Laura Novak questions Professor Scharlott concerning Sarah Palin's pillow shaped "pregnant" abdomen.
LN: But let’s be honest: Couldn’t Palin’s appearance easily be explained by the way the black shirt folded under her bust and under her belly?
BS: Well, Laura, perhaps you should watch the video here: Elan Frank Interviews Sarah Palin-April 2008 part 1. (Go to about 0:27 for the belly thump.) As you can see, the camera pans up and down from her face to her midsection, and you can see the black shirt is hugging her body – there are no odd folds creating an illusion.
LN: The shadows on the sides. They can be shadows, right? Not necessarily the contours of a SQUARE PILLOW! I’m sorry. I’m shouting again.
BS: Well, actually, Frank was using professional lighting equipment to ensure there would be no distracting shadows.
Sadly for me, I’ve never experienced a pregnancy up close and personal. My wife and I have adopted two children, but we have not had children biologically. So I have no good sense of what shape an eight-month pregnant lady’s belly may take. But I sense you are not comfortable with the square pillow shape. Why is that?
LN: Because I simply do not want to believe that this woman – any woman – shoved a square pillow under her shirt. I do not want to believe anyone could so smugly mug for the camera and thump a pillow. It’s abnormal beyond reason. It would be insane.
Insane? You said it Laura! And welcome to my world.
You can read the rest of the interview by clicking here.
I do have one quibble with Professor Scharlott over this interview. At one point he makes this statement:
I have no idea who deserves credit for first brightening this segment of the video, but for at least a few years folks have known that if you lighten a screen grab from this part, what you see looks remarkably like a square pillow where Sarah’s stomach should be.
That would be my dear friend, and the person who will also deserve the lion's share of the credit when this story breaks nationally, Audrey from Palin's Deceptions. Who first lightened the photo here.
An important thing to keep in mind as this babygate story starts getting more and more mainstream media attention is that some of the best researchers and bloggers on this topic have now gone silent, like Audrey and Bree Palin. And believe me not a day goes by that I don't miss visiting their blogs, or talking to them on the phone, or sharing gossip and tips back and forth through e-mail.
However mark my words, when this story finally gets the national attention that it deserves I will make damn sure that the credit is spread around to ALL of the people who worked so hard to bring this story to light.

Sorry to be random, as that was a good post, but this is a must read. Mamet is literally God incarnate
ReplyDeletehttp://www.weeklystandard.com/articles/converting-mamet_561048.html?page=1
When Palin's Deceptions went away, my heart broke. I feared the truth was being squashed by someone threatening Audrey, and that all the EXTRAORDINARY work done by her would be forgotten. Well, more than two years after first reading her blog, I can still recall every detail she ever wrote. It wasn't some fictional, irrational twitter of a madwoman I read...nope, it was a brilliant, detailed, completely plausible scenario that Audrey laid out, and to this day I am 100% convinced that Sarah Heath Palin did NOT give birth to Trig Paxson Van Palin. Nope. She's not his mother. But Bristol is.
ReplyDeleteGryphen I too miss Audrey and Bree and hope all is well with them. And I am immensely glad you're still here in the blogosphere! Please keep up the great work that you do.
ReplyDeleteAs far as I am concerned, that pillow is ABSOLUTE proof she was never pregnant. A pregnant belly is round not square. Square on top because of a shirt fold? Possible. But on the sides? Impossible.
ReplyDeletethanks for giving credit where credit is due re babygate, gryphen.
ReplyDeletei miss both audrey and bree and wouldn't want there work to get lost.
other bloggers have kept there work out there, but we should never forget where it all started.
I said "mark my words, Sarah Palin faked that pregnancy" about two years ago to a friend of mine who thought it was a conspiracy theory. We have never spoken about it since then - but I will repeat "mark my words" at least one more time to her and I can hardly wait. I have said all along it only takes 10 minutes on Audreys blog to see the truth - kudos to you for keeping the story alive.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad to see the square pillow again - it was THE nail in the coffin for me.
