Now we're talking! First review from a "boots on the ground" Immoral Minority reader directly from TIFF.

Here is the full review from long time IM reader Stepahnie:

Hey!

I just got home from the movie and wrote this up for you.

The movie was really well put together with some people I haven't seen interviewed before. The best part was the question and answer. It's amazing to see people in Toronto know how dangerous Sarah would be in the White House.

Nick was very fair and at the end he said he was glad to be done with Sarah Palin. He said it was tiring!

I hope you enjoy my thoughts!

I headed down to the AMC theatre where Sarah Palin You Betcha! was premiering. About a hour before it was about to start I lined up and there were already people waiting. There were two different movies lining up but the majority of the people were there for the Sarah Palin movie. They started letting us in and the theatre was full. A staff member from the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) always introduces the movie. He introduced Nick, Joan and the rest of the film crew, and stated there would be a question and answer after the film. The TIFF staffer then said, I’m the token American on staff and my personal opinion is Sarah Palin’s a crackpot, enjoy the film.

As someone who reads the blogs, and for a Canadian probably knows way too much about Sarah Palin, I wasn’t sure if there was going to be any new information in the film, but Nick Broomfield’s approach to the film was very refreshing. Mixed in between the interviews would be commercials such as the bumpit, and evangelical Jesus will return to the earth clips. The humour kept the movie light.

The movie followed Sarah’s political career from mayor, to governor to vice president candidate. Mixed in between were interviews from those that know her best.

Nick had interviewed Chuck and Sally, the best part, in my opinion from that interview was that Chuck trained his dog to fetch antlers. There was also a clip of Nick talking to Chuck on the phone where he had decided this was a “hit piece” and that they scan and review opportunities for Sarah and if it’s a hit piece they don’t run these opportunities by her.

Nick hit on some of the big scandals, her need for an enemy, her religion, affairs, love children, and of course troopergate. A big theme of the movie was her evangelical religion and the impact of that. Nick wasn’t able to interview any of Sarah’s classmates, so they went to Egypt to interview the only one willing to speak. I forget the lady’s name but she said regardless of your view of Sarah, the fact that most of her classmates were members of the Assembly of God, speaking out against Sarah is like speaking out against their religion and that’s just not done.

She spoke of how she had never heard about hell until Sarah and her classmates told her she was going to hell, and how if you weren’t part of the Assembly of God you weren’t included in events, or “in the loop.”

Another telling interview was with the former head of police John Ward, who said “your boss shouldn’t lie to you or the people she represents that’s what disappoints me the most.”

The crowd was shocked with Lyda Green’s interview where she was disgusted with the interview Sarah did on the Bob and Mark show. Lyda said, “Sarah knew I had cancer, she sent me flowers, Bob and Mark may not of known, but Sarah did.” This actually made the audience gasp.

Mercede Johnston talked about how when there was no need for her family anymore the pain that Sarah and Bristol caused. She said Levi’s comment about going on the national stage with the Palin’s was that he had to shave, and was told to smile, wave and say nothing.

Mike Wooten talked about how when Todd was on the slope the children were farmed out to other people’s houses. He also said the Chuck didn’t like being around little kids, and would yell at them and tell them to play outside, then he used the same words to describe Sarah being home alone with the children. He said Chuck called all their mutual friends and threatened them to stay friends with the Heaths/Palins and not with him. He spoke very passionately and it was great to hear him speak so openly.

Of course Gryphen was interviewed, I quite liked when he went through his Sarah Palin pictures showing how he picks what picture to use with a blog post. Nick asked his opinion on “the flying monkies” aka the palin-bots, and used Jesse’s story of what happens when you “cross” Sarah Palin.

I saw the movie with my sister who doesn’t know anything about Sarah Palin and was most shocked at her need for an enemy, her lack of knowledge and how her religion drives her.

The best part about seeing the movie at TIFF was question and answer afterwards. Nick and Joan were about to answer questions for about fifteen minutes.

Someone asked how he was able to get people in Wasilla to speak to him. Nick stated that the people of Wasilla were extremely friendly, and invited them over to dinner before even interviewing them and that he got to know them.

Another person asked what is the difference between Sarah and other politicians? Nick said that Sarah represents a change in American politics and how a majority of her base is poor and uneducated, and how that lack of understanding is how they can vote against their interests.

