I received a tip telling me about Bristol's Anchorage digs about three months ago I think, and I drove by to confirm it about two months ago, well before the Harper's Bazaar article came out.
However I decided to keep the info to myself because I just did not want people to know where this young woman, and her small child were living. It is one thing to talk about the Palin complex which EVERYBODY can find, but quite another to put Bristol's security at risk.
Exchanging Bristol's peace of mind concerning her son for the chance to put the word "Exclusive" in my headline is just not a fair trade in my opinion.
And as for Levi and Bristol being back together again, well YOU know who I talk to so yes, I knew about that as well. However I once again I felt that it was wrong to say anything on this blog or to other media outlets about it, because I did not want to screw up Levi's chance to get his family back together, even though the information could have been worth quite a bit of money. But like I said before, I can't be bought. (Apparently the same cannot be said for Bristol's "friends")
Bristol, if you are reading this, I want you to know that I kept my promise and did not reveal your address. I also want to let you know that Mercede did not take any pictures of your house, and neither did I. That was somebody else, so leave her out of it. And Levi I hope you know what you are doing. I have been in your shoes before and it did not work out well for me, I hope you have better luck.
As it stands right now it looks as if Levi's book is no longer even a remote possibility. He is besotted with the opportunity to spend more time with his son, and it appears that he will not do ANYTHING to endanger that possibility. In other words, as things stand it looks as if Sarah has no reason to concern herself with Levi for the time being. I cannot say I am not disappointed in this turn of events, but I also would not be so selfish as to suggest that Levi should put the opportunity to expose Sarah Palin above the opportunity to parent his little boy. If I were in Levi's shoes I can't say that I would make a different choice.
Oh, Me Oh My! I wonder what "Big Mama Grizzly" Grandmaw Sarah thinks of this! I can just picture her, in a pose reminiscent of Eduard Muench's "The Scream". (But sporting a Bumpit and a pair of inflat-a-boobs, of course...)

ReplyDeleteI had a feel the “roommate” was a male, but hoped it was not Levi. I am old enough to know that in the situation Bristol is in she must be very confused. She was manipulated by her mother, she is making a lot of money as a spokesperson for something she clearly does not believe. Now, if she is back with Levi she may be trying to keep someone, anyone in her life she can trust close to her. It was clear from the child custody/support case that they still cared about each other. I am also wise enough to know that this relationship will probably be great for a while and then have a very bad ending as both of them grow up. I hope for happiness for both of them. Showing independence from control of Sarah Palin is a good sign psychologically on Bristol’s part. I am concerned for Levi, but it was clear he still cared for Bristol all along. When we are young we often have to learn things the hard way and as we all know people in love will not listen to reality.

ReplyDeleteThe minute that Bristol started telling the MSM that she was a single mother and basically dismissing Levi as a absentee father and Levi stayed silent I knew the jig was up. Levi loves his son and probably never stopped loving Bristol, but he is doomed. I would never judge a man for wanting to be in his child's life. But if he loves Bristol--who so far has been a marionette for her mother, so be it. Love your family Levi. But be aware that there is a viper who will destroy you if you step out of line. Or maybe you and Bristol can stand against Sarah-- maybe this is exactly the way to keep her in line. I doubt it. But on you go.
As far as I see it, what will be will be.
I wish I didn't feel so cynical about this, but I feel like Sarah pushed for it. With the Senate election coming up, and Levi's book threatining to come out, my thoughts are that Sarah moved one of her chess pieces (Bristol - pawn) to block a move that could threaten her board (Sarah - Queen).

How hard was it to find out where Bristol's condo was after she had pictures in HB? I think there are plenty of people who knew where she lives.

Do you know when Sarah and Todd learned about Levi's more frequent visits or the overnights? Does she have any leverage with Bristol when it comes to keeping her abstinent? That could be interesting. When will someone, like media, get the photos of her physical condition?
Why did Sherry say she knew Bristol had a boyfriend? Did she say Ben Barber or did she mean Levi? Why were you thinking it was Ben that was her boyfriend?

This is really, really good news for Tripp! It will be even better when Levi allows his mother and sister to be a regular part of Tripp's life. Hopefully, Levi will continue his effort for legal joint custody. He seems to be the vulnerable one and never seemed to stop being in love with Bristol.

ReplyDeleteI sure hope Levi is careful. Bristol could accuse him of anything and it's her word against his and she will win. Not to mention this all feels like a ploy for her to keep custody. If she convinces him she will agree to shared custody and he buys it, then she can appear in court prepared to fight for full custody and he is left sitting there thinking they had a deal.

I just hope, I know wishful thinking, that Sarah will leave them be. I know Levi never said a bad word about Bristol and I hope she is sincere going into this relationship.
Oprah repeated gave Bristol the opportunity to retract her strong statement "I'll never have sex until I'm married." Oprah asked, "But if you want to hold to that, may the powers be with you. So you're going to hold to that?" Oprah must be loving this development. She doesn't even need to say, "I told you so."