ReplyDeleteI just noticed something - shadows or stains on the black shirt atop the square pillow looks like Jesus!
Just like the pictures found on peoples morning toast. Does anyone else see it?
Unless she was pregnany with sponge Bob Square baby, then she wasn't pregnant. Thumping the fake belly is the ultimate expression of insanity. It is going to make people go back and listen carefully to what she said, how she said things, the glean in her eye while lying, all of it. And we will all breathe a sign of relief that we were spared Twitler in the White House!
ReplyDeleteYep, Gryphen, Audrey was the wellspring of so much of the original research and insights into the hoax. I miss her too. What a brilliant mind and superb writer.
ReplyDeleteHi Gryph -
ReplyDeleteActually it was me. I froze the video, grabbed the picture and lightened it with a simple program like Microsoft paint or something. I then sent it to Audrey via email, because I knew she would know what to do with it. She knows who I am but has respected my anonymity.
As I wrote to her at the time, I had watched the video and something kept nagging at me about that belly. There was a lack of....heaviness is how I would describe it I guess...and once I started lightening it I could see it was not shaped like ANY pregnant belly I have ever seen.
I am an Alaskan, I am female, I have had 2 children of my own and have attended at about 8 other births. I still have the original screenshot on my computer. I really have no problem with Audrey getting the credit, she is awesome and I, like you, miss her voice in this conversation very much.
Anonymous 4:34,
ReplyDeleteif that is true, I want to thank you very much for your contribution to getting the truth out.
And by the way Audrey would be the first person to give you credit. And I hope you are among those who DO get that credit whee this story moves off of the blogs and into the living rooms of Americans who thus far are still completely unaware of this amazing hoax.
Does Prof. Scharlott have access to the additional photos from the spouses' luncheon?
ReplyDeletePalin's aspect while talking in that video is inappropriate. The little girl mannerisms are targeting her interviewer to beguile and mislead.
ReplyDeleteHow long will it be before this new book comes out??
ReplyDeleteDays? Weeks? Months?
I understand you can't tell details, but you could give it your best guess.
And is this the person you were talking about who called you out of the blue??
I have never once doubted this story. I havent had children but I can't in a million years imagine being pregnant, having amniotic fluid leaking and not immediately seeing a doctor!
Second huge clue for me is there were no photos of the newborn with mom. The ones with the grandparents do not show a newborn. Ive seen enough babies in my professional life to know that.
And I hope those sassy, lazy arrogant children like Julia, Justin, Jason and even the weasel are forced to admit they were wrong. They won't . But we can remind them again and again and again.
Just think how big Bristols boobies were in 2007 at the RNC. She doesn't have that now-wonder why no one mentions that?

I am so glad to hear that--I miss their voices so much. Audrey was so careful and fair.
ReplyDeleteOn an overweight woman the pregnant belly could be a little less round but on a trim woman like Palin it HAS to be firm and round.
ReplyDeleteAnon 4:34 - Many thanks to you for following up on your keen instincts.
ReplyDeleteMe again. Found my original email to Audrey:
ReplyDelete"Here's the still from the Elan film, original and enhanced. This picture has always bothered me. That looks like a square decorative pillow like you'd have on your couch. It is the wrong shape and it just doesn't have that heavy, full balloon sort of look that a pregnant, stretched belly does. Also, it seems to start abruptly from a straight line just above her pubic bone (there's even a distinct horizontal line), instead of rounding out gradually like a pregancy would. That horizontal line is straight across the front of her, pregnant bellies round up like an egg. Compare with the 'yoga ball' photo; this lady is much more pregnant than the governor is supposed to be in the Elan shot, but you can't help but see the difference in the way her pregnancy sits on her body.
Like I said, this picture has always bothered me. If I had seen it out of context and been asked what I thought it was, I'd have said someone with a couch pillow under their shirt. Compare with the girl costumed as Winnie-the-Pooh ("pillow" jpg)."
