The reporters from the National Examiner are only the latest to finally get fed up enough with this obvious fraud to finally decide to put it out there in print so that Americans can see for themselves how stupid Sarah Palin considers all of them to be.
Interestingly enough NE is somewhat late in boarding this particular bandwagon, on which Andrew Sullivan is the senior member, though he is now somewhat less lonely having recently been joined by the likes of Laura Novak, Sarah Jones of Politicususa, Henry Blodget of the Business Insider, and even author Joe McGinniss.
And let's not forget the soon to be completed book dedicated to babygate which I have learned is right on schedule, and which, after some tidying up of loose ends and a careful vetting by the lawyers, will soon be delivered to the publishers.
Personally I am just glad that the bloggers are not the only ones doing the heavy lifting these days. After all of these years of ridicule and ostracizing from the so-called "mainstream media," it certainly feels good to blog about the research and discoveries being made on this topic by ACTUAL journalists.
Because I don't know about all of you, but I could use a nap!
Hilarious forum on Bristol Palin in the Tuscaloosa Alabama online paper.
ReplyDeleteHey Bristol, if you can't fool
Alabama with your BS you can't fool anyone.

Gryphen...it's the National EXAMINER, not the Enquirer, which has done this story. Hopefully the Enquirer WILL get off their butts soon, though, and assign investigators to this story, as they did with John Edwards.
ReplyDeleteQuitter is right about the MSM being lame, and she would know. It's because the MSM has not questioned her story of Trig's birth.
ReplyDeleteJohn McCain and his campaign workers should get their arses handed to them over this. They KNEW all this and covered it up. To put this lunatic so close to the WH is a despicable act, almost equal to treason putting a known liar and mentally unstable person in high office. What is that little line about Bristol's confession about a new baby? Please let this be the last straw, and they go into hiding only to come out to face lawsuits. The "speeches" both gave were under false pretenses. $carah does not have a DS baby, and Bristol had another (or 2) while preaching abstinence.
ReplyDeleteI remember reports that the NE was digging invents dirt two years ago. That they, with all their resources, payment of sources, and trade in scandal didn't report about it is a main reason why I have been a skeptic about Babygate. I wonder what they have discovered now, or what has changed, that leads them to finally "break" this story?
ReplyDeleteWow!! finally! Right there at the checkstand for the world to see. Many folks don't read blogs, newspapers or magazines and settle for a quick glance at the evening tv news. This edition of the NE is for them. A couple of my acquaintances who have been a bit skeptical have recently dismissed the whole story simply because they haven't seen it in print. (or their version of print at least).
ReplyDeleteWill my heart be able to take viewing the possible exit stage left of Paylin and Rupert's empire (and eventually Limbaugh's too)??? Not sure but I'm gonna give it the old college try.
I envision a stadium wave that begins in AK and runs the coastline all the way thru CA if only half of this good news bears fruit.
If this does not concern the half term governor she should give John Edwards a call.
ReplyDeleteShe could end it all with a birth certificate. What are the odds?
Bill
Reading this post made for a GREAT Saturday morning.
ReplyDeleteSarah.. your fake birth is going to be fully exposed.
This will reach many Palin supporters as it's probably all they read.
ReplyDeleteWhoopee!
Hey Gryphen, you may want to correct, your post, this is the National Examiner. National Enquirer did a Babygate story a couple of weeks ago. I have no idea if those two are related, but whatevs.
ReplyDeleteI've exhausted all my Babygate comments, but it still never ceases to amaze me how the MSM has virtually refused to believe the obvious when it came to this bizarre pregnancy and birth story. No other starlet, royal, or politician has ever gotten a free pass on a pregnancy the way Sarah and Bristol have. If some celebrity porked up on DWTS like Bristol did, TMZ and every other tabloid would be running headlines for weeks...but when it comes to the Palins? Crickets.
I won't hold my breath for Grandma Grizzly's refudiation via Facebook.
Eagerly await for the fairy tale trolls to crawl out from under their bridge with the new talking points du jour. Trig is happy, he is loved, the Palins are going picnicking after they hike a mountain, and cross the valley in their ATV's...blah, blah, blah.
Sarah is nicely padded in the 9 mos. photo; she padded her ass more than her front.
ReplyDeleteThat woman is an idiot.
Bristol moved back home under Sarah's thumb because something is about to blow and Sarah wanted her right there so she could give her talking points. Bristol is a dim bulb and might let the cat out of the bag.
ReplyDeleteI believe Tripp is older than they say and they are carrying him, putting him in a stroller with a pacifer to make him appear much younger. It is questionable whether he is Levi's son.
It's about time!
ReplyDeleteWe have developed into a largely lazy population. We've raised a generation of that skips through school without ever learning anything, and all along they've been handed trophies, literally, as attendance prizes for showing up. We should not be surprised that they now take the same attitude with work, as long as they show up they feel they've accomplished a great deal. And why not, we've been telling them that for the last two decades.