He said Sarah uses an emotional message, which is not rational.

Joan piped in that we need to remember almost fifty percent of Americans are irrational.

Nick said Sarah uses the message of the “American Dream” and how you don’t need to rely on government.

Nick was asked about Sarah and what he learned. He said Sarah’s religion and upbringing in Wasilla has shaped who she has become. He talked about how the first seven years shape who a person becomes and Sarah has this very strong good vs evil viewpoint. He spoke about how Sarah couldn’t just fire someone; she would make sure they would never work again.

Someone asked if Nick or Joan had seen the Undefeated. They both shook their heads and asked if anyone in the audience had, no one raised their hand.

Nick ended the question and answer with the fact Sarah was the biggest spending mayor in Wasilla’s history. How she raised oil taxes which many Republicans had opposed and she used democrats to pass the legalisation.

He talked about how she didn’t really have a clear side on issues and jumped around the map, and how scary that would be for someone in the White House.

The TIFF staffer ended the question and answer with a reminder that this movie would be coming out and to tweet, blog, and tell your friends because this message needs to get out.

The movie is a great way to get a lot of the issues we talk about out to the general public. Nick uses humour, interviews and clips to bring a well balanced and fair look at Sarah Palin.

I’d say it’s a must see, and hope it will get the message out to the “lame stream media.”

Thanks, Stephanie

Now THAT is a review! Thank you very much Stephanie, I and the many readers of The Immoral Minority are very grateful that you were able to watch this premiere on our behalf and for the VERY impressive review that you have provided for our enjoyment.

I love the notion of not relying on government. Hmm. Sarah Palin's children have received federally-funded health care, she's held public office which is paid for by the taxpayers. What a phony Sarah Palin has always been.

I'm really glad the film was well received. The more people who get to know the Palins as these blog readers have, the better. Keep up the good work, Gryphen.

  2. woohoo! I knew this had to be a winner. I am hoping that this movie goes mainstream and in middle America. Most people haven;t a clue about her other than she is that crazy stupid woman from the back woods of Alaska. Truly, she must not hold any national office, ever!

From the Cutting Room Floor of Blind Allegiance to Sarah Palin – Pray for Me While I Kick Some Ass

As outlined in our last piece Obsessive Perfection and Anger Mismanagement, Sarah Palin’s temperament, emotional instability, and what others suggested were psychological disorders that bordered on, or actually crossed into pathology, necessarily leads to the inescapable conclusion that she would, as Frank Bailey stated in Blind Allegiance, be a “disaster of Biblical proportions” if ever elected to high public office.

According to individuals who knew her for decades, the compulsion to be perceived as perfect in both physical and intellectual terms drove Sarah Palin to “botox addiction,” bulemia, and abuse of diet pills even during pregnancy. In addition to the omnipresent quest to maintain a beauty queen image, Blind Allegiance described the lengths she went to manufacture intellectual chops, including ghost written op-eds and self-penned letters to the editor signed by others who were instructed to lie about their authorship. The need for this unattainable perfection (fueled, perhaps, by the side effects of diet pills, and what was described to us as binge and purge sessions), caused Sarah’s political inner circle, including husband Todd and Frank Bailey, to be constantly grappling with Sarah’s mercurial moods, in which she bounced between manic childishness, and depressive, brutal viciousness. These cycles left everyone she interacted with on a regular basis beyond edgy.

Confirming this roller coaster ride, an individual who knew her socially and reached out to us after Joe McGinniss’ leak of our manuscript in February said of the narrative in Blind Allegiance to Sarah Palin, “One thing about the manuscript that rings so true is this: you didn’t know which Sarah you’d meet up with. It’s so exhausting. You never knew. When it was time, and the family knew Mom would be home soon, even Todd, the whole demeanor of the house would change because you didn’t know if she was going to be happy as a lamb—the world is wonderful, ‘Hi, kids,’ laughy, laughy, laughy, good times—or if she was going to come in and slam her stuff down, be pissed off at Todd, slam some doors, and go to her room. You never knew what was going to walk in. I laughed my head off when I saw [in the leaked manuscript] that Todd was calling Frank Bailey to give him a heads-up about who she was that morning. That is classic Sarah. But isn’t it kind of sad to think that as the governor of a state, your spouse is having to call your support staff to tell them what kind of mood you’re in? But this doesn’t surprise me at all because Todd would complain about that all the time. And the kids knew what to look for too. If she was in her big, bad mood, they would disperse and hide.”

