Jon Stewart goes high tech to mock the 2012 GOP Presidential hopefuls and delivers the smackdown to the whole Birther controversy as well.

Jon had another segment concerning the hypocrisy of Rep. Peter King's attempts to insist that Muslim Americans should be investigated, which by the way features some of the same hateful videos that I have posted here on IM.

Americans should be outraged and ashamed that the intimate bedfellows of bigotry and stupidity are paraded as patriotic banners by the GOP and Tea Party candidates.

Rep. King, in particular, needs to be reminded that he was himself an advocate of terrorists (the IRA). Perhaps we need a thorough investigation and prosecution of him.

Yes, I'd say the DOJ should begin Bachmann's examination of Congress with people like King...doesn't sound very patriotic to me!

Until seeing this last night on the Daily Show, I didn't know the President's mother was three months pregnant when she married his father. Stewart's defense of the "fetus" as American, because it was conceived in Hawaii, was so spectacularly brilliant, I jumped up out of bed. Your website is the first time today I've seen this video on the internet, and I hope it spreads. It's a brilliant argument to shut the birthers up once and for all...I hope.

Julianne Moore has now appeared on the radar of the PeeBots. Moore has signed to play the part of Snowdrift Snooki in the 'Game Change' HBO movie.

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/03/09/julianne-moore-sarah-palin-game-change_n_833689.html

Remember, in Game Change, comments appear from Steve Schmidt, Nicole Wallace and others, so will be interesting to see their parts to. Will those facts expand to include more of the truth from the campaign. Can't wait!!!

Comments already appearing that Moore is not as pretty as Snowdrift. Moore is too old to play her - really?? Moore is 50 - Snowdrift is 47. Time for the PeeBots to find their braincell (singular) to realize their Queen is an old fart camouflaging herself with the help of a BAD plastic surgeon -- probably the same one Bristle uses as by the time that slut gets to 40, she'll look like 60 plus. Hope she saves her pennies as her life will require a maintenance plan before it all falls!!!

The WI GOP screws the unions by separating out the anti-union portion of the budget bill so it could pass it without a quorum.

In short, it's a done deal.

Supposedly, Gov. Walker was in discussions on a compromise with the unions even while the vote was taking place.

    Devious SOBs.

    Brilliant!

It is a pity that illogical humans don't similarly discombobulate when trapped between their own argumentative points.

Stewart's argument as to the status of a fetus was brilliant. Hey birthers, how ya like them apples?

    That's what i figured.

OT: WI Breaking news -- I am so sad to say that the state senate just passed a anti-collective bargaining bill with no notice (and maybe illegally). So they took it out of the budget bill and passed it anyway without any notice to the democrats. It just goes to show they were out to bust unions all along. I am so angry I could cry.

    Have you seen THIS???

Julianne Moore playing Sarah Palin in HBO movie ‘Game Change’ http://starcasm.net/archives/89422

I really admire JM and I hope playing Snow Snooki doesn't drive her insane. Getting into the character of the world's most famous quitting narcissist has got to be dangerous to one's health. Tina Fey did it in 5-minute bits, but a whole movie??? YIKES!

You know, Regina has a point at PG. Since Sarah's resignation, no one has paid any mind to what is going on in Juneau. I've no doubt business went right back to normal, pre-palin. Everyone seems to care more about making up stories about Bristol being pregnant or perpetuating the evil Sarah myth. She's the perfect cover for wrongdoing in govt. Look at how much bullshit and lies you've all overlooked in DC and around the country because you're SO focused on the Palin unsubstantiated gossip.

btw, the gang was out at dinner today in Wasilla. Any boots on the ground?

People are scared because Sarah continues to gain ground and not flinch at the axes thrown at her. She's survived all the bs stories about her for a reason. People don't care about petty, score-settling gossip. AND People are growing tired of politics as usual. I hope more and more people decide to hop off the obama train before it's too late.

Gaining ground? You do understand that she has NOT survived her scandals--right? Just because she's still physically around doesn't mean that's a good thing. She's a laughingstock. Her poll numbers are that of Dick Cheney. Republicans are laughing at her and will destroy her if she runs. Foreign media thinks she's a joke. Even those that like her don't think she is qualified to be president. She's in it as long as there is money, no matter how foolish she looks.
