After over a month of spending Teabagger money on legal fees, it looks like Joe Miller might need more of that money to fight potential criminal charges.
Like I keep saying, there is NEVER a dull moment when it comes to Alaska politics.

Sarah should have shot Joe in lieu of caribou.. just to put an end to his misery.
ReplyDeleteJoe.. you lost!
OT. New cover of Time...Palin in Progress!
ReplyDeleteMiller oozes criminality. Now why would he erase all of those emails? hmmmmmm. What is the problem with him that he continually misunderstands the parameters between his job and his political and private life? Maybe a little too much private was on the computer.
ReplyDeleteAlaska needs to hand count the votes and get rid of this idiot once and for all. Anything else is nonsensical.
Even with a law degree from Yale, Joe is still getting wingnut welfare. (Of course that is how his mentor makes ALL of her money) No job, no prospects for getting near the senate (give it up Joe). I wonder how long it will be before the Koch brothers call him a bust and leave like the GOP did? I suppose when Van Flein bills stop getting paid Joe might have to go get another job that he will eventually lose by doing something stupid----again.

GIVE IT UP, joemiller!!!!
ReplyDeleteYou creep, you.
One thing is clear, the real winner in the last five years of Alaska politics is Thomas Van Flein. His offshore accounts must be busting at the seams. (Just my opinion.)
ReplyDeleteSo IF he goes to jail, can he still serve as Alaska State Senator?
ReplyDeleteAnd Miller paid himself $200K out of campaign funds, too.
ReplyDeleteWhere's the FEC on this?
Miller, the ersatz lawyer claims to not understand the law, yet thinks that he would make a fine specimen of the senatorial type. Even bad lawyers understand that ignorance of the law is not an excuse that is valid in any court. Miller is an arrogant shithead who does not give a damn about anybody except Miller.
ReplyDeleteVoters of Alaska, please remember the entire pathetic spectacle that was Joe Miller's Senate campaign the next time this pompous buffoon decides to run for office. Y'all dodge a bullet this time.
I hope the Northstar Borough roasts Miller's nuts over a raging bonfire.
He claims it was their policy to keep the inbox clean, although that is true anyone with an IQ of 20 understands that means keeping personal emails to a minimum not work product.
ReplyDeleteOn top of that there isn't a lawyer around that doesn't know all work product is the legal property of the employer and that even when you print hard copies you also keep the electronic version in a folder designated for that client/case.
Joe Miller deleted things because he is paranoid and because he has so much to hide. Oh and because he's an idiot but we already knew that.
Never a dull moment...except when it comes to Miller's razor.
ReplyDeleteBA-ZING!!!
Hey Gryphen
ReplyDeleteLook what turned up in Joe Millers campaign filing:
Bernadette Wilson of Anchorage Alaska (left the rest of the address out) paid $12,000 on 11-01-10 for "political strategy consulting"
page 658 of Joe Miller's 12-02 filing.
found here
Also Adele Morgan of Wasilla (see page 654 same link) was paid $221.00 for "registration fee" on 10-26-10, and $1500.00 on 11-01-10 for "political strategy consulting".
Just getting started on this filing- will post more if more is found.
Bernadette Wilson "Party Planner "
ReplyDeleteto the Stars( or Mayor Sullivan anyway).
Bernadette Wilson found here for instance The Strange Tale of the Mayor and the Party Planner
"BA-ZING!!!"
ReplyDeleteSheldon...,that was funny.

My favorite part of the clip is where Van Fleen apparently told the FNSB that FNSB had to provide the emails that Joe was supposed to look for- to see if they were in his possession?!!?
ReplyDeleteOne explanation- after working for FNSB for years Joe still doesn't understand what is the employers, and what is the employees. HELP. Somebody HELP ME.
A second explanation-'If you don't tell me what you (FNSB) think I ( former employee Joe)have, then I (f.e. Joe) might turn over something that you (FNSB) don't know I have.'
Other explanations are possible.
Joe will probably be having a press conference shortly to arrest everyone asking questions that upset him.
Gryphen:
ReplyDeleteI went through all the itemized disbursements in Joe's latest filing-link above.
The only payment for anything like legal is one for $20,000 to Clapp Peterson Van Flein etc on 11-03-10. That payment is described as "legal consulting".
I don't remember what legal payments have been reported on earlier filings. I don't know whether the lawyers are all working for free- or whether they are funded somewhere else.