I was wrong about 1 thing, the lady in the 'yoga ball' photo I mention was actually LESS pregnant than Palin was claiming to be at the time! LOL!
Sarah thought that she pulled off a fake pregnancy but in the end it will be her inability to follow through and stay focused on even something this simple that will be her undoing. Slow and steady win the race and hopefully we're heading into the home stretch as the Quitter's past catches up to her.
ReplyDeleteI loved Audrey's Palin's Deceptions. Everything that she wrote was based on facts. Her readers were also committed researchers and they turned over other important information as well.
ReplyDeleteStrangely, Sarah was a much photographed governor whose on-line photos from the Alaska State website and from her fan magazine, ADN just disappeared, scrubbed, vanished.Actually, the photos that disappeared were the ones that would correspond to her pregnancy. Luckily readers captured many pictures from secondary sources. Through everyone's hard work, they amassed a file of accurately dated photos of Palin at what she claimed was seven or eight months pregnancy. In all of the photos, Sarah wears a distracting scarf so we don't notice her flat abdomen. They are quite a contrast with photos of Sarah from previous pregnancies.
The other thing that Audrey's readers captured were the My Space conversations between Bristol and other Alaska teens. Bristol complained during the summer of 2007 that Sarah took her phone away because Sarah overheard her phone conversation and thought that Bristol was pregnant. (A summer pregnancy for Bristol would correspond to giving birth to Trig a little earlier than the April 18 date that he was released from the hospital). Bristol also wrote around that time, "I am such a slut." (Her words, not mine).
It should also be noted that while Bree left to take a job, Audrey was driven off the internet by a right wing Sarah Palin fan/blogger, who issued some very nasty threats against Audrey and her husband. If the idea of Palin faking the birth of Trig was an outright lie which was easily proven, there would have been no need to intimidate Audrey. She was chased off the internet because she was getting too close to the truth.
I remember one word of wisdom from Audrey, regarding a birth certificate issued in the case of an adoption. The name of the child can be changed, the name of the parents can reflect the adoptive couple, but the date and place of birth CANNOT be changed. It's no wonder that we have never seen Trig's birth certificate. I know that Palin claims to have shown it, but she has made a number of other claims that are also false.
To Anonymous @ 4:10 PM and the other posters who miss Audrey, ITA with you all. It was Audrey's blog that woke me up to the faked pregnancy and then to this site and others to take in the full horror that is Palin. I still speak to people who admire Palin and who have no idea of the ruse she pulled off with the "birth" of Trig. This story needs to make it to the MSM. Sure the few Palin bots will never buy it, but the ones who haven't taken the time to research Palin as Audrey, Bree, you and others have, will be shocked. And will finally see that I'm not some tinfoil hat wearing loon.
ReplyDeleteI hope Audrey is well. Her blog was a class act; she was very careful to state what were facts and what was speculation.
ReplyDeleteI know that in time, she and Bree will be totally vindicated.
Just think how big Bristols boobies were in 2007 at the RNC. She doesn't have that now-wonder why no one mentions that?
ReplyDelete***
you must mean 2008. For some reason, somebody wanted Bristol to appear like she was in her third trimester. yet she'd already delivered months before....
the towels in the bra and the empathy belly were weird.
Yes! Bree Palin! Oh, how I miss her!!
ReplyDeleteGryphen,
ReplyDeletePlease let Audrey and Bree know we're grateful for all the work they did. You're a class act for giving credit where it's due while glossing over your own contribution, it speaks volumes of your character.
These photos and the Elan video, along with the governor's meeting where she's sitting next to Janet Napolitano, leaning forward, scraching the dead scales off her reptillian ankles while complaining of Hillary's "percieved whine" have always been the smoking gun (metaphorically speaking, of course! bwaaaahaaaaa) in this whole babygate issue.
I remember seeing the entire video clips some time ago. Palin was mugging and throwing little sparkly looks and batting her eyelashes at Ellen Franks through the whole interview.
ReplyDeleteI think that lying to other people is a "fun game" to Sarah, and that she has been playing this game for many, many years.