There are still pockets of efficiency and passion. This blog is a great example of that. Here we have Gryphen working tirelessly in an effort to expose wrong-doing by politicians. There is a passion and a dedication to hard work here that we all can learn from. Wish the main stream press would catch some of it and start to do their jobs again.
I just got back from a week of no internet and only the Canadian newspaper. What a treat to be Palin-free for the week. I'm looking forward to taking another break but state-side this time. Hope I can come back to news that Sarah, Bristol and Todd have been exposed for the frauds that they are.
ReplyDeleteIt's the Examiner. But you know, what this story needs anyway is not more press, but better evidence. People need to come forward, and go on the record, period. Plus, documents need to be found either way, pregnant or not. It's not possible to completely hide a pregnancy and live birth in a hospital without a paper trail. So find it, and the people involved and this is over one way or another.
ReplyDeleteAll she has to do is call two respected reporters, have them come to her home to view all the documents and put this to rest once and for all.
ReplyDeleteWhy WON'T she prove who Trig is?
1) childish tantrum
2) can't
Gryphen,
ReplyDeleteThis would be better news if it really was from the Enquirer. Check the heading on the paper. It is the National Examiner. I don't know anything about that paper, but it is not the one that broke the John Edwards' story, so may not get the attention that the Enquirer would have.
Too good to be true, but just maybe...I'm hearing a song in my head, it goes something like: "Ding Dong! The Witch is dead. Which old Witch? The Wicked Witch! Ding Dong! The Wicked Witch is dead.......'
ReplyDeleteWhy does that picture have 9 months under it..she never did get to 9 months..Geez I wish these reported would get the stories straight! We know the timelines but it is very confusing for newbees.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Gryphen. You've researched, interviewed, analyzed and waited for this to become the national scandal it deserves to be.
ReplyDeleteYou led the charge. I wonder how the other Alaskan bloggers who have avoided or denied this story will feel as this it takes roots and undermines the last vestiges of reputation Sarah has amongst her faithful.
G -
ReplyDeleteWas so happy to see this article. I know for you, and others, trying to get the world to see the truth has been frustrating most of the time - with an occasional person who has a lightbulb flash above their head.
When I first tuned in to Palin in 2008, and read the articles about her on palingates - quite frankly the info seemed so outrageous it was hard to believe.
But - the more I read, the more I began to see her amazing hoax. Along the way I found you, Malia and others who were also doing the heavy work.
I think in the past two years one of the most frustrating things for me has been that the MSM acted like none of this was happening. They knew, they all knew and noone would touch it.
No - it is not time yet for a nap. I look forward to the day when she drifts into oblivian - then you can rest.
Thank you for all of your wonderful work.
Pat Padrnos
Ummmmmmmmmm Gryph, the name of the paper seems to be the National Examiner not National Enquirer. Just sayin'.
ReplyDeleteAlthough, I do love seeing it in print.
Scorpie
It's about freaking time.
ReplyDeleteNo one in their right mind could possibly believe the story of "the wild ride", not one bit of it...which demands that any "journalist" must be compeled to look further.
ReplyDeleteInstead they took the glass bellybutton option, or practised "Trig truther" accusations, because Palin has been a veritable media goldmine.
Huffington Post only needs to make a headline with her name, add a picture and bingo...thousands of hits.
They just can't give up their cash cow, by exposing the truth.
Sweet! They included my two favorite things - the March picture and the media FAIL.
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome! Finally, even if it is a tabloid, the pictures are out there for everyone to see. Let's face it, her base loves those supermarket tabloids.
ReplyDeleteI wish they had used a different picture than that one at "9 mos". They needed to show the extreme and inexplicable growth just before that Gutsy photo. Can't remember the time frame, but it was ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteWell, it's great it's out there anyway. We have to remember these are the people who broke the John Edwards story (such a disappointment).
Maybe the upcoming book made the NE feel comfortable going there, finally? Also, I think most people feel Sarah Palin is not nearly as powerful (or rather, as powerfully backed) as she was a few years ago. They aren't as fearful about going after her now, since she is her own worst enemy and has taken herself to the periphery of GOP politics anyway.
:-) happy days are here again!
ReplyDeleteFinally. Prof. Brad's gonna take some ribbing at school for Enquirer coverage, though. Will this lead to MSM coverage? Won't hold my breath.
ReplyDeleteI'm grateful to the NE but wouldn't call writing up research Audrey and you and other bloggers and commenters and Brad have done "heavy lifting." More like low-hanging fruit for them!
Sometimes i feel sorry for NE employees. I wonder if their goals included a stint at the tabloid, or if their ability to write and intelligence level is subpar.
ReplyDeleteDespite the horribleness of that article, it is good that NE finally tackled it.
This is GREAT news! However, please credit the National EXAMINER for finally having the courage to print Babygate. I wish they had dated and lightened the pictures for readers to better see that there is no baby belly.