Sarah’s ferocious temper and retributive, attack dog personality conflicted strikingly with her tenacious insistence that God was at the core of her life.

  5. WHOA!!! Hold the phone. To Stephanie, are you saying that the ONLY former classmate of Sarah's interviewed was the woman from Egypt??

If this is accurate, Nick Broomfield definitely chose NOT to air a very positive interview a former classmate gave him. This woman met with him during this past spring and also introduced him to many Alaskans. If he really did leave THAT out, this movie's purpose was meant to be a hit piece and biased propaganda.

Thanks, Stephanie. Your review was the best I've read and I don't say that because you're an IM reader, but because the other reviews were almost a carbon copy of each other. Your details are far greater and give us an idea of the entire movie where most reviewers are saying that Palin is irrelevant, movie won't matter, etc. In fact, the New Yorker review basically said the movie was a bust and that Sarah comes out looking good. I wonder how much Sarah paid her for that review?

I'm looking forward to seeing this after reading your review!

For us as authors who read over 50,000 emails and spent two years researching Sarah’s campaign and governorship, we developed more than a suspicion. The only Biblical message that seemed to resonated for the half-governor was from the Old Testament, and Sarah seemed a revisionist at that – rewriting the familiar verse from Exodus as Two eyes for an eye. Our subsequent interviews with those who knew her well confirmed and extended these observations. Blind Allegiance, we were authoritatively told, was, if anything, understated, and the devout images projected publicly were nothing more than a sham.

One friend of the Palins commented, “I cannot ever remember a religious moment in the house. Ever. I can’t remember hearing a prayer. Ever. Todd rarely would get up and go to church with Sarah. When they did decide to go to church, it was a screaming match. ‘We’ve got to go now!’ Sarah would scream. ‘Get your asses in the car!’ The girls would roll out of bed, no breakfast, hair all messed up. Seemed that there was a lot of swearing.” Mad and stressed out, “Sarah often yelled at her family . . . the kids kind of learned to ignore it because it happened so much.”

None of these observations prove that Sarah wasn’t a woman of faith. Frank certainly believed she was.

Despite this undercurrent of extreme religious fervor, and frequent comparisons to Biblical figures by her army of warriors, the flashes of temper at staff and eventually anyone who opposed her demonstrated that the woman who played so well for the camera and the religious right, had a much darker side that remained unseen except to those in her inner circle.

To the extent she practiced faith, it appeared to many to be a radical spirituality – filled with demons, witches and dark forces that drove her to feel justified in destroying anyone who opposed her. She used God and her perceived role as one chosen to lead as an excuse to attack, in Crusade fashion, enemies (including, most remarkably as described in Blind Allegiance, a Juneau neighbor who simply complained about traffic congestion). In this and other facets of her life we will write about a bit later, it also demonstrates a personality that is devoid of self-realization and full of monumental hypocrisy.

Stay tuned. Illegal drugs, affairs of the heart, and serial hypocrisy yet to come.

I know Wooten had issues with Chuck, but why lie about him? That's not the behavior a public protector should emulate. Doesn't that make him everything he doesn't like about his former father in law?

Ugh, these people are depressing me with their petty, vindictive qualities. They're making Sarah look like the angel, while they're the devils.

And the hypocrisy of Sarah's governmental opposition is astounding.

Hi Gryphen! As a fellow Canadian, I unamimously endorse Stephanie's assessment of Mr. Broomfield's documentary! Don't worry, Canadians are well aware of $arah's hijinks and shenanigans and the ensuing fallout. This documentary and the myriad of books due out soon will hopefully stop the "spiral of silence" that has allowed $arah to be "rogue" and flaunt the nation with her heaps of idiocy. This could quite possibly open up peoples' eyes as to her ulterior motives; her grifting, paid screeches to ghost organizations, poisonous diatribe aimed towards President Obama, the list is endless. Maybe this will ensure that certain agencies scrutinize her more diligently -FEC, FBI, IRS, NSA, etc. Dark storm clouds are brewing on the horizon; the end of this horrid nightmare is nigh. Judgment day is coming soon $arah; be very afraid...

  14. Sarah will start a third party and run.

    Why?

No debates. Nobody to control her. Unlimited access to the money. The ultimate middle finger to everyone who doubted her.