ReplyDeleteI'm glad that Levi & Bristol got back together and not surprised. If Sarah hadn't been involved in the beginning, they might never had split up. They are kids after all and even without all the public scrutiny, it might have all played out the same way. For now and no matter what happens on down the line, Tripp benefits from having them both in his life. I wish them luck.
ReplyDeleteI wish Levi all the best - but in my gut I think Silly Sarah is still pulling the strings, the potential damage to her income and Bristol's if the truth came out is too risky, it is possible she and Bristol came to an agreement that to keep Levi quiet Bristol should be "nice" for now - just because they are "civil" doesn't mean they are back together and we really don't know if they are just being nice to each or if they are "dating" again - but either way it keeps Levi from telling all he knows in a book - of course being a father to his son is way way way more important - but since Levi and Mercede are not in a position to reveal any truth that will bring Palin down it means we will all have to wait patiently and others in the know will have to work harder to get the truth out. I just hope every day that it is soon
ReplyDeleteSince I'm a grown-up, I see two positive things here: Tripp appears to be spending more time with his dad, and despite his youth, Levi is a mensch, a good influence on Tripp and Bristol.
ReplyDeleteTaking the long view on this situation (which the primary characters involved here cannot; they're just too young), as soon as Tripp can ask the hard questions that the Palins don't want to answer, as soon as he has more mobility, and as soon as he rebels against not spending enough time with his dad, his OTHER grandma, and aunt--All of this bodes well (or at least, "better, under the circumstances") for Tripp.
$P/BPs' view of "motherhood" now comprises setting up salable photo ops with cute babies, not spending quantity-AND-quality time with them, especially if they can be fobbed off on Palin relatives, and those shadowy "nannies" that we hear about but never see.
Years down the road, there will be a ton of evidence, available to Tripp, documenting how much Levi, Sherry, and Mercede wanted to spend time with him from day one. G-d willing, $P will be infrequently, if ever, making her aging-media-bunny appearances on television, and there will be scant money at stake. Photos of the Wasilla gang will be a dime a dozen, at most.
Seems to me these two kids are trying to sort their lives out and good luck to them. It took me years to figure out who the heck I was and I didn't have any handlers guiding me. My advice to them would be to continue their education with the monies they have earned and then get a real job.

I saw a HB article that tried to make it look like she is independent but all she did was out her apartment to the rest of the world and look dumb. It's not that hard to check Realtor and records. Dragging dufus Levi into controlling Sarah's lair is only more ugly no matter how much they believe in the spin machine to produce their next deception.
BTW, now that condo has been outed by Bristol, has anyone noticed her work schedule? Is that another lie?
When will the Palin family do the Discovery Channel filming? Was that postponed? When did she learn how close Bristol and Levi are again? If they are serious about being or asserting independence they need to do an interview with Oprah or a good periodical and journalist about their intentions, abstinence and STOP LYING! . If they are lock step with Palin handlers they will stay on script.

I don't buy that Bristol/Levi humping is good for Tripp. I think Tripp needs his parents to mature and be independent in reality, not because it sounds like they are back together for him. It's only been two weeks since Ben Barber was her hockey stick. What about Sherry and Sadie, where does this leave them? I now think Levi is a rat and they both have a long way to go before anything they do is good for Tripp. He is Bristol's prop and now if Levi goes full monty into Bristol's lies, Tripp will be Levi's prop.
ReplyDeleteBristol having her own place is a start but it is not as if old grizzly having Van Flein set up Bristol with your own front corporations is an indication of any independence. It is still a mythical independence. Whoever is doing PR for them with statements that do not sound like them is not doing them any favors. As sad and pathetic as it is that SP uses and abuses her children at all ages that doesn't make me cry for Bristol at this time. She has been out there wearing an abstinence banner and doing severe harm to American youth and the huge problem of teen pregnancy. I know everyone thinks this is all about Sarah, no it is not. It is not even about protecting Sarah's children. OUR CHILDREN are our future and they should be first. Don't send out a liar to trick them!
Levi made a turn but at one time there were claims that he knew things that could take her down. That could be some serious crime he is hiding. I may be the only one but I am not forgetting about the gigantic fraud that 'baby-gate' is on the whole nation and world for that matter. Levi and Bristol are not innocent enablers. They may be dumb, but they are part of the criminal syndicate.

It's possible that they never broke up at all and that is why the custody case was pushed back 7 months. They may have told the judge their future plans. He scheduled them to come back after they got their lives squared.

I didn't b/c I didn't want the children, no matter how young, to go through the father or another man being there, it was there safe place and I liked to keep it protected for them.
