bristol Palin At 1Oak: Sarah Palin's Underage Daughter Spotted At New York Club

Bristol Palin was spotted Wednesday night testing her abstinence vow at hot spot 1Oak.

The Candie's Foundation ambassador was in town for the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy.

    Reports the Daily News,

"Bristol was there around 1 a.m. with friends," a partygoer says. "She was trying to have fun, but she looked like she was terrified that people would recognize her and start gawking. It seems like she couldn't even relax." A second denizen of the club backed up the sighting.

The Bristol spotting may actually cause more problems for the trendy club than the young mother: at only 19-years-old, Palin should never have been allowed inside.

  77. Track really stands out in that picture as either very angry or very sad, or both. We know he is chemically dependent by history. If he has PTSD on top of it that is a powder keg. One of the symptoms of PTSD is use of alcohol and drugs. Drinking or getting benzodiazapines from a doctor make PTSD much worse. A kid with underdeveloped coping mechanisms will have a hard time in ths situation. The memories just pop up out of nowhere, you will be walking down an isle in a store and wham something triggers you, a memory pops up, and anxiety begins. The irritability, severe anxiety, anger, and depression that go with it can be very difficult to manage. It can be very difficult to sleep which makes you feel like crap all the time. So, use of chemicals is really self medicating, he should get a doctor to refer him to the inpatient unit at Providence for a week, bypassing the military. That will give him a head start and his family can afford it. Neither chemical dependency or PTSD are illnesses to be ashamed of and both are very treatable with participation of the patient. Thanks for the info Gryphen. I thought it would make sense that Bristol had a boyfriend living with her, but really believed there was not way SP would allow it. Good for Bristol if that is true, but she should stop lying.

  79. The multiple press photos of the Palins appearing at the TIME 100 gala, the USA Weekend article, Bri$tol's television appearances, all appearing shortly before Mother's Day are not placed by accident, but deliberately.

I can't be the only mother whom this offends.

Despite all of $P's bragging about Track's so-called attachment to the Stryker Brigade, when Track was deployed to Iraq, he served as an officer's aide in Baghdad, about as "safe" a spot as one can obtain--by "pull"?--while in a war zone. Veteran friends of mine, and writers, have called those holding this type of gig as REMFs [standing for "Rear-Echelon M-----F----s"). Track is back in Alaska now. He has been seen frequenting Fairbanks bars well before he turned twenty-one last month.

In my opinion, especially since to my knowledge, this is the first published photo with $P since the 2008 RNC, Track definitely has been keeping his distance from the Palin family compound.

If Track does, indeed, suffer from PTSD, the disorder may very well be related to the traumatic stress he has endured over the likelihood that Todd is not his biological father. www.palingates.blogspot.com displays a great deal of information, including a number of side-by-side photographs with his possible father, paternal grandparents, and paternal great-uncle...

Curtis Jr. confronted $P in her Wasilla office with his concerns about Track's behavior when the boy was about twelve years old. Why would he do this if he had no biological or deep emotional link to a troubled adolescent? Not long afterward, in 2001, Menard Jr., an experienced pilot, died in a suspicious single-plane crash; water was found in the gas cans used to fuel his plane. Palingates has much more information about Dr. Menard's tragic, premature death, leaving a widow with their four young children.

When Track keeps as much distance as he appears to have done from the Palins, that speaks volumes. I do hope he seeks help, and sooner rather than later... or too late.

When I received my copy today of USA Weekend, I felt moved to send the following email to the company at usaw@usaweekend.com:
I was so excited to see the photo of Sarah Palin and her children on the cover of this weekend's insert. :You have done something no magazine has ever done, to my knowledge: you have honored a mother who is a failure! What a coup! And why is she a failure? Her son Track got into trouble and was sent off to the army. Her daughter Bristol has an illegitimate child. Her daughter Willow led a group of friends into breaking into a house for a party and doing $20,000 worth of damage. Sarah faked a pregnancy. She and her husband barely speak to each other. She can't distinguish between truth and lies. She can't find a decent wig these days. What a role model!

I congratulate you on your wisdom in recognizing that not all mothers are successes. Next year, maybe you can honor the mothers of several more of our esteemed politicians: Governor Mark "Appalachian Trail" Sanford, Sen. David "Hooker" Vitter, Sen. John "My parents are still paying my way out of trouble" Ensign.

I know the photos were credited to a "real" photographer, but this photo sucks. You have a baby looking in the wrong direction and Willow's butt should not be hanging in the breeze. No one told Track to smile? I know he looks stoned/depressed but he couldn't manage happy for a second. USA Today sent the worst person they had on staff, Todd took the pic, or the Palin are just that messed up that a good pic couldn't be snapped. There was a time in our extended family where there was a lot of fighting. Things were constantly at a boiling point. Even though the family gathered, there were never any happy holiday photos. This reminds me of that. Sad.