In this way she "proves" to herself that she is REALLY smarter than other people, since the whole reading and comprehension thing just doesn't work for her.
Yes I meant 2008. Bristol was wearing a dress with her boobs massively popping holding Trig as if her were her own. That youg girl was beautiful. I bet if you put that photo next to her current photo, it would be a shocker.
ReplyDeleteI too came to this story through Audrey, whose blog I discovered very early on.
ReplyDeleteI too am just waiting for vindication. The minute this story goes mainstream certain friends of mine who would roll their eyes when I would bring up Palin's fake pregnancy will be getting "told you so" emails.
You know what Palin had going for her, in addition to her co-conspirators at Mat-Su and Dr. Baldwin-Johnson? That she did something so insane that no one could believe it because everyone was acting from the presumption that we were dealing with a sane individual.
Maybe we should all start taking bets on who will land the first post-revelation interview with Palin where she makes excuses for her insanity. Oprah? Greta? I think we can stipulate it won't be Katie Couric.
I swear this woman will never go away and she'll sell a few more copies for People Magazine. I already see Sarah on the cover with the headline "'Why I did it?' A People Exclusive." Of course, this will be a little "licensing" fee for exclusive family pictures. And Bristol's show will draw high ratings from the "freak show" aspect of it. The Palins -- our own national freak show.
If I had a pillow,
ReplyDeleteI'd shove it my jersey
I'd hide it with a bright scarf,
All over my so tight abs
I'd fake em in the morning,
I'd fake em in the evening,
I'd fake til they break me
All over this land
(with apologies to Trini)

ReplyDeleteYES! That's been my opinion. Sane people can't fathom FAKING A PREGNANCY. A sitting governor doing that? C'mon, impossible!
I hope that the "lamestream media" (both tv and print, etc - any and all of 'em) do realize that this is the political story of the century. Attention, LSM: She's going to keep you in the black for years, folks. Break Babygate!
Cool lyrics!

Gryph, glad to know that you are friends with Audrey and Bree and hope they are both doing well. Eventually you will all be complimented on your tenacity and resourcefulness in bringing this story to light.

How likely is it that Bristol produced the perfect DS baby that would be her mother's most prominent political prop -- one that Sarah announced the minute McCain won the nomination (and needed her help to nail down the base)?
ReplyDeleteThe odds are huge that this *didn't* happen. It was totally pre-planned by the GOP/Fundies in 2007.
Was Bristol really pregnant during 2007 -2008?
Maybe, probably...But her pregnancy wasn't what produced the GOP's "Hail Mary" pass to their base.
Bristol's pregnancy was "Plan B" --what to fall back on in case anyone questioned Palin's Tri-G narrative. (who would dare fault a mother covering up for her child?)
But...Bristol had another baby (and we have seen this baby -- Ruffles) who was swapped out for a more photogenic and politically useful DS baby.
Can her skirt get any shorter? She is 47, isn't she??
ReplyDeleteDo you think Palin was going commando???
http://www.topix.com/bigpic/mini-6d06ef464c78a45c6e32a0ec7fb64f99
About two years ago (has it been that long??) people in these blogs were saying Sarah still had time to save face, and admit the faked pregnancy and shed tears of woundedness and explain to everyone just why she decided to take on someone else's baby; she could even say that it was a private matter that she never dreamed would be discovered blah blah blah......but now?
ReplyDeleteIt's too late, Sarah. You missed your chance. Now you're just pathetic and irredeemably an unjustified liar.
And you will NEVER BE POTUS.
PS. Can't wait to read Mudflats once it can handle the traffic.
In addition, her thumping a fetus knowing it could develop a hole in it's heart and it being DS, is shocking. You can literally hear the snapping sound.
ReplyDeleteAlso, the way Sarah talks to Elan Frank's camera and explains that she didn't show - has to be one of the most flirtatious come on that I've ever seen a grown married woman do. Wonder if Elan was embarrassed? She certainly acted strongly enough to make that male stranger uncomfortable. Any guys here who had partners or wives and they were putting this film together find her tight ab lecture had a certain sexual tone to it?