Would she deliberately give Obama a second term? She'd never see it that way. She'd say she knew she could win... wait, didn't she say that already?

    Third party. The Palin Party.

    Works for me.

  15. As an American-Canadian, I was proud of most of my fellow Canadians who saw through the grinning, winking mask of Sarah to the evil threat underneath.
Of course, I helped educate the initially disbelieving any chance I got.

But having spent the summer in Orange County, California (the right-wing capital of Calif) I was surprised that no-one there spoke of Sarah Palin.

Even the right-wing rag The Register & L.A. Times didn't feature her... except to say her book The Rogue was THE best political autobiography EVER!

But then most people on the street don't voice their political opinions much -- too many guns.

Just to clarify there was another classmate Nick interviewed it was a male, I forget his name, but his statements were Sarah wasn't a barracuda, and he didn't really have anything positive to say about Sarah in school. Nick stated he tried to get interviews from Sarah's other classmates but they weren't willing. He even brought it up to Chuck. Chuck stated they had been burned in the past. Nick said but if her friends talk they will talk about her in a good light. So I don't think it's that it didn't want to include them, it's that they weren't willing to speak with him. The guy sitting beside me at the movie asked Nick, if Sarah now gave you an interview would you re-edit the movie to include it, it joked if she was funding it.

@6;32 That's a strange comment for a woman who was supposed to have announced her "pregnancy" at the beginning of March. According to "Going Rogue," Sarah also visited a geneticist in Anchorage to confirm the diagnosis of a Down Syndrome fetus. She described using a different name and sneaking in the back door so no one would know who she was.

There is so much wrong with her story. Everywhere you go these days, they always ask for ID. As for being anonymous in Anchorage, she was the Governor! Her picture was in the Anchorage Daily News every day. She was a very public, photogenic governor.

Most doctors bill the insurance company. In order to remain anonymous, Sarah would have had to pay cash. That would also be suspicious. It is not a likely scenario. And, Sarah left the geneticist (and anyone in that office) out of the limited number of people who "knew" something at the end of March. How about Todd? With two teen aged daughters in the house, I am surprised that neither of them noticed that their mother was putting on weight.

I wonder how many times Sarah and Todd went to church the past 6 months?

Bristol always said their family is too busy to go to church.

Too busy for church? What's an hour of her time one day a week?

Sarah doesn't go to church because she does not want to give the church 10% of her hard scaming money!!

Sarah feels that the church should be paying her!

We all know that church is nothing but a photo op for Sarah.

For those who want to follow Anon238 'Me again', here's some new stuff:

Hello party people. Wanted to drop in one last time before I get home as I noticed some of you have worried I'd been "chased off", "intimidated", and so on. If you recall I mentioned in my last post I really wanted to concentrate on visiting with the friends and family I came to see on the last leg of my trip and therefore did not think I'd be posting again until I got home. But I decided to post this one last time before getting home since I have some spare time before a dinner out and I wanted to share what little I knew about the "run" as well as a few other things I inadvertently neglected to mention in my last comment.

There are usually dozens of emails a day flying back and forth from within the small circle of Sarah, Todd, and the remaining staff/handlers/hangers-on. More if Sarah is in the news on a given day, less on the rare occasions the lying sack can keep her yap-trap shut for any length of time.
The person within this circle who discloses things to me stated (last weekend) that Sarah's handheld was going to blow up--THAT many emails were zipping back and forth.

    6:41 PM
    Anonymous Anonymous said...

I unfortunately cannot say I saw or heard any statements which directly implicate Sarah as having not run at all. However, early in the weekend there was an exchange between Todd and one of the "circle" (yes, it feels lame to say that; I simply can't think of a better way to describe it) whereupon Todd was instructing them to find someone who would go "on the record" and say they ran with Sarah.

Now all we can gain from that DIRECTLY is the fact Todd realized people might find it difficult to accept that the same woman who was nodding, glassy eyed, and slow moving at the C4P event somehow transformed into a fitness maven less than twelve hours later...able to not only run the race but to complete THIRTEEN MILES in barely two hours.

I'm venturing off into the land of "just my opinion" here, but I think this hour and forty-five minute time is classic Palin Spin...they embellish past the point of believability. They want to counteract the claims of drug use and poor health...so not only will she run the race, she'll have a better time than the men and women in their twenties!

