Morality is not determined by the church you attend nor the faith you embrace. It is determined by the quality of your character and the positive impact you have on those you meet along your journey

Do you know what I like best about this picture?
That it will drive those who believe Obama is secretly a Muslim crazy!
I did not realize how tall and beautiful his oldest daughter has become! I guess we don't see much of her on the tabloids or on Reality shows, he?
I'm gop, but I'll say this: Nice Family. That is one thing I do admire about the Obama's. they set a excellent example of family. Unlike some on 'my' side.
I have to agree with Morgan. They will do and say anything to make their sheeple fear the President and his family! I am SO sick of the religious right and their hypocrisy!
This picture captures a warm sense that (for those who believe in God) this sweet family is safe in the arms of God. Jesus did say, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavy-laden and I will give you rest".
I hope the C4P realize that they have no control over who is accepted into Jesus' arms and who isn't. Neither does Sarah, who had no control during the stopover to Bethlehem. Neither does Sean Hannity, who so loves to demean his President as "the anointed one".
Sean Hannity in all his egotistical self-righteousness should know Jesus' words: "Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying "these people draw near to Me with their mouth, and honour me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me; and in vain, they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men"."
Don't you love how the Obama's are always holding hands? And the kids are so comfortable with it, so you know it's genuine and a long-standing habit.
Contrast this with $arah. Do you ever see her touch her kids or even Todd? On her show, I was struck by the fact that she never showed any affection to anyone, and her interactions with the kids were always sarcastic, joking, or scolding while engrossed in her blackberry.
It's sad that Obama's religion is even a political issue. Whatever happened to the glorious separation of Church and State that our forefathers imagined? Where are the non-believer presidents like Washington and Jefferson when you need them?
First Obama's a bad Christian. Then he's a bad Muslim. They can't seem to make up their pointy little minds.
Obama's minister says some disagreeable things, then Palin's witch doctor says some disagreeable things. And even back in 2008, Palin had a problem with hiding things. What is to be ashamed of in your church, $arah?
Who in God's name is she and her followers to judge? None of them are qualified to judge us, and certainly not the members of the GOP caught with their pants down / shirts off / cheating on their spouses NOT practicing what they preach leadership.
Let He who is without sin cast the first stone. Until then - keep your judgmental noses outta my life!
No it won't. They'll just say, "See, he's turning his back on Jesus."
ReplyDeleteSeriously, Jesse. Obama can't win with those idiots.

Eerily majestic as long as it's not allegorically prophetic.
ReplyDeleteSpeaking of Christians, here is a little damning dirt on Scott Walker, and his cradle robbing buddy, Mr. Hopper:

Essentiallly, Walker bribed Hopper to vote with him.
To me it looks like somebody has President Obama's back! As for the Republicritics, "Suffah, suckahs!"

ReplyDeleteThat Jesus looks awfully foreign- quite unlike the "real American" Jesus who's coming back to smash furniture and settle accounts.
ReplyDeleteI love this picture -- and there were several more of the First Family, around and admiring this beautiful statue.
ReplyDeleteDid you get to see the other pictures of them at this site? They are all awesome. And . . .
They certainly do NOT have their backs to Jesus in any of the pictures -- no matter what 'those others' (whomever they are) might see and/or imagine.
Those who believe Obama is secretly a Muslim are already crazy.

ReplyDeleteYep, that Jesus is white...very white.
Great photo!! -E

ReplyDeleteI love our photogenic, radiant First Family. I have a picture of them in my office. They make me proud to be an American--truly inspirational!

They are all so hot. I need some of that DNA.
