Is CNN even trying anymore?
I mean seriously!
What office did she run for? How does she spell her name? What cable news channel is rated number three out of three?
Yeah, well, nobody is trying, anymore. Joe Miller, West Point and Yale graduate, has a "MASTER'S" according to his ads. That just makes me crazy. Even if I espoused his philosophy, I can't stand that educated folks (who should be operating at a level consistent with schooling) make uneducated mistakes like using a possessive apostrophe in identifying credentials. It ain't being fussy - it screams: I didn't learn myself nuthin'!
In the east, it's called the D Team -- interns with no editing training and those with little editing training unlucky enough to draw the weekend short straw.
It comes from training that now emphasizes clicks over spelling. From TV and online types who have weak writing skills but know how to watch the metrics and read Omniture dashboar.
You'll see the same thing in AP stories. Like this in story on same event. "police said there were few indicents, accept the occasional fender bender."
Too lazy to use spell and grammar check, which the AP has.
My, my, Saint Sarah has been putting on some major weight, shedding that possum bumpit and going gray and bald. Seems to have borrowed Toady's mannish styled glasses and clothes. Doesn't appear to be wearing any flag pins and didn't bring the twins, and oh that sagging, flabby chin! Someone needs to get a refund.. just sayin. But hey, there isn't any writing on her hands! Maybe she's growing up after all!
BWAHAHAHAHAHA ... Too bad Jon Stewarts on vacation.. this is just too rich and you can't be making this up!!!!
I agree with Mr. Orr. Since Ted Turner was forced out, CNN has been in a steady decline. That decline has turned into a nose dive in the past year or so.
How XM Radio's Joe Madison pwnd Beck (found at theygaveusarepublic.com)
"Glenn Beck was visiting the studio where Joe Madison does his XM radio show, and Madison was able to convince Beck to sit in front of his microphone.
Not good for Beck. ... Beck admits he didn't know what he was talking about when he called President Obama a racist.
He also admits he doesn't know what Martin Luther King, Jr. stood for, which is especially interesting in light of how Beck was in D.C., where Madison does his show, to co-opt the King message.
And Beck speaks out against social justice, which is exactly the opposite of the King legacy."
CNN has increasingly become more and more of a disgrace since Ted Turner was forced out.