I'm not saying she did run or didn't run...but I do know if she had run the whole race (and male no mistake--I do NOT believe it was physically possible for her to complete such a feat) people would have recognized her and there would be a ton of photos from the sidelines and not just questionable photos from the start and finish.

    more from 'Me again"

I stand by my statements that Sarah is alarmingly unhealthy. Her hair is falling out, her skin is sallow, she isn't eating except for binges after days of surviving on coffee and tic tacs. I just do not believe it's possible someone in this shape would have the physical stamina to run such a distance.

So there's my two cents on the run.

This is a recent issue--Sarah and Bristol had a blowout on the phone last week...Bristol was telling Sarah her "reality" show might be scrapped before one episode was even aired. (Bristol is SO boring and is testing horribly with preview audiences) Sarah told her to do "whatever it takes" to turn the tide and make the producers and the network believe she could do better. Sarah said they absolutely could not have another "failure" from within the Palin family.

This is something I wanted to mention before, something that might have supporting evidence waiting to be located. When Sarah was initially on that meteoric crest of media exposure, she was on the cover of multiple weekly magazines. There was one magazine which put Sarah on the cover and multiple family photos were used in the story. One of Sarah's people sent an email to the editor requesting the removal of one photo, saying they hadn't meant to send it. The photo was from a shoot featuring Sarah, Todd, Piper, and Trig. The only difference between the photo which was requested to be pulled from the article and the other photos from the same shoot? Trig's ears were visible in the pulled photo. I was not around for this and only heard about it well after the fact...but I heard Sarah absolutely freaked out when it was realized this photo would possibly be published in a major weekly. There was also an email sent to the same five people who seem to be "in on it" during the first week of May 2008 by Sarah from her blackberry. In it she says if any of the recipients of the message see photos of Trig being taken, make sure he has a blanket or hat to cover his "ear". She said ear, singular and not earS, plural.

It could be argued the reason for this request as well as the freak-out over the inclusion of an "ear picture" in a magazine was simply that she was vain and didn't want everyone to see this "imperfection". But given how much Sarah loves to play victim, I think this shows that she knew there would be a point in the near future where people might notice the distinct difference in this compromised ear and the perfect ear(s) on the baby presented as Trig at the convention. This is the strongest indication I see of a "baby swap".

    and more...

Lastly, I want to clarify something I thought I made clear but which I apparently did not.
When I say "the proof is in the emails", I did not mean the emails which were released. I was referring to the emails which were NOT released. These emails, if they ever see the light of day...will absolutely ruin Sarah. No maybe, possibly, probably...but DEFINITELY.

I believe the two most likely sources for this material to ever come from are Todd Palin (selling them after an acrimonious divorce proceeding, possibly) and a person who has managed to stay below the radar in regard to the pregnancy rumors...and that is Sean Parnell. I'm not sure what situation might prompt Parnell to speak up. But for whatever reason, he was in the loop.

Frank Bailey, while not included on many emails, also knows most everything about the pregnancy ruse. But because his book would be considered fraudulent with the publication of this information, I do not think he will be the one to tell the truth.

That's all for now. Please do not worry I've been "chased off" should you not hear from me for a time. As I have mentioned, this is the last leg of my trip and my focus has been elsewhere.

I encourage all of you to continue questioning EVERYTHING related to Sarah Palin. Whether it's a half marathon or a "bus tour"...keep digging. Nearly everything she says or does contains some element of spin, angle, or flat out lie. Eventually someone will dig deep enough to find THE piece of information or THE photograph which takes her down.

On the eve of this somber date, we all see what can result from one person who lies and creates fear and paranoia...they can gain enough followers to do unprecedented damage. Sarah Palin is large considered a joke. 85% of Americans think she is like a mosquito buzzing around--annoying but packing only enough power for a little bite.
In 2000, only 7% of people asked thought bin Laden was a true danger. Most probably viewed him...like most people view Sarah--a loudmouthed annoyance but with such a small number of "true believers", basically harmless.

Now people know the truth; bin Laden was actually a cobra laying in wait. Sarah has been made into a puppet, but make no mistake the people pulling the strings are molding her into a venomous creature with deadly accuracy and strikeforce.

Jesse is correct in asserting some people want Sarah's will she, won't she mystique to continue on indefinitely. These people are as dangerous as Sarah herself is.