I really appreciated palin's deceptions because audrey was so clinical and detached in her analysis. there's certainly room for all kinds and I have appreciated everyone's take but that's what was unique about audrey's blog. I appreciate everyone who kept at this issue and am glad to see newcomers such as novak & scharlott as well - and apparently the dude at business insider is getting into the mix!
ReplyDeleteit's not going away quitter, WE KNOW!! you faked a pregnancy and you're insane!
"The heavily padded towels were more-than-likely used to prevent "leakage" from a previous pregnancy."
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, as in all that breast milk pumping Sarah talked about was from Bristol? I've been following since the days of Audrey and I hadn't made that connection to the bolster boobies. Baby taken away but still providing the milk. If that's true, then Gryph's right, the story is really sad.
She looks psychopathic in the Elan video. Almost as if a glaze came on her and takes over her mind. The extreme Betty Boop talking to Elan with heavy whispering and slit eyes? Looked like she was slipping into her porn side persona. It's hard to listen to.
ReplyDeleteI believe she faked the pregnancy; and I'm in shock that she went further than the Victoria generation, in that not only did she pretend she was carrying someone else's child, this 44 year old woman was relishing, almost getting aroused by talking about her being able to hide it, cause she's so fit. Clearly psypathic and scary to think that a person who enjoys lying like she does would possible enjoy doing other repelling things.
Uggghhh! I pray that more people will have the courage to speak about what they know. Hiding this woman's sick twisted behavior and actions could hurt others in worse ways. It won't cure itself. She needs help!

ReplyDeleteOff topic, but I was channel surfing and just happened to stop on DWTS as Kirstie Ally was doing her dance.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see pictures of day one DWTS Kirstie and Bristol and then end (or last time) Kirstie and Bristol.
As has been stated, Bristol is the only constant to gain weight. Kirstie Ally has lost a remarkable amount of weight. If she goes until the very end I think she'll look like she weighs less than Bristol.
Just sayin'. If Bristol can lie about plastic surgery, oh, excuse me, corrective surgery, then it's easy to lie about weight.
Thank you, Gryphen, for this great post.
ReplyDeleteAnd, emrysa - you are right on about Audrey's unflappable tone. (I often find myself seconding your comments.) It's been painful watching the way this story has been spun in recent weeks. For the casual observer, there's no difference between those who want to expose Sarah Palin's fraud and Area 51 conspiracy theorists. At this point, I have to be careful what I read because it's so frustrating to see all this misinformation spewed about the internet.
I console myself in the knowledge that more likely than not, the truth will eventually come out. And when it does, many journalists are going to have some serious soul searching to do.
Sarah PAC sending direct mail on 2012

I also have to say, it was due to Audrey that I finally became convinced that Palin pulled off this hoax. Her research was sound and it was backed up with factual information. Audrey had a background in science and with dealing with mothers and babies in the medical field.
ReplyDeleteBefore being exposed to this situation, I always thought 'conspiracy theorists', were nut jobs who would read outlandish theories based on flimsy evidence and present them as fact. I honestly had no interest in being any part of a group like that.
But as Audrey presented her case, and information she showed as it became available to her, I started to realize, 'Holy Shit! Palin DID fake this pregnancy.'
I did bring the pictures of her 'pregnancy' to my OB GYN doctor. I just sprung it on her, and she let me know she didn't want to end up on the internet, but if you haven't read the exchange, here it is:

I knew it was going to be a matter of hours before Palin would see Trump's withdrawal as an opportunity to hit the grifting circuit one more time. The thing is that there is no mention or signal that she is thinking of doing anything. She just mentions 2012 and it is like ringing a bell to send her money. After these people give her money, Sarah is going to piss these same people off when she announces she is not running for the good of Alaska. Palin's excuse for not running will be something about she is considering running for senator of Arizona and she is going to need more money.
