Joe the Bagger (and his lawyer) are now pretending to believe that only correctly spelled votes for Mrukski will count, when the "elections supervisor" had made it quite clear (before the elections) that voters' intentions would be respected.

Interestingly, voters don't have to write Murkowski's full name. They can just write her last name according to Alaska Statutes. This will be one of the issues that Miller is likely to address, even though the law is extremely clear about this.
