Apparently Palin's vast ocean of supporters is really only about ankle deep.

Courtesy of the Nation:

Sarah Palin’s new “Mama Grizzlies” video drew strong reactions from many reporters, politicos and critics. An analysis of viewer data, however, shows that Palin’s video actually failed to reach or excite her base.

In the week since it was first posted on Palin’s Facebook page, which boasts over 1.8 million backers, the video has drawn 368,000 views. Yet despite her large following, only 33,000 people watched the video via Facebook, according to YouTube statistics. That means only one out of ten viewers found “Mama Grizzlies” through Palin’s social network -- and under 2 percent of her Facebook community watched the video. So who did watch “Mama Grizzlies”?

Mostly traditional news readers and Palin detractors.

Hah! That means that the vast majority of people who watched that video were curiosity seekers and those who actively dislike her.  And let's face it, after many of the curiosity seekers were subjected to that whiny voice of hers playing over a background of pasty white supporters, they probably learned to actively dislike her as well.

Sarah Palin, scaring off potential voters one video at a time.

Sarah looks troubled in this pic. I love it. It's a little too human compared to her ugly facial moments.

This is now a close second to her glittering eyes of disbelief that she was not only NOT Vice President, but also too not allowed to close out the show with her amazin words of sage wisdom at McCain's concession speech.

Have you read the usweekly article yet? Because what they talk about are things Sarah ideally wouldn't want in that article - not that it's embarrassing but it's blunt

  5. She received that few hits even though Time magazine linked to her youtube?!

    BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

Wonder how much donated $ she blew on that video?

  7. aw c'mon - ALL 25 members of c4p LOVED that video! They KNOW that the mama grizzly film is going to propel her into the White House, yes siree!

The math is not looking too promising for the Alaskan dingbat.

This film was supposed to appeal to women everywhere - rise up mamas - "mamas just KNOW when something isn't right" sayeth the idiot!

Why yes, we DO when something is wrong - and someTHING from wasilla is VERY VERY wrong.

  10. The version of her video on YouTube that has 369,826 views has interesting ratings:

Ratings for this video (1507 total)
    Number of likes 574
    Number of dislikes 933

p.s. I'm counted as one of the 'dislikes' ;)

I have always suspected many of her "followers" are train-wreck observers. That and bat-shit crazy c4peers sitting at their computer 24/7 creating new accounts and upping her number of fans. There is actually someone over there show keeps track of how many new "followers" she gets everyday and compares it to the number Mitt and Huck get. It is insane. Her biggest fan blog seems to be the pee zoo and as far as I can tell there are not more than 50 unique posters there.

She is one big smoke and mirror mirage and as far as the media is concerned, she has somehow garnered a teflon shield.

    Let's hope it is coming to a laboring(pun intended)end.

Karma -- majority of her following are those that disagree with her.
Ayup, and I do follow her, because we should all "know thy enemy"

Must admit after watching that video of the Grizz Momma's & Pink Elephants marching down Penn. Ave. to take back the White House - my first visualization was OMG wonder who's going to have to clean up the street. Few dozen lowly government employees (probably non-white) that haven't had a raise in 10 yrs will have to clean up another Republican mess!

This is great news! It really refudiates the idea that Palin is popular and other such whatnot.

There is a very funny piece on Bristol at FromForum.com. The author takes some heat so maybe we should send her some good vibes. They are long term conservatives who see the truth about Sarah.

Someone mentioned the actual US article. Can anyone share what is in there that Palin won't like?? Thanks

This is the "rill" news today and the first news in a long time that has made me feel better about Madam Palin.

Has anybody kept a calendar of Palin's antics? Is there a timeline anywhere? She's worse than a toddler who has to have constant attention. It's a virtual tornado of Palin antics.

If I lived in that damn household, I'd be yelling "stop with the chaos, take a downer at least once a week"...as I ran screaming out the door.

FromForum.com isn't a website with anything about Bristol. It seems to be some sort of financial reference site. Could Lisabeth provide more info on the site she is talking about?

  20. I said last week when the Palinistas were bragging that Pain's Facebook friends count had gone up 300,000 in a matter of days, that she likely had a core Facebook following of about 45,000, and most of the 45,000 had multiple personalities. They all probably have AOL accounts, which makes the multiple personality thing very easy to accomplish.

The media doesn't care whether the traffic they get on a Palin story is pro-Palin or not. Just as long as they get the traffic. They know very well that much of Palin's so-called fan base are actually people who are very critical of her.

When the green light is given to go after Palin, the media will be after her like the hounds of hell.

Hey Sarah! We know you read this blog and all the others. Bwahahaha! You are a maroon. How's that face booky number thing and your Alaskan geography thing workin' out for ya? How's that abstinence preaching for your girls working out for ya? No one here believes for a minute that you didn't know about Bristol and Levy getting "engaged". How's that "pretend that I didn't know" manipulating thing working for you? Everyone sees through it.

I have four FB accounts. All four are ¨friends¨ with Sarah (itś the only way I can post on her page). As a former Palin supporter, I once went to a local gathering of SP fans in my area (I live in the Mid-South). Fourteen people showed up. Today, not a single one of those fourteen still support Sarah.

I still don't get it. If this woman was less attractive would there be any real interest for her?

Anyone catching her "analysis" delivered via Fox News segments can easily determine that she has no idea of what she is talking about. She makes no sense, has nothing to offer but talking points, and is clearly over her head. Yet there seems to be a willingness to cover her no matter what stupidity flows from her mouth in the presumption that she is presidential material.

Does just being photogenic these days be used as a consideration as the criteria for higher office? This woman resigned her role as governor midway through her term and she is considered viable?

    I just don't get it.

  35. I have concluded that Palin is not "wildly popular" in our country because her popularity is wildly inflated just as everything else about Palin is spun grandiously. Yes she does have fans and devoted followers but not at the inflated numbers perpetuated.

I have read time and again at C4P their metally limited method to evaluate everything as a competition to declare Sarah a "winner" It is irrelevant to C4P that a candidate or elected official, namely Obama can not act in negligence of his job duties charging for speaking engagements. I have read irrational ridicule of the POTUS repeatedly that he gave his "speech for free" and Sarah got 100K".

It is Palin's MO and her greatest sstrength to pull one over on people that they believe things that are not true nor accurate.

Again this morning on the news was a discussion that Palin "spreads misinformation". She does this about herself and about others.

I found prior to the 2008 election that giving accurate info on the issues and encouraging people to verify fact resulted in them stunned at Palin's misinformation.
Palin's pattern (behavioral pattern) is to twist, lie, distort her targets to the extreme opposite unfavorably on topics then do the same of her self in the opposite spin presenting she is the polar opposite after demonizing people.

I can hardly wait for the resality show on TLC for it will be a rude awakening at C4P. There will be just enough tourist info for the minions to dismiss Palin and family doing a reality show twisting it is a "documentary of AK".

The majority are interested in issues, policies and how a politician proposes resolving major problems our country faces at home and internationally..not how cute a mama grizzly is fishing nor how cute a little girl is who ought to be in school.

Their post with the cover of US with Bristol and Levi got 10 comments.

The post with the Hitler/Obama/Lenin billboard got 6 comments.

I think it is the second largest pro-Palin site, and it's all but dead in the water.

That picture of her was taken the day after or two days after her Quitter Announcement. I believe it was Newsweek that came to her house and did the shoot.

She's standing on the pier here outside her big ugly red hockey rink of a house.

Obviously distracted with something during a break in the shoot.

There were several shots taken for this one.
