Another reason to be angry at Anthony Weiner.

That guy in the white shirt embarrassing the hell out of all of the Caucasians in America is 9th Congressional District Assemblyman David Weprin, who just so happens is running for Anthony Weiner's old Congressional seat.

Is it too late to just reinstate the guy who showed the world his penis?  Comparatively speaking I think it was somewhat less embarrassing.

And can I just say as a representative of my pasty white homies, that not ALL of us are lacking the "get down and boogie" gene.

I myself have danced on stage, in numerous nightclubs that I was not asked to leave, and at one time even professionally. (No I will not elaborate on that last part because whatever was your first assumption will, sadly, turn out to be the correct assumption.) The secret to not dancing like an arthritic Alzheimer's patient suffering a slight hearing loss which makes it impossible for you to find the beat, is to not TRY to dance. If you try to hide your lack of dancing ability through big distracting movements you will just look like an epileptic trying to pick fruit off of a tree. Just like 9th Congressional District Assemblyman David Weprin in the above video.

  1. Couldn't he have just tapped his foot and clapped in time to the music? Far less embarrassing!

    I'm giving Weprin a few points for actually doing that... whatever that was. It was unintentionally funny.

  4. funny stuff.

    The fact that YOU can dance just really makes me admire you so much more than I already do. I am a dancing fool, getting a little long in the tooth but when the spirit moves me, I just have to get on the floor. Music is the universal heartbeat of the soul.

    Any video of Sarah dancing?

    She is probably as bad a dancer as her fat ass daughter.

    It looks funny in New York, but in Connecticut that is get-down, especially the sign and the sleeves buttoned down on the shirt.

  9. O/T:

    (AP/The Huffington Post) South Carolina's first female governor is being criticized for calling a woman reporter a "little girl" because the governor didn't like her coverage on taxpayer spending on a European trip.

    In a radio interview Thursday, Republican Gov. Nikki Haley said "God bless that little girl at the Post and Courier," referring to a reporter at the Charleston newspaper.

    Bill Rogers with the South Carolina Press Association said Friday the remark is a sexist, personal attack rather than a response to the story's facts.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Apparently you're only allowed to be a strong woman trying to do her job if you're a GOPer. Otherwise, you're reduced to sexist and degrading language...FROM YOUR OWN SEX!!
    These fucking women are absolutely without conscience.
    I want Haley exposed for what a little shit she is. Having Sarah's support should be an indicator right there!
    There are definitely many many people without inner rhythm in the world. But technically, dancing is really just moving. Dance steps come about when someone declares them steps.
    That said, while that man is entertaining, he no where near matches GWBs dancing at that Malaria Day function. I love people without inhibition.
    I wish you wouldn't make fun of those of us who were sadly born with two left feet. Isn't it bad enough that we can have to special order our shoes?
    Dancing isn't any kind of requirement for office and as a New Yorker I'd rather have this guy than his tea party foe.We have enough of those teabag ass wipes around as it is now.Death to the tea party an extension of sarah palin.
  15. Maybe he was just trying to get the attention of someone...anyone...who could give him a clue about what to do out there.
    I, too, want Anthony Weiner back. He has the spitfire guts to slap the repugicons down and put them in their place.
    Marcus "sugarbottom" Bachmann has better moves than this idiot.
    Thanks for the laugh, and it's good to know our "homeboy" can dance up a storm and not look like an epileptic on downers! (no offense to epileptics, or downers fo that matter, it's just a joke)
    Sarah vs Sarah ... Our SC newspapers are not kind at all to Queen Nickie. Her antics are kept front and center and she receives constant push back from constituents. Her half ass apology only flung more shit her way. I anticipate that she will follow in her mentor's footsteps and quit before her 1st term is over. South Carolinians are finally waking up and pushing for recall legislation and if she hasn't quit by then she may the 1st recipient.
    As someone who absolutely LOVES to dance, and who fortunately has a good sense of rhythm....I'm not one to judge those that don't. I applaud him giving in to the music, although SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE will not likely be calling.
    Music is such an incredible gift to the human experience, I say appreaciate it and let it move you in all the ways that it can. Some of us will be more artful in that expression than others, as is evidenced by this video.
    Ahahaha ! Two left feet.
    Hey, I'm voting for this guy on Tuesday.
    He represents parts in Bklyn & Queens. The alternative is Turner a ''Tea bagger". He also wears a bad rug.
    Dam you Anthony Wiener. You had it all & f-ed it up. It's the constituents that suffer.
    If there was a high-five dance, I think he did it well. I can't dance either, so what do I know?
    Props to him for getting out there & getting down without any inhibitions.
  25. Actually, that guy was sort of fun to watch -- that took some guts on his part. Hopefully, he was having some fun.
    I have never know dancing abilities to be a prerequisite for office. (maybe in fox news world) Why is anyone angry at Antony Wiener he was just being a guy who is a little too full of himself. No Crime there. ALL of YOU are more likely to be the reason for what happened to him. YOU allowed the media to ruin this mans career in office by not telling the media to STFU when you had the chance because you get a kick out watching the media destroy people to further the conservative agenda.
    Um, I'm positive my first assumption is WAY off.
    I've been watching some vintage TV ads, so the first thing that popped into my head was you dancing in a costume that looks like a giant pack of cigarettes. LOL