I always thought Sarah was amazingly carefree (even happy! totally bizarre) while he was suppossedly fighting in a war. And he's back home partying in a year.

Todd being an 'ace' snowmachine champ 'n all, you'd
think Track would've wanted to be a part of it. Track appears to have no bond at all with him, even from a young age. It's all about Sarah. Like how

And a DS child who never wears his glasses of hearing aid. No mention at all of who is responsible for his therapy(but dad drives the kids to school).
And in that article, Sarah never holds her son, only her grandson.

BUT the other point to make here is that those folks who are still enamored of SP and her crew are merely looking in the mirror. Those who insist that SP is wonderful because she is "real" are actually revealing that SP is like them-- veritably screwed up. There's no shame in having problems-- we all do. The shame is in covering your problems over with bullsh**. This is SP's speciality.

"I just read the HuffPo article on Bristol being at a NYC nightclub. She's not 21...

I can't speak for New York, but in Indiana and Kentucky, an under-21 patron of a nightclub that serves alcohol can be cited whether or not they're drinking. Also, any bar that allows an under-21 person inside can be fined something like $5,000.

Hard to believe ANY professional photographer would have been satisfied with this family photo, for all the reasons listed above.

On this one, there's no room for personal judgement on WHAT'S WRONG with this photo: Willow's weird twisted torso, with butt askew, the distraction of seeing Tripp distracted, and most obviously...a sad/mad, red-eyed (and dead-eyed) Track. I say this is a wonky home-job photo.

While I'm in favor of going after $arah full force, I think Track and his questionable parentage is off limits. 103. Following on the above comment. I thought a lot about it since last night. I think both Track and Willow should be off limits. They have both made it clear in the past that they aren't buying into the publicity. Let them have their own life without the publicity. Yes, I would love to see a picture of Willow dressed for the prom. Yes, I would like to hear the Track is getting help and doing better. But, it really is none of my business, and it doesn't help either of them. Please let those two be unless they put themselves forward. Bristol is another matter, she is taking the steps to put herself forward, so she is "fair" game. Piper has no choice, but would probably be better off out of the spotlight (and living in a stable home, going to school, being treated like a nine year old etc). The two little boys? What do I say? I could wish a loving, stable anonymous home for them, but they won't get it anytime soon.

  106. Anonymous11:38 AM

Life is not fair. My perspective is that this is a family of grifters. Some are weaker than others and very sad. They are all part of the same scams and they all need to be scrutinised. I am looking forward to when we know RICO is investigating the Alaskan mafia. Sarah seems to be less of a participant in the family, I'm not saying she does not phone home. She absolutely needs her shields more than ever... whether that is Piper, a son in the service, a special needs child, the unwed daughter with child who is overcoming all her problems with independence and a wonderful family that supports her emotionally...Shields and props are the core for the Sarah Palin family with a movie themed version of blue eyed part native Todd.

The Palins do not fit neatly in a category like other crime families. The public can't be alerted unless there is more attention paid to all details. In some ways Track is given slack, he has a syndicate that will cover up his teenage history (crime profile). "RARELY CHARGED. Unfortunately, this country has a long and sad history of letting hustlers, stock market manipulators, and other white-collar con artists off the hook. Unlike the lowlifes who smash windows and swipe CD players, crooks whose weapon of choice is an annual report rarely go to jail."
Track will not be written in the Texas school books as a lowlife who smashed windows, he will have a spectacular place in history. If we want the whole truth, that will include Track's part in this.

Cry me a river over some of these children and their families:
"But yet they are trying to treat her as a poor misunderstood mother!"
"It isn't any of our business or the state's business how people raise their kids."

    ReplyDelete
  107. "The two little boys?"

The two little boys are two reasons why every little thing about this crime family deserves to be gone over like a fine tooth comb. Track and Willow as off limits is obfuscation and should be a crime in itself. I respect each individuals opinion to stay away form any articles they don't like, however.

Gryphen, you are doing incredible work. You show respect for the players like Track, Willow and Bristol but you are not killing the search for facts and truth. Child protection in Alaska and elsewhere dropped the ball on looking out for the well being of the Palin children. It is not up to either journalists, bloggers or comments to "protect" children in this situation. I want to get rid of the main cancer, as sad as that may be for the collateral damaged.

I've known children younger than Piper who testify against parents. When serious crimes are part of a family it brings everyone into the mess. No exceptions.