ITA with the others. Your character is showing, in a good way. And I miss Audrey & Bree's blogs.
ReplyDeleteRe: the missing photos, any photos the ADN & other papers published could still be found in paper archives such as at local libraries. Dear readers, if your library carries Alaskan papers please make some time to look through issues from Feb & March 2008.
As for the Wild Ride, it never made sense to me. I also began leaking amniotic fluid 5 weeks before my due date. Within 10 min I was having contractions 3 min apart, and I gave birth within 90 minutes. My child didn't look as pink & chubby as hospital hallway Trig until he was 2 months old.
Fan of Audrey/Bree/Gryph since Day One. Yet right now on "Hardball", her name is in the Top Six for 2012 nominations. Still. As if.
ReplyDeleteUntil she is a faint asterisk in the annals of the United States, we will not rest.
Like so many people, I still miss Palins Deceptions and Bree Palin's blog. Both with unique voices. Audrey was a model of reasoning and polite argument. Bree Palin was spikey and full of creative bounce.
ReplyDeleteI continue to be very disconcerted that Audrey was silenced by threats from a right wing blogger, who wanted to expose her real life i.d.
I note that the move against Audrey came when she began to question the story of Bristol's pregnancy with Tripp. There is something to that. It is very strange that we don't know the exact birthdate of that child. It is also strange that he and Trig together look the same age.
My brother and I have not spoken for over 2 years because of this subject...I often question if we really had the same parents because our views are totally opposite... he thinks she is wonderful and I tried to educate him... I cannot wait for the day she gets blown out of the water and he crawls back!@
ReplyDelete"2012 Can't Come Fast Enough," what about 5/21? Surely, a woman like Sarah Palin would have first class tickets on the Rapture Express. Oh, Sarah, don't forget to grab your square pillow for extra traveling comfort, you fraud!
ReplyDeleteThank you Next Chapter 9:45 PM.
ReplyDeleteWhat you posted about Palin’s fake this pregnancy is very important and I’m glad I read it. I truly hope Gryphen posts your link as a stand alone story where it can be more visible and read by more people because it needs to stand on its own and not as a comment.
Link: An OB GYN thoughts on the 'square pillow'
http://www.palinpeytonplace.com/ob-gyn-shocked.html
What really gets me about the square pillow is that you can get round ones pretty easily. I have half a dozen of them and just playing around I can go from slightly pregnant to really pregnant by stuffing the round pillows, one by one, under my sweats. She really is pretty damned lame in her fakery when you think about it. Too bad the media is even more so.
ReplyDeleteYou don't need to look at the picture of her belly, just watch her face, her smart ass remarks, and the cockiness she exudes (sp?) from her pores. The twinkle in her eye and the tilting of her head says, Yeah, look at how clever I am for pulling a fast one over on all of you........ I sure wish a body language expert would critique this clip professionally. I was on the fence about this whole thing until I saw this clip. What a sick, sick women she is. BTW, only a pillow would allow one to sit at that angle and move up the torso. A real baby would force the mother to lean way back and would not shape shift into a square.
ReplyDeleteIt's a pillow named Tri-G, maybe Sarah should have named the pillow Thumper as she thumps it.
ReplyDeleteThat woman is an idiot, thanks Keith, you were right.
Well, I always thought Bristol was the real mother of Tri-G, but lately I keep getting the thought of Willow as mother.
ReplyDeleteSarah definitely is not the true mother.
That's a very squishy belly for a woman with such tight abs....and with extremely tight abs(Palin thinks the fetus stayed more inside her body and didn't protrude from her body to allow her to breathe, pee, and have bowel movements),
ReplyDeletethe baby has nowhere to go but to affect internal body organs of the woman, impairing function of the intestines, colon, heart, lungs, liver, a woman and the fetus would die if the developing fetus didn't protrude from the woman's abdomen,
GOD MADE US THIS WAY...
Sarah shows her stupidity about female anatomy....either she wasn't pregnant or she didn't allow herself to gain weight a sort of pregarexia...I've seen this and the results on the baby are sadddd..