ReplyDeleteWow!!! i've been wondering if this film--which is reportedly poorly and probably hastily put together--and Bristol's book / book tour, which doesn't appear to be well thought out---were pre-emptive strikes against Levi's book, Joe McGuinness' book, and the rumored Babygate book. Guess this was in the mix too.
ReplyDeletei think we're not going to see a second leg of the bus tour. I do predict Palin will say that the reason she's not going to run for Prez is because of people questioning her pregnancy, even tho i doubt she was going to run.
i am definitely going to buy the National Enquirer, to support the brazen act of journalism---questioning a politician's statements that are central to that politician's success and resume.
Well, it looks like the skeletons in Sarah Palin's closet are finally coming out for some air.
ReplyDelete"I wish they had used a different picture than that one at "9 mos"."
ReplyDeleteYup. That one is misleading from the side. They should have shown these at 5 months.
http://www.gettyimages.ie/detail/82601791/Getty-Images-News
Gyphen, a heads up from "Palin Truth Watch" (who is unable to post here for some techie reason)to please change the title to read as the National "Examiner."
ReplyDeleteI know, we're so used to the "Nation Enquirer" that your fingers just automatically typed out Enquirer instead of the other.
Tks
--GypsyGirl
GMan, the article is from the National Examiner, not Enquirer. Take another look above the fold.
ReplyDeleteThe National Enquirer broke out the John Edwards scandal into the MSM. I give the Enquirer more impact value than the Examiner.
The great part even with the lousy photos is that the fact Sarah being knocked up before marriage is out.
ReplyDeleteNext edition they should show side by sides of Track and his daddy Menard.
I expect to hear of a lawsuit right quick....or not :)
Hah! One glass of wine and I lose the ability to differentiate between the National Enquirer and the National Examiner.
ReplyDeleteOh well, the Examiner STILL reaches a larger audience than the blogs and news sites do.
Perhaps the need to compete will get the Enquirer off of the sidelines next. I know they have been itching to write this story for the last several years.
Until I see this story on MSNBC, FOX or CNN it is not going anywhere and she will continue to get away with her lie. NE is not mainstream media, its a tabloid and everything in it needs to be taken with a grain of salt. Celebrities deny thier stories all the time.
ReplyDeleteLets not pretend that NE is a respected news source please.
Did they include Sarah's TWO BULL surgery?
ReplyDeleteBristol will be in Phoenix today. Someone go get her to sign a copy of the magazine cover.
ReplyDeleteAt least maybe it will get the ball rolling. A lot of people have never even heard of this. Usually the media will pick it up easier by quoting the Examiner rather than biting the bullet themselves. Let's hope, anyway.
ReplyDeleteLol, Barnes and Noble Sales Rank: 11,979
ReplyDeleteDoes not seem like the Palin's are having a very good day in print.
OK, the NE picture says 9 months... BUT, even SARAH, the pathological LIAR says she had the "baby" early so she NEVER reached 9 months. Palin says anywhere from 7 to almost 8 months depending on her gullible audience. Someone might want to tell the NE to correct that line under the photo. Palin, herself, says even in her idiot tome the "package" was early. SO unfortunately the NE made a mistake saying 9 months. Did. Not. Happen!
ReplyDelete@4:34 Part of what has recently changed and why the NE is willing to go with the story is the Murdoch scandal. He is going to be too busy trying to save his ass to protect his investment now. Or, he is trying to unload his bad investment.
ReplyDeleteCarrie
Anon @ 5:45, no one is saying these rags are respected new sources, generally speaking.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, the National Enquirer (I know nothing about the National Examiner), was the one who broke and persisted with the John Edwards story. One cannot underestimate the power of that accomplishment. He could have run for President quite successfully had that story not come to light.
I was once a great fan of his, but after that I knew he absolutely had no place in the White House. Not the infidelity per se, but everything about it (bald face lying on TV, sick wife, nutty paramour, bilking rich old people, etc...).
We can't be choosy at this point, and any reporter or blogger anywhere who wants to pursue the Babygate truth is fine by me. The more "respected" members of the MSM have basically discredited themselves with their complacency and/or collusion, anyway.
Btw, this insinuation that Tripp is much much older and that Levi is not his father is just not credible. I don't know why someone would push those ideas, really. He looks and acts like a toddler, perhaps he's tall for his age I don't know. He looks exactly like pictures of Levi around the same age, also. This is a detour we don't need.
Figuring out Tripp's real birthdate, give or take a few months, now that does have some relevance to the Trig story if Bristol turns out to be his real mother.
@5:29:
ReplyDeleteNext edition they should show side by sides of Track and his daddy Menard.
1. Menard is not Todd's dad. Todd is. Always has been. Menard has never had any legal rights or responsibilities related to Track. Todd on the other hand, has by all reports, been Track's dad, and while he too has many faults, is reported even by his detractors as really caring about his kids.