  110. After reading some of the criticisms of this photo and being a professional photographer myself, I used the USA Today link that was posted and learned that the photographer was Robert Hanashiro. He's a sports photographer! http://www.popphoto.com/galleries/2008/12/behind-lens-robert-hanashiro. He's Japanese American so I can imagine Palin's reaction when a "not glamorous" Asian flew in from Los Angeles and arrived on her doorstep. With all these squirmy Palins, a sports photographer was what was needed to get the job done even if the photo is a dysfunctional family mess. Todd is not even in the photo! Are you kidding me!?! Willow's ass is jutting out. Tripp is looking offside probably towards an assistant or Todd. Showing the bottom of Bristol's shoes in the foreground is a big no-no. Trig should be on Palin's lap, not Piper's. All it takes is one good facial expression on Track to photoshop on to the best of the rest--easy peasy. As a family portrait, most professionals would have pulled this image from consideration. To see that this was the published image tells me just how bad the other images must have been. The real message this image sends is that none of Sarah's natural children are visibly in contact with her. No hands resting on her shoulder, no arm interlocked with hers, no affection, a repeat of their Christmas card images. Ironically all the males in this photo were conceived out of wedlock thanks to these two "fertile Myrtles." I hope Hanashiro was well compensated; I doubt that this image will end up in his portfolio.

It is interesting why this would be put in the USA Mag piece. Why did they send a sports photographer? If Hanashiro is a fan of Palin he might be proud to have this in a portfolio. Hopefully, he will publish more of what he captured, before they were tweaked.

The one thing I still cannot figure out is why the Paylins are alienating the Johnstons with the big child support/custody battle over Tripp. Why not give Levi & his family some better visitation/custody and just let that all just settle down. Its not like they need his money to support the baby. And why would Levi pay the huge child support every month if the baby isn't his?

What is the bigger agenda around Tripp? Its not to keep him from being photographed since they do that a lot. Very odd !

This family IS a Crime syndicate! Now she is mingling with "Smith County Justice" people. Google that. Try to find the book for less than a $100. Yes, she is speaking at "the Oilman" in Tyler TX soon. I hope the FBI & IRS is watching her very, very closely.....

Biden's "kid" is from a family that values education.
Palin's "kid" is from a family that values fake "family values" and lack of supervision, home school, on-line education nonsense.

I don't know this for sure, I think Track Palin went to Iraq, that was after the war shifted to Afghanistan. Tim Videl wrote about Track Palin in the service. It was all public relations and that was about it for Track being in the military. In other words it stinks of another shady trick. Why hide things if he is honorable or it is true?
That time the then gov went to the welcome home military unit [Track] is a big eye opener in this story. Where was Track? Stop making excuses about him being a wimp that didn't want to be seen with mommy, that is too weird. It is a big red flag and a fact that Track was not there.
Track was maybe in Iraq before that but it was more like during a clean up mission. He did not go near actual combat, as I understand. In any event the boys that go in the military as Track did are not the same as those that have high standards and do not 'volunteer' out of extortion. Remember the military is desperate to enlist and they have lowered standards and they take gang members. In general they cover up the drug deals that go on in the military. We don't have a clue about all that.

If Track can be redeemed c4p will do a damage control piece ASAP. If not, look for more vagueness and silence about Track. I don't know what his problems are. I know that his family and his mother's supporters will use him and they are not going to put helping him first. They would have to be honest.

Tripp is not only the spitting image of Chuckles. Who do you think is the inner family male who most bonds with Tripp?

    ReplyDelete
  121. Track is stoned.

Todd doesn't sleep. Sarah acts like she is on uppers or downers. Reports on other family addictions. Whatever the problem, when Piper has dilated pupils and is spaced out she screams for attention and help. There are several observations and reports about Bristol's exhaustion.

This is more about a family on the verge of a total breakdown. Watch them crumble. Blooming reality show starlets.

Gryphen, I have to say that I'm a little concerned to read what seems like pure gossip to me, instead of politically-leaning topics with the Palins, especially the talk about her kids. And besides, you know she hates you, so saying "make sure your boy is alright," doesn't quite sit right. I mean, if I was her, I wouldn't take that very well.

I used to feel enraged at the Palins, and then later annoyed, but now I feel that it's mostly over and I feel queasy reading certain stuff.

Palin is no threat, maybe she never was, and at this point it's obvious she's just trying to have a showbiz career, make a lot of money for her family, and climb a few more rungs on whatever ladder she sees as success. She's driven, period. But she's not in the drivers seat. Why can't we be the bigger person?

Look, she doesn't represent me at all, as a liberal, but I look back and think, what is sooo evil? Isn't there any human part of her, any normal part? Doesn't she deserve credit for anything at all, not the career, or the kids,..nothing?