    Keep digging. Keep questioning.

When I return home, I will be sharing all I know with Jesse. I want to do my part, just as he does his part. We all need to unite and not stop until Sarah Palin the threat is neutralized. I don't care if she ends up selling Amway or reading books on tape for self-punishers to listen to. As long as she isn't on our airwaves, saying treasonously awful things about our president and stoking fear in the hearts and minds of American citizens.

Hear that, Sarah? I'm about more than just pissing you off, now. Soon everyone will know the truth about your fake pregnancy, your nonexistent college degree, and the endless well of lies and misdeeds you left in your wake as governor.

Here is my observation of Sarah Palin's last video interview on FOX with the young blond lady.

In the past, FOX would have that older ugly ass looking Greta interview Sarah which made old Sarah look better. FOX would also have the old men interviewing Sarah to achieve the same effects.

Well looks like FOX has changed their philosophy on how they are presenting Sarah and now has the younger no name arm candy blond interviewing Sarah and it does not look good for Sarah.

Its like taking a new sexy 6 inch open toed pump and placing it next to an old Army boot that has been ridden hard and put away wet. That's the ultimate insult to aging Sarah.

Today Andrew Sullivan (http://andrewsullivan.thedailybeast.com/2011/09/can-the-msm-grow-some.html) vents his spleen about the Chicago Tribune pulling the McGinness-related Doonesbury strips this week. They allegedly did this because:

"The paper says in an A2 note that “the subject matter does not meet our standards of fairness [because] the strips include excerpts from a book that is not yet on the market and therefore unavailable for review or verification by the Tribune.”

Sounds about right. My syndicated columns are subject to very similar standards at the places where they run, and the Tribune freelancer agreement also ties into syndicated columns which appear in their papers, so technically they have every right to pull columns not meeting their standards.

"Fact checking" is their way of weaselling out of saying what's really going on. Mainly they try to avoid a syndicated columnist (including cartoonists) plugging a book or outside piece of media because it ends up looking like an endorsement by the paper, and they prefer that all advertisers pay them big money! They get very prickly sometimes when a columnist tries to slip something in which sounds more like a positive movie review or book review to help get sales for that thing. You have to avoid endorsing stuff like that in your columns for most syndicates -- and for most newspapers. (Unless you're a book, movie, or music critic. They're all supposed to be "objective," although all the ones I know make the bulk of their money slanting their reviews a certain way - the studios or publishers pay them to say they LOVE that movie or book or album.)

The Doonesbury strips have all read like advance promotion of a specific book, and it's not like he did it in just one panel -- he's coming up on his second week of this now. Some papers are going to have problems with that.

Trudeau knows this, but I think he must want The Rogue to be out there before a broader public so much that he just doesn't care that some papers might decide it's overly promotional.

Personally, I'm still not "getting" how McGinness can be "friends" with Roger Ailes and be publishing ANYTHING that gets any attention. So I'm also cautious of reverse strategies being in place to try to either 1) release "spoilers" from the book to reduce Joe's sales and/or 2) use "cutouts" in the media (like Trudeau) to do his work for him. Now, Trudeau is as liberal as they come, so I doubt he's cozy with Ailes. So I don't think he's helping Ailies do his dirty work.

But something about this stuff appearing in Doonesbury is very, very strange. Why would Trudeau be given an advance copy of The Rogue, anyway? He's not a book reviewer or someone who would traditionally be on a publisher's list of folks to submit advance copies to.

One of those other things was reality TV. About half of us stated that we do not watch reality TV and the other half told us about how exciting shows like Survivor are. (ya, maybe). One person asked if anyone had watched Sarah Palin's Alaska. No one had. I asked if anyone was going to watch Bristol's new show. No one had really heard about. After a short silence one guy announced that he was waiting for the 'wine cooler, going camping with the guys' episode and everyone started laughing. I actually kinda felt sorry for Bristol in that moment. She will carry that as part of her reputation forever.

Anon 7:34 - "So I would say for the most part the reviews aren't in Nick's benefit."

Learned many, many years ago to not read reviews from so-called professional "movie critics". They rarely know what I will like. This sounds like something I and thousands of others will flock to see in theaters and buy the upcoming DVD's. GO NICK!!

I also like the posting of anon238's comments on the current post. It is nice to read here and not have to leave the page. Thanks to the person who is doing it and thanks to Gryphen for allowing the comments.