2. I totally understand wanting to expose SP. embarass her. nullify her influence. see her disappear off the national stage.
I think there are many ways to work to achieve that that don't involve innocent victims. Track had nothing to do with his conception. As an adult he has done nothing to seek or use the media. Being in the national media is a harsh experience - and worse if the purpose of your exposure is to prove your mother (such as she is) is ____________ (fill in any number of negative adjectives).
I hope you will consider not wanting to drag Track in. I realize what we want is unlikely to have much influence on what happens, but I do think that a chorus of people chanting X makes it easier for others to do X, while a chorus of people chanting Y, or "not X" makes it less likely. Might not change anything.
Yes, exposure is great. The story isn't as important as the pregnancy picture that people (unless they are really stupid - but duh!) can't help but question. Of course, if you slept through biology 101 or Sex-Ed, you may be clueless about where babies come from and how. Well we can hope this is the beginning. It could be as great as the Watergate summer watching Nixon go down the drain :-)
ReplyDelete... people can wear pajamas for Halloween costumes, and people will know that they are "Bloggers"... Bloggers are defining the news these days. (surpassing "Reporters").
ReplyDeleteAnother interesting fact: Palin has not appeared on FOX news for 34 days. Whats up with that?
ReplyDeleteSomeone from The Enquirer told me that they would not do the story without confirmation from her doctor.
ReplyDeleteThis is the Examiner, and all they're doing is saying what Brad Sharlott says. Fail. Bloggers should be up in arms, because Sharlott is saying what the bloggers say.
I've always wondered under what legal authority the McCain campaign was able to scrub all the Alaskan computers. Why did Mercede and Sherri allow it? Do you know Gryphen? It just seemed like, of course they stole and scrubbed everyone's computer - but it seems such a gross violation of privacy, I've always wondered why it was given a pass.
ReplyDeleteGryphen and Readers,
ReplyDeleteFYI - American Media Corp/Inc are the owners/publishers of the National Enquirer AND National Examiner. Also The Star, The Globe, The Sun, and surprise - Radar Online.
It's all one and the same company that puts this tabloids out!!!

I am confused. How can Sarah continue to spend her Sarah Pac money on anything, family vacations, 5 star hotels, airfare, meals, etc. for herself, family and parents? She already said her West Coast bus tour was not political. What happens if she says she is not running, what happens to the money in her Pac that she has not spent?
ReplyDeleteThese are the magazines that 'they' read - at home and the hairdressers!!
ReplyDeleteCan you imagine the conversations in the hairdressers this week. I'm glad I got my hair cut last week!!! It would have been interesting to listen to but I know I would not be able to stop myself from laughing when their heads explode!!

Also in Phoenix:
A destructive dust storm, called a 'haboob', that blew through metro Phoenix Tuesday evening mangled trees, damaged a school roof and destroyed a police radio tower in the Southwest Valley.
The windstorm, which started near northwest Tucson, generated a 100- to 150-mile-wide wall of dust more than 5,000 feet high, creating a path of destruction, according to the National Weather Service.
A 5-foot section of the roof of Youngker High School in Buckeye was ripped back by 50 to 60 mph -winds, and the falling debris shattered at least two windows on the adjacent administration building, said Jeff Simmons, Buckeye Union High School District business manager.
Farther south, Buckeye police watched as winds toppled the department's 60-foot communication tower, crushing a shaded-parking structure near police offices. Police Lt. Jared Griffith said radio communication was not affected by the collapse.
After the haboob blew through Buckeye, rain damaged 10 classrooms in the two-story building at Youngker.
A haboob is an Arabic word for a sandstorm caused by a microburst or a downdraft that pushes a wall of dust through the desert.
-----------------
Actually, 3 'haboobs' have blown through Phoenix and Scottsdale, this one, plus sarah and bristol !
they really need to use the lightened version of the pencil skirt photo --- that is the one photo that is indisputable --- just ask any woman that has a pencil skirt in her closet.
ReplyDeleteRupert is in trouble so he's pulling the plug on Palin. What better way to distract the public from his scandal than to EXPOSE THE QUITTER.
ReplyDelete6:26 AM said: "What happens if she says she is not running, what happens to the money in her Pac that she has not spent?"
ReplyDeleteIt is my understanding that as long as she never declares she is running for office, then all of the money in her PAC is hers to do with as she pleases.
She doesn't have to account for one dime of it.
If she does declare, then every dime must be accounted for in writing.
Nice gig if you can get it ! It ain't my money, just the lowly palinbots that scraped the nickels and dimes from their couch cushions.
If anyone has other info, please correct me if I am wrong. Thanx.
Every small step of exposure is good. Especially when SP keeps her name out there. Her "movie" will irritate summer crowds; they'll be going to see "Harry Potter" with their kids, on a hot summer's day and ask themselves, "can't this woman ever just stop and be a mom?"