Don't get me wrong, I respect what you've been through, and why you started the blog. Her throwing you guys out of public appearances and putting you on a hit list...that's wrong and just paranoid of her. But that's SP, she's controlling.

Am I wrong here, or do we need to reboot?

  125. Track certainly looks like he is not just sad or unhappy but is doing Meth. There have been plenty of rumors in Wasilla regarding this drug and his use of it, even during his teen years. I would take those rumors with a grain of salt until I saw this photo. He is desperately under the influence of "the bad shit".

I believe that Mom and Dad Palin better have an intervention soon or their only son will succumb to this all to common end.

Your post about Track, was right-on and I thank you for having the courage to write about something so sensitive!

Track begged her not to run for governor. Just like Bristol did when she found out she was pregnant and knew her mother had visions of achieving higher office.

Well, she thought faking a pregnancy would solve the latter problem but we know how that worked out. Thanks to the RNC, we now have little Tripp!

The moral of this story is really..."what kind of a mother is Sarah?"

    You be the judge...

How 'bout stealing from the city of Wasilla for the ugly windows in her ugly house? How 'bout all the talking she does about how she's righteous? And all that crap about "Real Americans"? referring to Track's time in service - nobody knows why he's back and is only doing reserve duty...if that.

However, if he got a dishonorable discharge, he could be free and clear within one year. If he went into the service to avoid a criminal sentence, then he may have to do time. Just a thought.

Why is it that Sarah never holds Trig? In this photo and the entire photo shoot, Sarah is never seen holding Trig. She is holding Bristol's supposed baby....

I'm not a pro, but I am am amateur photographer. This is one screwy photo and it's an embarrassment to be published.

You can photoshop *any.thing*. People in, people out, smiles, boob size... anything. Besides the obvious expression on Track, the bottom of someone's feet in the forefront is extremely unprofessional for this kind of photo shoot. Willow's ass hanging out behind her sister and her nephew's head? What is that all about? Bristol looks completely exhausted and poor Piper is 'mommy' again. The only descent looking shot... is of course, of Sarah.

Yeah, she's quite the mom alright. Her kids look like total shit in the photo while *she* looks her best.

What a fucked up family. And shame shame shame on that professional photographer.

Hint: photoshop IS your friend, my boy! Yes.It.Is.

Did they or didn't they? Sarah Palin, director Oliver Stone caught in handshaking spat

Pointing to her black lace dress, she said, "This is a consignment shop piece. You can ask [my husband] Todd. He'll say, 'Really, where is all that money?' We live in Wasilla, Alaska. You can't get more grounded than that."

Wasilla, that idyllic little haven of all things good in the isolated wilderness is why she is grounded. It must be a place so safe that you can leave the children home alone for long stretches of time.

It sort of looks like Willow and Track were photoshopped into the picture. They both seem oddly proportioned and shaped in relationship to the couch sitters.
    10:35 AM

RESPONSE: When I first read this I sort of dismissed it, but went back to look at the picture. At first I didn't see it, and then I thought, hmmmm,

So I clicked on the picture, and then enlarged it. My numbers won't be accurate, but the relative numbers will be (if I can mark the size of the faces properly) Track, Piper, SP & Bristol all have faces about 3/4" (remmeber, that is measured on an enlarged photo) from hairline to chin. Tripp is 1/2 and Trig is 5/8. Willow's face is 9/16 - about the size of Trig & Tripp.

Not sure what it means, but it's curious.

The collar and front of Willow's shirt (left of Bristol's head) appears to be the same red color as Track's jacket, whereas the lower part of her shirt (right of Bristol's head) appears almost pink in color. Her head and neck also look out of proportion and alignment when compared to the rest of her body that is visible to the right of Bristol's head.

There is also something strange about how Sarah's left hand meets Trig's left arm.

To answer a question you asked, Kasha Knish, about how SP sleeps at night...I think she sleeps very well, thank you, because she thinks like Scarlett O'Hara -- " I can't think about that right now. If I do, I'll go crazy. I'll think about that tommorrow."

There are old photos of the guy, not with Bristol yet. He looks like another Levi. They say if you want to predict the future, look to the past. Bristol likes Wasilla boys and she is not moving on anytime soon.

Earlier didn't Tank or Rex say something about how Levi was playing to his hockey pals in Wasilla? When the beer pong scandal broke, it was a hockey dude that talked. Wasilla is small tight groups. The Warriors had a great season and the team is very bonded. Bristol was a great cheerleader, I betcha.

The Warriors continued their never-ending pressure in the first when they tacked on three more goals in a four-minute span, with Ben Barber, Levi Johnston and Harvey Finch all beating Barrett Barber's a power-play tally and Johnston's a short-handed score. Sunday, December 9, 2007
