Palin is all a Twitter today!

Sarah has had very busy thumbs today.

First she suggests that the best solution to the problem in the Gulf of Mexico is to "pray away the stain".

Gulf disaster needs divine intervention as man's efforts have been futile. Gulf lawmakers designate today Day of Prayer for solution/miracle

THIS is the woman who threw a hissy fit on Bill O'Reilly's show about how the President was not doing enough to stop this spill?  And HER solution is to give up and pray to God for a miracle? You know maybe if the Republicans had not allowed the oil companies to write their own regulations we would not have to rely on divine intervention!  Did THAT ever dawn on little Miss "Drill Baby, Drill?"

Now I know the Repugs and the Palin-bots are going to try and make the case that President Obama asked for our prayers in his speech last week as well.  But the President was asking Americans to pray for strength in dealing with this crisis, NOT for a solution or miracle:

"This nation has known hard times before and we will surely know them again. What sees us through – what has always seen us through – is our strength, our resilience, and our unyielding faith that something better awaits us if we summon the courage to reach for it. Tonight, we pray for that courage. We pray for the people of the Gulf. And we pray that a hand may guide us through the storm towards a brighter day. Thank you, God Bless You, and may God Bless the United States of America."

In Palin's next Tweet she simply wishes the men in her family a happy Father's Day.

Happy Father's Day, Todd! Chuck! Jim! Bob! Thanks for working so hard, loving unconditionally, supporting always. We're baking you a cake :)

Nothing wrong with that.  And I am sure that the fact she omitted Levi Johnston,  the father of her grandchild, was simply an accident, and NOT because she is so pissed that he is (allegedly) porking her daughter again that she can't see straight. I mean she would have to be such a hateful bitch if THAT were true.  Now wouldn't she?

And speaking of hateful bitches you have GOT to see her latest Tweet.

RahmEmanuel= as shallow/narrowminded/political/irresponsible as they come,to falsely claim Barton's BP comment is "GOP philosophy"Rahm,u lie

You know I don't want to read to much into this, but I think there may be the slightest possibility that Palin might not like Rahm Emanuel very much.  Or am I being too sensitive?

Wow!  Is she pissed or what?  She even channeled a little Joe Wilson there. Can you believe she used that kind of language on Father's Day?  The only caveat is that Rahm Emanuel probably calls HIMSELF worse things then that when he cuts himself shaving.

Still in one tweet Palin is polishing up her Christian credibility by asking everybody to pray to God, and two tweets later she is screaming hateful things at a public servant.  I mean just what kind of church did this woman go to anyway?  Oh yeah, how could I forget?

You know, considering all Bristol's friends hate Mercede and mock her for believing she is the center of the universe, I don't really think Bristol has any desire to date Levi again. Remember her relationship with his family will probably never get better - and whats the point in eventually marrying a guy whose family you dislike?

You really don't see any coincidence in this new found relationship with Levi bullshit and father's day? It's glaringly obvious. And if you look at random pics from 07-now, Bristol does accompany Sarah on trips - and doesn't look unhappy. They may fight, but have you met any woman with a PERFECT relationship with their mother. Family is family, always to be loved and cherished

Yeah, not only did she used to go to a hate-mongering church, now she doesn't need to go (and doesn't) because she can generate all that hate energy her own lonesome self.

She mouths prayer but spews hate. Despicable excuse for a human being that she is.

Her leaving Levi, the father of her *first grandchild out of her wishes should tell EVERYONE what kind of woman she is! It's not the one that was oh, so loving on Oprah!!

Everyone needs to go tweet to the twit "Where is your wish for the father of your grandson, Tripp?"

  8. House Minority Leader John Boehner distanced himself from Energy Committee ranking Republican Joe Barton, after Barton apologized to BP on behalf, apparently, of the government earlier today.

But where, exactly, did Barton come up with the idea that the White House was way out of line in pressuring BP to create the escrow fund? He got it from party leadership.

The Republican Study Committee -- the influential conservative caucus that the vast majority of Republican congressmen belong to -- put out a release yesterday calling the creation of the fun "Chicago-style shakedown politics."

Rep. Tom Price (R-Ga.) — chairman of the group of more than 100 conservative members — said in a statement Wednesday that BP's agreement to create an escrow account at the behest of the government was "borne out of this administration’s drive for greater power and control."

"In an administration that appears not to respect fundamental American principles, it is important to note that there is no legal authority for the president to compel a private company to set up or contribute to an escrow account," Price said.

Barton is an oil industry stooge, yes, but he was just repeating a talking point dreamed up by the conservative leaders in his party. He didn't go rogue.