ReplyDeleteThen they'll be standing at the check-out line somewhere and see the Examiner. It's then that people realize that the Palin machine never stops exposing, marketing her, never stops pushing her brand onto people's lives. I expect people will start getting tired of hearing, reading, seeing her on Fox, seeing Bristol selling herself, etc. She will become a symbol of disgust.
And she's doing it to herself.
FETAL ALCOHOL SYNDROME?
ReplyDeleteThis brings up the question where did Baby Trig come from? Did Bristol get pregnant during her alcohol binge or did Todd get a prostitute or some girl pregnant who consumed alcohol during their pregnancy? In order to prevent shame to the Palin family and especially to Sarah, she faked the pregnancy.
FAS babies symptoms are:
Distinct facial feature
Retardation
Heart defects
Trig does have all those symptom!
Who knows who the mother is but it sure isn't Sarah? Sarah has no maternal instincts for Trig except when it come to photo ops.
The father could be Todd or Track!
This story could backfire, If she adopted the child with DS then that would garner her admiration from many.
ReplyDeleteMy theory is it is her baby but maybe not Toads that is why he announce his return to work at BP early after he said he was taking a year off, when she would have found out she was expecting. He went back to work when she would have needed him the most?? While pregnant with a DS baby and would have also had the demands of being governor? It was all suspicious. If my husband had promised me 1 year and then backed out he would be in the dog house. Especially if I were pregnant.
But really it's not any of my business, and don't really care, just hope this doesn't backfire on Gryphen.
The " tight abs" comment has always bothered more so that how little she showed as my sister is a pilates instructor with abs you could bounce a coin off. When she was pregnant with her fourth child four years ago from behind she looked fine but from the front she looked like she ate a watermelon and there was no way that SP is in better shape ab wise than my sister. Secondly as a Canadian I was not aware of how pregnancy in women over 40 is treated here till my SIL got pregnant. She complains constantly about having to go to the doctor constantly and the monthly ultra sounds and now weekly yet she other than advanced maternal age is having a normal pregnancy. Can someone please explain how a sitting govenor can have monthly obgyn appt and then weekly after starting the 7th month and noone notices a thing. My mother who was a size 5 ( all in the belly the rest of here was still a 00) when she had my youngest sister even said there is no way that women was pregnant. I would like to see just one pic of her in the hospital bed with the newborn. I don't know of any women who can afford a camera who doesn't have at least one of these shots.

ReplyDeleteInteresting idea! It's all about deflection. Maybe Murdoch's been keeping this thing in his back pocket... I don't think that the National Examiner is going to do the job, but we'll see if it trickles out to the more reputable media - even the Enquirer would do!
The NE may have said they won't do the story without her doctor talking, but if new photos come out, the ones we recently heard about, then they would print the photo evidence and just ask......is she?

Sarah Palin... You are the weakest link... GOOD BYE!
Gryphen,
ReplyDeleteWe've all been waiting for this moment to arrive! Not only does this expose what we all have known all along, but it's target audience is the same demographic as Sarah's defender's level.
Words plus pictures, kids, this ain't gonna be pretty!
The aroma of freshly popped popcorn and champagne!
Thanks for all you've done all this time.
And it's out in conjuction with the books, her "hagiographic fable movie", AND the Rupert thingy!
Life is Good!
Thank you, Gryphen. I do not read any Sarah Palin or Bristol Palin links anywhere but here. I do not give those stories my advertising "click." I am so glad that we can rely on you to give us the gist. Your faithful readers add so much to the coversation as well. Even the lone Palin Fairy Tale troll proves daily her addiction to your site. Although amazingly redundant, she inadvertently adds so much comic relief.
ReplyDeleteIs Trig is an FAS baby?
ReplyDeleteAnd the house of cards comes tumbling down.
ReplyDelete7:10
ReplyDeleteHere in the US a mother over 40 is automatically a high-risk pregnancy. And like Canada, that involves more appts and screenings all the way through. If they diagnose DS, as SP claims, that would increase it even more. No way could she have made to all the medical appts w/ the schedule that she supposedly had without anyone noticing.
Just one more thing that does not add up with her story. But when you make up a big lie, that is to be expected.
My husband still just rolls his eyes at my fascination with this story. Me:"But how do you explain this picture of Sarah with a flat belly?" He: Maybe she's wearing a corset because she does not want to look pregnant." Thunk! Head falling to desk!
ReplyDeleteHi. Sarah!
ReplyDeleteWelcome Back.
Quick question, Where's Trigs birth certificate?
Anonymous 4:32am I completely agree with you. John McCain for his own gain was willing to put this whole country in danger. His daughter Meghan should also be reminded of how dangerous her senile dad is every time she goes on t.v. for one of her self promoting interviews.