I hope I'm not the only one who remembers Morgan Kaiser's blog. She posted a treasury of excellent photos, and I'm not sure that Audrey was able to secure and save them all. If my aging memory is good, then it was almost immediately after Morgan posted a photo of a fake pregnancy device that the insane threats to her and her family convinced her to shut down her blog.
ReplyDeleteThat device, by the way, could easily have produced the unseemly massive bust that Bristol showed on stage. The device had a padded bra; if she put it on over her 'normal' figure, she would have puffed out of any dress.
I'm glad that Audrey, the calm and admirable blogger, has kept her file online. We can still look at some of Palin's Deceptions. Thanks, Audrey, Bree, Morgan, Griffin and a host of heroes!
All of us who have been on this since 2008 deserve credit!! If not for the readers who contributed research and ideas and kept the blogs alive.....we would not be near the success we are hoping for!
ReplyDeleteI need to justify the time I have spent on Alaska blogs when I am a New Yorker!!
"The heavily padded towels were more-than-likely used to prevent "leakage" from a previous pregnancy."
ReplyDeletefigure there had to be another reason (to make it look like she was in a late pregnancy) because young mothers usually figure out how to trap the leaking long before the baby is 6 months old.
No - they made Bristol appear to be much further along than she was. She delivered her first child in late 2007. Nobody knows where that baby is, but I suspect he is Tripp and Tripp is a lot older than we know. Hence, the closed court hearings.
Trig is merely borrowed for political gain.
I am greateful to Audrey as hers is the first blog I found after that first weekend of googling Palin in August 2008. That said, I am alittle ssd though, that Audrey was sooo dismissive of using the channels such as JCAHO complaints and Licensing complaints againt CBJ. When i suggested we go that route, she shot it down. When I finally convinced myself to go ahead and make a JCAHO complaint, the response from JCAHO was that the statute of limitations had run out, however if enough people still complain ,they could look into it maybe. Imagine if enough people had complained before the statute ran out!! And maybe alot more people did and that resulted in CBJ disappearing, and all new ethics statements and compliance officers being added to MatSu website over the last two years.. I will remain steadfast in my nelief, as a member of healthcare industry, that this can be broken with pressure on CBJ, and the hospital board. When the SHTF, anyone who enabled this fraud is gonig to look really bad.
ReplyDeleteThere is no coming back for Sarah Palin. There are so many things that she may get prosecuted for and convicted of but what really keeps her from making an announcement to run is this story. It's probably the story she is most afraid of people digging into and that would definitely happen if and when she ran a campaign. But there are just too many people following it now for it to die. It could have a big impact on Bristol's ability to get engagements, as well. Keeping this story alive has been a very effective tool in the retardation of the quitter's aspirations. (The other major component being her utter lack of competence that has been apparent from Day 1.)
ReplyDeleteI'm sure that she and her family are working on some new projects to scrounge more money but her days of capturing headlines the way she used to will never return. As a matter of fact, I think that the Newsweek article is an indication that the media are interested in starting to get Palin stories from sources that haven't been tapped, yet, in an attempt to expose them before interest in the Palins dries up completely and to capitalize on getting ANY stories that would grab the public's attention.
That pat on her belly always sounded odd, and looked odd, because a pregnant woman caresses their little ball - not slap their water bottle.
ReplyDeleteThat woman is a psycho, can't wait for it to be made even more glaringly obvious by revealing this hoax.
Why doesn't someone ask Sarah--on the record--WHEN EXACTLY and TO WHOM did she show Trig's birth certificate? Happened so fast we hardly noticed it. Can't we have a little peek at it "again"? (Wink.)

ReplyDeleteIf I had a pillow,
I'd shove it my jersey
I'd hide it with a bright scarf,
All over my so tight abs
I'd fake em in the morning,
I'd fake em in the evening,
I'd fake til they break me
All over this land
(with apologies to Trini)

How about apologies to author Pete Seeger, too?
