Just for fun. Sarah Palin and the moose.

You know, I do not believe I have EVER heard Ms. Palin sound more articulate.

P.S. To all of you worried that I will follow Dana Milbank's lead and take a month off from talking about Sarah Palin, don't you worry. I NEVER do what the Grizzled Mam wants me to do, don'tcha know?

Thank you Gryphen for not giving in to that foolish pledge not to comment on Palin.

I figure she's going to love it because most of her critics will be silent but the MSM media will go on and on and on plus all her bots will as well.

One island of sanity. One watch dog on guard. I join you in keeping vigilant.

Besides, do you really think everyone can keep that pledge knowing Sarah as you do? Considering the trend she has been on, she just keeps topping her past high water marks of stupidity.

It should be a fun month - being one of the few keeping track. Be aware, though, your blog will become very prominent in the virtual silence. Make every word count!

We'll stay with you because we know you care enough to stay on the track of Scary Sarah.

  4. Yes wes ben I know.

There is also a rumor that my daughter runs the site. Both total bullshit.

By they way my understanding is that the blog might be up today if everything works out.

Then Diggler can tell all of you what happened himself.

What is it will all the questions about Alaska WTF?

Sure, some will miss it, but there is still IM and other blogs that go into more detail.

I smell something fishy - someone or several someones are trying to bait Gryphen. If you are, you might wish to consider that you are grossly underestimating the intelligence of this man.

Love the video. Wish it could be so. The sounds coming out of Sarah on this are much more pleasant than her normal voice.

Though, really, putting Sarah's screech in even a cartoon mouth is almost cruelty to animals.

I will partake in the all things Palin ban because her power is waning and because it is necessary and good for my mental health. Most of all I will do it because what she says and does is completely irrelevant to what is really going on in our country and the world. There will be plenty of time to resume focusing the spotlight on her instability and inadequacies once she stops jerking everyone around and reveals her plan to either run for president or not.

O/T 'cause I'm just catching up...

Wait, wait, wait. Correct me if I'm wrong. Is Sarah, Queen of DeNile really trying to co-opt the political upheaval in Egypt? Is she (or RAM) trying to subliminally convince the cult-like lemmings that every major world event revolves around Saint Sarah's schedule?

(Insert Psycho shower scene music here).

That woman is an idiot. But the Moose only made her look more presidential.

It seems like cartoonists are drawing Palin more and more as a middle aged woman than as the "young, hot VP Candidate" that was formerly often depicted.

I'm not sure if she herself is physically aging rapidly, or if it's just her national persona that's aging very rapidly.

When they start drawing her as a haggard seventy-something, my guess would be that her 15 minutes is about over.

    thanks for the video.

The moose has potential, the other, ... not so much.

OT, when your neighboring county has a blizzard warning and all you get is a lousy little winter storm warning, is it appropriate to be jealous?

Wouldn't it be neat, if on March 1st, when we get back to surfing the blogs about Sarah, she will have disappeared!

Unfortunately, I read there is now a pro-Palin blog based in Wasilla. So we need Gryphen, and others, to keep the heat on, the truth available, and so on... i think. who knows anymore!

  18. Anyone see Winter's Bone? I picture a similar situation in Wasilla regarding meth production and the lengths that people will go to to protect their product and their "territory." The movie shows the competition between the clans/meth producers and how they take care of "snitches." I can better understand the reluctance of the people from Wasilla to talk about the Palins after seeing how people in this movie close ranks around their secrets against the few who dare to ask questions. (And everyone is related to everyone else in some way.) Meth production is a way of life in this backwoods area, as one character in the movie states, "everyone around here cooks meth."
Does this sound like Wasilla to anyone?

I'm glad you're not doing the ban. Palin is hoping everyone will and all I can say is oh hell no.

She says with the ban maybe she won't get blamed for the issues in Egypt.

Everyone that is taking the month of February off for Sarah Palin forgets their history. February 6 is Ronald Reagan's 100th birthday. I halfway expect the half-term Governor to announce for President that day. I am sure that someone or two or three will be announcing on February 6.

I will only renounce all things Palin when I am darn sure she cannot be elected dog catcher anywhere in the United States. And I pray for that day because I am really sick of Sarah Palin.

It's funny watching Sarah try to stay relevant now. Certainly her path is no longer on the trajectory she hoped it would be. She is now left to con those who can be conned by anything anyway -- no big feat. The rest of the world now knows better. The "rill" Sarah is a flat out fraud and a fame seeker.

I'm wondering if palin will make a hastily thought out decision to run in 2012 due to bachmann.
The longer she waits, the more she can milk her supporters without doing any real work. If she has to declare early, she will make less personal money and have to act "presidential" and kind of work for a living.

Palin and her bots thrive on anti palin media pieces. They wouldn't have much to write about if they didn't have anti palin media to dispute. Look at C4p. Most of their posts are disputing something written about Palin.

I don't think Palin will be happy if media boycotts her. She thrives on it and her victimhood. If the only people covering her were Pro-Palin blogs and FOX, then most of us would never read about her.

If people do pay less attention in Feb, then it serves her right. She has hogged the spotlight for a long time and journalists have gotten lazy about reporting many other important stories.(I'm not talking about blogs.)

She will surely stir something up in Feb to get coverage.Even if nobody reported on her for one month, she'd still have the same problems following her--especially her link to Gabby Giffords. That will never go away.

In a word, no, this doesn't sound like Wasilla. There are enclaves of meth manufacturing well off the beaten paths of the 'burbs where people plop an old trailer down on a piece of land and go to town cooking meth for them and their friends. It seems with most of our recent meth busts that the product is being shipped in from outside of AK.

I think that those that cook do so for a few of their friends and fellow addicts and I don't see them as possessing the brain power to create a mafioso type organization nor create and sell drugs to a larger audience.

Small time dirtbags is what we have on the fringes cooking meth in The Valley; the biggest problem is insurgence of product from Canada and The Lower 48.

I'm not the most empathetic person in the world but it is sad to see these people. Bedraggled, bad skin and teeth, some of the girls young and pregnant and never ever dressed for the weather. Just terribly wastes of humanity that will most likely never pull out of the hole they are in. Criminal masterminds? Not so much.

This is an insult to all moose!

Espcially cow moose and their off-spring. As A life long Alaskan, I have seen a more then a few mother moose. And let me tell you Scarah Paylin is not one...nor is she a mama grizzely, but that is another story.

And then also and in additon, the cartoon makes Scarah sound more articulate then I have ever heard her. :)

Of course, Paylin is looking forward to the no-palin month - idiot thinks that none of her naysayers watch real news...heh,heh, this should be really really fun!

The month with No Palin begins tomorrow. Looks like Gryphen is not participating.

    I'm not participating either.
The first of February is a perfect day for a Palin news scoop. Not huge news, it's a follow up to an old WTF from before she quit the last time.

Maybe it will be here, or maybe it will be somewhere else not participating in the month with No Palin. More questions she'll answer if someone just asks? I doubt it.

    Something much bigger coming later.

    Hint.
It's all about the Benjamins baby!