ReplyDeleteI remember reading somewhere Molly was upset with Sarah for sleeping with her first husband. I always figured Trig's mother was Molly and the father was Todd. Todd was up to hips in the Troopergate scandal and much more involved than most brother-in-laws would have been. That type of scandal would have hurt Sarah's political chances following on the heels of Troopergate.
ReplyDeleteMovie Review: The Undefeated
ReplyDelete...But everything in “The Undefeated” is loaded, from its choice of endorsements to the choice of extreme voices in those rare moments when she is criticized. An opening three minute barrage of bile lumps everyone who found her lacking into the same pile as profane anonymous Internet commenters, shock jocks and gadfly comedian Bill Maher. There’s Sharon Osborne. But where are the credible critics who questioned her qualifications?
Her political allies sing her praises and do most of her burnishing for her – “Sarah stands for this” and “She’s a rock star” and “She’s an existential threat to the left.” But about these “endorsements – They aren’t spontaneous question-and-answer sessions with a wide assortment of critics and colleagues. They are mostly Alaska acolytes who appear to be performing their testimonials carefully staged and edited monologues directly to the camera. Thus, “The Undefeated” plays like an infomercial.
And as such, it’s an infomercial of almost comical omissions. Here’s what ISN’T in “The Undefeated” —

Good point. Since Greta has been seen in Alaska recently and Sarah hasn't been on Fox News, maybe she is giving Greta the exclusive when she announces her run. Don't be surprised if she announces this week to coincide with the release of her infomercial.
As far as the Examiner story, she will simply go on Fox News and say that it a lie. However, if she does run for President, the media might pick it up.
Don't be fooled by Sarah, she can swear she is Trig's mom all she want until the mooses come home which means nothing.
ReplyDeleteHow many female out there refer to their dogs as their child?
My sister refers to herself as mommy of her little puppy.
The question is can Sarah Casey prove that she is Trig's real birth mother?
7:04 am This story could backfire ......
ReplyDeleteThere is no way Sarah was pregnant because she was seen daily and there was not baby bump until just a couple of weeks before she said she delivered. She was Governor so she was highly visible in public and she told the "wild ride" story which was in itself totally dumb and unbelievable.
Sarah was not pregnant with Trig, get a clue.

Yup. But look at all the time they devoted to the President's birth certificate.
We all need to write appreciative letters to Examiner staff also maybe clue them in on some of the easy to miss but important details. (Like Sarah going on the radio and saying she has produced Trig's birth certificate...or giving the wrong city for Trig's birth...or saying he was born at 35 weeks, no! 32 weeks...etc)

And it only warrants a small corner of the front page. Not a big deal to them and obviously not something that they have been hiding. We need to face the fact that the story just didn't get out to many people. That is evidenced in so many people telling anecdotal stories of how they mentioned it to someone they know and found complete surprize.
ReplyDeleteSo now, will the MSM pick up on it? Probably not because they don't think it's all that important. Not because they're trying to hide the truth or keep the story going to make money off it.
Bloggers need to face the simple fact that what's so important to them is not important to most of the public out there. I therefore predict that this story is not going to explode into something satisfying for us Palin haters. So sad!
of course people can consider that Tripp is much much older than claimed. He looks and acts older than two, except for the pacifier sucking. Even a two year old shouldn't be sucking on one. It's poor parenting.
ReplyDeleteUNTIL birth certificates are shown for BOTH boys, it's conceivable that neither were born on the reported birth dates. I suspect that is the case.
Trig was not born to SP, and certainly not on 4/18/8. Tripp was most likely born to Bristol, but a year earlier.
I also believe the Bristol is very easily confused about her pregnancy dates and her age because she's been pregnant more than once.
I hope that the follow up article NE does will include a photo of the Amazon maternity costume along side a photo of John McCain with the headline reading "Did McCain Campaign Miss the Hoax of the Century?"
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I hope the British press really picks up on this and sends their own reporters(who tend to be more aggressive) over here to do their own investigation.
Back at the very beginning of the campaign, the CBC reported that the McCain camp hadn't properly vetted Palin: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A7Coy1OAQXY
ReplyDeleteThe CBC news channel at one point requested an interview from Palin and she came back with a bunch of conditions including a list of questions to be asked. They told her thanks but no thanks.
The photos and Palin's own admission of her wild ride
ReplyDeleteare the most damning evidence
against Palin.
Plus, she's a pathological liar ala Casey Anthony.
A conservative friend long sick of Palin
never believed the story until
she began researching it.
And once that happens,
all sorts of red flags appear.
Too bad we have such an incurious and lazy national media.
On the right and left.
My friend wondered if Palin and not Bristol ,
could have been pregnant with Trig
and delivered him prematurely
at the end of 2007
when no one was really paying attention.
Hiding her situation under bulky winter clothes
during the holiday season
when people are distracted.
And after he was born,
she gave him up for adoption.