"I note that the move against Audrey came when she began to question the story of Bristol's pregnancy with Tripp. There is something to that. It is very strange that we don't know the exact birthdate of that child. It is also strange that he and Trig together look the same age."
ReplyDeleteI agree. Bringing that up seems to bring out the biggest monkeys and I believe it is more than covering for a usual teen pregnancy. Whatever it is, is big.
I have been following IM for 2 years now and really wanted to believe this story because I cannot stand this crazy woman. But when I just watched the video at the :27 mark when she pats her belly, it makes a sound that only skin can make and it actually convinced me that she actually might be pregnant. I hate saying that because I really want this too be true, but that sound when she taps on her belly could not come from a pillow.
ReplyDeleteNobody wants to talk about it, for good reason.
ReplyDeleteBut are there any photos of WILLOW Palin from, say, Dec. 2007 -> Feb. 2008?
I still believe Bristol is the best candidate, and I know Audrey had "debunked" Willow as The Mother...but that was based on photos of Willow around the "offnicial" birth date.
I believe babygate will bust wide open in the next 30-60 days. I also bet Sarah will have a statement at the ready...about how she only did this because one of her daughters became pregnant as the result of a sexual attack. We know that's her #1 go-to lime of defense when she gets busted on something.
Letterman was a "pedophile". Joe McGinnnis wanted to "look in Piper's window". Even our dear Gryphen was "a pervert".
It's her schtick, and she'll say she made up all the details about the birth so people would not be suspicious that it wasn't her who gave birth.
It will all be total bullcrap...but it's still my guess.
Thanks Gryphen, I hadn't seen that video before, esp the footage when she is wearing the blue jacket.
ReplyDeleteHer behaviour is all wrong.. isn't it?
Her manner.. something about her eyes and the self satisfied smile.. she looks like she is enjoying the process of lying.. and that she is so able to con the foolish people that surround her..
And there is a seductress vibe, even if he is a handsome photographer.. which is quite odd given that she is apparently very pregnant..
Well, after three pregnancies, that close to delivery, I remember moreof a maternal vibe, waiting for more of the baby's kicks and severe indigestion...
Appreciate if others with more understanding of this behaviour could weigh in..
Thanks Anon @ 4:48 & 7:18..
That video is truely disturbing..and we see the real Sarah, I think..
anon @ 7:59 am sez:
ReplyDelete"but that sound when she taps on her belly could not come from a pillow."
but it could come from a water-filled empathy belly. some empathy bellies are foam, some are sand, and some are water. I say she's wearing a water-filled empathy belly.

ReplyDeleteYou are not the only one who remembers Morgan the photographer. She started PalinPics4Truth, if my memory serves, and really came up with some HIGHLY IRREGULAR data about the Gusty photos... then she started getting threats to her and her family. I think her site was noticed by the SeaofPee because when Gusty did the "debunking the pg conspiracy" piece for her news station, one of the sites she scrolled thru on camera was Morgan's.
Gryphen: I hope you will add this Morgan (not the Morgan that still comments here and moderated Audrey's blog)... but photographer Morgan to your list of those who deserve credit.
Yellowgirl
Some points if one believes she was actually pregnant:
ReplyDeleteWhy would she hide her "blessing?"
Why would she only have "tight abs" during trigs pregnancy?
Only a deranged woman would put her fetus in harms way over and over again.
Only a woman that is ashamed of her DS fetus would act so selfishly, she didn't give trig a chance. She was hoping she would abort via reckless behavior.
Yellowgirl -- I am probably going to write something about the Gusty pic and companion pic. You wrote:

If you or anyone else has anything on those picture outside of what is publicly known, please let me know:

ReplyDeleteI'm with you on that... even when the story breaks, I bet she'll be telling lies about what really happened. But the whole story will come out, eventually, as well as an better understanding of how conniving Sarah is willing to be. It's all about image, she's seems to be living a life of lies so that she can appear to be something she isn't.