Seriously, I'm so impatient when it comes to the view. Probably because Joy recently just dissed Levi, saying he's essentially a manwhore with no desire for responsibility. I know the shows heavily scripted but shes the one without the earpiece. Cmon July 1st. And why do we keep saying Bristol will be handled with kid gloves. Decent people don't tear apart others for entertainment value. Right Mercede? LEarn that yet? The view ladies don't care what Bristol does in her personal life, as the world shouldn't either. Shes asked to be apart of the program because shes a woman in a unique situation. Why can't everyone respect that?

There is no way she could forget her grandson Tripp's father, didn't you hear the sincerity in her voice when she told Oprah how she felt about Levi? Wasn't that the time when Levi explained what her laugh meant to him?

I don't know how she bakes those cakes and tweets, she is one busy woman.

Sarah's problem is that she only watches Fox News, if she puts in that much effort to stay current with what's going on. The wonderful spectacle is that some of the GOP sided with Barton and thought what he had to say was right on the mark. As the weekend progressed, some of them had to take back those comments; they sounded terrible. The poor GOP is split with his remark. Sarah's tweet sounds more like a high school girl who just lost her boy friend to another gal, pure anger.

PS Which one, Todd, Chuck or the other guys take the cake? Is she going to send each of them a slice? Chocolate or vanilla? Vanilla, of course, hate the chocolate. As for Levi, maybe Sarah is trying to cast the born-again virgin in the model of a much more sainted virgin. Tripp was born of Bristol, with no outside help needed from Levi. Wonder why Tripp's last name on the birth certificate is Johnston?

If it comes down to Palin running for Pres, it's people like Rahm that will pulls strings and have others dig out more dirt on her than she can imagine. She'd be better off keeping enemies like that close, rather than basing them, JMHO.

I guess since since Sarah has already had a "higher calling" and god will "open the door" for her to become President,it is no surprise that she wants 'divine intervention" to solve the oil spill.

Personally, I find it disgusting that she uses her so called "faith' and god to try to gain support for her presidential run.

Palin is a liar and a bitch for tweeting that about Rahm. What he said is the truth. She's just too big of a hypocrite to admit it.

She's mad because he ignored her as Obama ignores her. They think she is a stupid hostile moronic puppet on a string and she is. Rahm is 400 times more intelligent then Palin. She's tweeting crap like that about someone she doesn't even know? She's a viscious jealous bitch. She just can't stand that everyone isn't bowing to her jighness. She is so stupid- only an idiot would send such hostility into the blogosphere. Please go away Sarah. No one really cares what you think.

Here's a question: sometime in May 08 (i think), Mercede commented on Johnnys myspace about how pissed Levi was and he was out hunting. The post dictated to me at the time that Bristol "cheated" on Levi with Johnny and Levi was obviously hurt.

Its little things like this, along with Levi and Bristols early interviews that really makes me question Tripp as a PLANNED pregnancy

If Bristol was sooo in love with Levi, enough to want a child with him, why would another boy come into the picture and why would Levi be pissed at him.

Rahm didn't want the job as Chief of Staff from the beginning. He didn't want to move his family to Washington. It took a lot of arm twisting for him to accept the job. So if he decides to leave, it's no big surprise. It is also known that Rahm is considering running for Mayor of Chicago.

Come to think of it, the only image I've ever seen of the iconic Mrs. Palin to show some warmth or affection was to Levi after her acceptance / intro speech at the RNC.

No warmth or affection felt in any other photo of her with her husband or children. Odd.

This is somewhat OT, except being about Sarah.

Maybe it was the 90 deg heat but while I was walking today my mind fell into the gutter and I began thinking about St. Sarah.

Remember those RNC - seven suitcases full of - wardrobe?
Sarah is wearing a lot of different dresses and jewelry these days.
She can afford the cloths but we know our cheep cheep Sarah.
She continually says she gets her clothes at a consignment shop.

    Ipso maybeo.

What if the RNC clothes were given by her to one or more consignment shops? She pays no income tax, maybe gets a tax deduction as a “donation.”
She works a deal with the shop(s) owner(s) to buy her own clothes back at the consignment price. She gets commission, an expensive wardrobe at lest than "list" price, deducts the purchase price because these are business related wardrobe expenditures, and re-donates the clothes to the consignment shop for recycling, to her.

Is there any way you could dig into that?

Just the fact that she keep saying consignment consignment. And “I” don’t have the clothes, despite that apparent fact they were loaded onto her plain, makes me suspicious.

I can’t see Sarah not grifting if the grift is there to be had.

@anon 4:04, You have given the best reason for kids to wait until they are mature before they rush into marriage and babies (or babies and marriage).