But, in the spring of 2008 when
she decided having a DS baby might help her
get the VP slot, she decided
she wanted him back
and reinvented her earlier pregnancy.
It took awhile to get the real Trig back from his adoptive or foster parents ,
thus the different DS
babies in the beginning.
Regardless of which theory eventually proves
to be true ,
anyone with an ounce of common sense
and good vision realizes that Palin
was not pregnant
in the spring of 2008.
So is Molly, Sarah's sister who was married to Wooten, the mother of Trig or is it Bristol?
ReplyDeleteThe Palins could have stopped this rumor/information years ago - by doing nothing other than showing a copy of the Birth Certificate.
ReplyDeleteI hope they covered her supposed trip back to Alaska (from Texas) to have the child - via Alaska Airlines. No one knew she was in labor or PREGNANT on the flight or while sitting in the waiting area.
Alaska has known about this bullshit for a long time due to IM. Interesting though that other bloggers in Alaska, Shannon and Jeanne backed away from the subject matter.
Amazing what the Palins have gotten away with during the past years. And, John McCain still speaks nicely of her, but it is always w/closely held lips when he does so. He is a bullshitter too.
@7:45: Is Trig is an FAS baby?
ReplyDeleteWhich Trig? I've always thought that angle might fit into the story of what really happened.
@8:05 - no worries. Greta may be doing some Palin shilling in AK, but SP is not going to announce. Can't run. Won't run--except away from the media.
ReplyDeleteYes, VERY interesting about the lack of FOX appearances.
ReplyDeleteWhether it's open season on Sarah (please, please, please!) because Murdoch is too busy with his own damage control to run interference, or because he's throwing her to the wolves as a distraction--either way, I bet there are some new dents in a certain Wasilla refrigerator.
ReplyDeleteWe've always heard there are people who would make the dirt public if Scarah decided to run for President. In that sense, she still had control over the closet where her skeletons were hiding; she could prevent them from spilling out, depending on her own decision. But now Murdoch may be giving her a taste of her own treatment--tossing her under the bus--and there's not a damn thing she can do about it. For a paranoid control freak like Scarah, it's especially appropriate.
I do pity anyone in proximity to her, though.

@9:11 - why would any of that hurt Sarah's reputation? Sarah is all about Sarah. I'm all for babygate theories, but Molly's & Wooten's? Sarah wouldn't need to protect that, would she?
ReplyDeleteAnon @ 7:04...I agree that Sarah could have been admired for adopting a child with Down Syndrome..IF she did not already go around the country telling everyone the complete bullshit story about how she chose life and begged God to not let anything happen to her baby. All those lies about liberals saying she should have aborted Trig...that stuff lives forever on the Internet. If she ever tried to "come clean" AKA tell more lies, it would not work. She has made herself out to be some kind of anti-choice hero.
ReplyDeleteHow about using this picture taken December 2007, 5 months 'pregnant'. She has a waist, something a five month pregnant woman doesn't have.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.gettyimages.ie/detail/82601813/Getty-Images-News
Bill, 4:36 am - she could produce a birth certificate, but how about her and Todd taking DNA tests to determine just WHO Trig's real parents are or aren't?
ReplyDeleteThe National Examiner wouldn't be a Murdoch rag, would it?
ReplyDeleteMaybe Trig is the product of Molly and Todd.
ReplyDeleteNotice how Todd seemed to go after Wooten with a vengeance. Was that simply Brotherly (in-law) love or something else?
Stranger things have happened.
NO, Trig (whichever Trig we are referring to) is not a FAS baby.
ReplyDeleteFAS babies cannot be reliably identified at birth (or often ever).
They may have brain damage from alcohol exposure which can be detected later on with brain scans or suspected when development is abnormal, and there are a few physical features which may (or may not) be present, but there is no good way, no medical test, to tell if damage done to a baby was actually done by alcohol exposure.
FAS is a very murky and ill-defined disorder, with the diagnosis usually made in retrospect if the mother admits to binge drinking and the baby has something wrong.
DS is a chromosomal abnormality which is very easy to see (both physically and under a microscope. It can be diagnosed at birth. It is not related to drinking in any way.
DS and FAS are distinctly different!
Trig must be Todd's from an affair.
ReplyDelete@12;30 pm:DS and FAS are distinctly different!
ReplyDeleteFrom a biological level I agree with you. My understanding is that there are certain physical characteristics that may overlap, so that it's possible for a lay person to mistake an FAS child for Down - particularly in a baby. Particularly if from pictures and not up close.
Perhaps I am mistaken.
I don't think Sarah would have adopted Molly's baby if Wooten had been the father. Perhaps some of the locals can help on this situation. Wasn't Molly married after Wooten to someone named Hackett? Remember this family is close with aunts being best friends of the children. The only scandal that would have made Sarah adopt the child of Molly would be if the father was Todd or Track.
ReplyDeleteFetal Alcohol Syndrome and Down Syndrome are not interchangeable and do not have the same cause at all. Facial abnormalities are common in both conditions, but not the same abnormalities. (Down-upward slanting eyes, and more, FAS-small head with with smooth (no groove) thin upper lip, and more).
ReplyDeleteThe child (children?) known as Trig has/have many more of the common Down Syndrome markers than FAS markers. Retardation and heart defects are seen in both.
I unfortunately have had some professional training with regard to FAS children and (the) Trig(s) do not appear to have FAS to me. Perhaps a medical doctor could comment.
Just read the article in the NE while waiting at the checkout counter at the grocery store. Good article....I hope it takes off and we finally get the real story on Trig's birth.
ReplyDeleteThe article's 9 mth photo shows Sarah leaning slightly forward, not the characteristic back bend of a pregnant woman.
ReplyDeleteLeaning forward under the weight of the phony pregnancy suit dragging her shoulders down. Where leaning forward with a large firm growth just below the diaphragm would make breathing difficult. So women instinctively lean back to lift their chest off of their over filled tummy so they have enough room to take a normal breath.
And there is that shift in the center of balance thing, with Sarah rolling shoulders forward by sticking her butt out just enough to counter balance. Not the normal posture of a pregnant woman

FOX is doing the same thing the Tea party and GOP are doing with Sarah. They are reducing their exposure and followers to her and that is exactly why Sarah Palin came out with the Undefeated!
Sarah finally realized that they are not going to toot her horn for her so Sarah figured out that she is going to have to do it herself.
Remember Sarah's emails where she asks her inner circle to write favorable comments about her and how she would create aliases to toot her own horn! This woman is sick and desperately needs help.
Todd your wife is crying out for help. Wait a minute, why am I telling you this? You probably plan on divorcing her anyway and already has plans to get your share of her money. You go doggg! It's not like she earned that money anyway.
You get yours, that's the Palin Grifting Motto!

I'm glad to see SOMETHING on babygate, but too bad it's not the Enquirer. It's also a shame that the pix aren't lightened and the dates are wrong (e.g., 9 months!). Sigh.
ReplyDeleteI wasn't familiar with the Examiner and I see that Wikipedia says it's owned by American Media. Odd, then, that the American Media website does NOT list the Examiner as one of its publications. See: http://www.americanmediainc.com/categories/media-brands And, BTW, this company has nothing to do with Rupert Murdoch.
Unfortunately, I don't think Joe McGinness can be included with Laura Novak. He never really accepted the "physical evidence" and only recently moved slightly from trignostic after reading IM's interpretation of the draft press release of Trig's birth, i.e. the letter of God with premonition. I understand that some journalists and bloggers think there are enough Palin lies to bring her down without having to get into such a controversial issue. However, the physical impossibility of Palin's flat abdomen and sitting cross legged while bending over are just that -- PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for a woman even close to her professed stage of pregnancy. Ask a woman, ask an obstetrician, ask the professional photographers who took the pictures. That's evidence and can stand on its own regardless of motivation. I am glad this is getting coverage. I am sad that so many did not want to stick their necks out to do it.

In case you are wondering, these lines are from A Few Good Men starring TOM CRUISE AND JACK NICHOLSON
You KNOW that the 'bots are going to complain that the NE is a rag and not to be trusted. They didn't mind when NE blew the whistle on John Edwards, though.
ReplyDeleteHappy Happy Joy Joy!!
ReplyDeleteI love ya, Gryphen, but the heat this is going to generate may add to global warming!
Can't bode well for the Quitter Queen, it's gonna be a great summer reading all these books and stories, knowing you and others have worked so dilligently for this to happen
Congratulations!
May You Always Be Happy and May Everyone Know it!
Anon@ 6:09: I agree completely. It doesn't seem right or fair to delve into anything about Palin's kids that don't have a direct bearing on her fitness for office. I believe baby gate is relevant, but the rest of it doesn't need to be paraded out for the curious. Her kids didn't choose this life for themselves.
ReplyDelete"they really need to use the lightened version of the pencil skirt photo"
ReplyDelete"We all need to write appreciative letters to Examiner staff also maybe clue them in..."

Why would a tabloid run a babygate story, and below the caption "Amazing Photo PROOF," use photos that show and prove nothing, when actual compelling photo evidence is readily available?
Why would they darken the 3-14 photo so much that the flat belly can't be seen, and skip the Gusty photo?
You really think this was an attempt at an expose? That they sincerely wanted to show the truth, but accidentally altered a key photo in a way that just happens to obliterate the evidence it reveals? And that they just clumsily failed to pair it with the Gusty photo?
Look up "disinformation."
Many people will take one look at the "Amazing photo PROOF" and conclude there is no babygate. The next time they hear about it, they can feel free to dismiss it. After all, they saw the supposed "proof" photos themselves and based on that, already decided there's nothing to the story since the photos showed nothing.