Her ongoing binging and purging easily explains the need for her subsequent veneer job. I may be wrong, but that seems to have happened in late 2007 or early 2008. Has anyone examined photos that would pinpoint the date more accurately?

The combined toxic load of chemicals and heavy metals resulting from dental veneers (including dental anesthesia), botox jobs, multiple liposuctions, and anesthesia for multiple facial (and perhaps jaw) surgeries is huge.

Combine that with diet pills, drugs, alcohol, and a diet of Red Bull and junk food, and you've got serious physical, mental, and emotional problems. Mix in all the foregoing with lifelong anger and unforgiveness, and you've got a heavy-duty self-destruct program in progress.

In her vanity and ignorance of how to live, Sarah has done herself in.

Sarah Palin must really be a big fan of the reality TV series "Being Bobby Brown" cause she's all sweaty and haggard with a crazed look in her eye, if her wig shifts a little bit more she could pass for a white Whitney Houston!! Should Palin plan to run in 2012 she should contact Whitney Houston so they could go to the casting call for Celebrity Rehab together. Sarah Palin isn't capable of leading nation, but she's a great reality TV star. Let's be honest folks, Palin needs to be in a Half Way House, not the White House!!

Anonymous @ 6:34 Mike Wooten is hypocritical? Pics prove happiness? Sure they may look happy in the pictures and I'm positive that many times they were happy but in no way does that mean Wooten was lying. However, we KNOW Sarah and Todd both lied about Wooten. In fact, for all her lies about complaints regarding Wooten, the Palins & a few people they recruited were the ONLY ones to make a complaint against him. When his colleagues are all standing behind him, talking about what an upstanding guy he is and how they are happy to work with him, they proved Sarah & family to be the vindictive, nasty people they are. Also if pics are proof of happiness, then why were the Palins complaining about Wooten if that's what was shown? You stupid bots just react, never think, just react! You're like your idol. That's what gets her in so much trouble.

Hey 'bots! Tell us which church in Wasilla has benefitted from Sarah's newly found wealth? Tithing at 10% after taxes would mean at least an extra million dollars plus in their coffers. Which one is the lucky recipient?

Didn't Sarah say her faith is what kept her going? Certainly that means that she would support the church that has helped her so much. Right? Or was Bristol telling the truth when she said her family is just "too busy" to go to church one day a week for an hour or two? That wouldn't go over well in the Bible belt, would it, Sarah?

We know she's too cheap to donate money or I'm sure we would have heard about it. She does nothing if she's not going to get publicity for it.

Re: "I would like to ask that others STOP reposting entries from other blogs, in their entirety. It's rude and is basically hijacking the thread that you are posting on. If you feel a post from another blog is sooo urgent or pertinent (including reposting ALL of Anon's posts, repeatedly within one thread) then provide a description of the other blogs post and a link. I am here to read THIS blog. Thank you. 9:50 AM"

Perhaps you should get your own blog where it will actually be acceptable for you to have control over the comments. Until then, I believe Gryphen is in control and can let people post or not post whatever they feel like - even if that is quoting an entire blog!

Besides - I love reading Anon238 anywhere and everywhere!!!

Wow, Palin's a real Mommy Dearest, unbelievable! Very sad to imagine the verbal and emotional abuse those kids suffered growing up with such a horrid, self-absorbed person. How would someone come home from work, ignore their kids' needs and just go to their room for the night? What a total psycho!!!!!She's a terrible mother and couldn't successfully run a household, how the hell would she run a country????

I live in the midwest and at social events among mixed political ideals, Sarah Palin is an easy comedic target who everyone's comfortable making openly insulting comments about, and the GOP folks don't even try to defend her. Then I add in babygate & other info and people love it.

The minute Palin stepped on stage as the VP pick and started her viscious attacks and her lipstick on a pitbull comment, she made my skin crawl with repulsiveness and anger. I immediately sensed her evil spirit and recoiled at the nastiness she brought to the whole political campaign process. She has been an extremely destructive force to our country and needs to be exposed for the horrible person she is in every aspect of her life.

Thank You for sharing this with us. I'm so glad that I contributed to this project. And I can't wait to get my paws on the dvd.
The TIFF is a big deal, and the fact that it got played there makes it even sweeter. The people who go there are the movers and shakers of the industry.

I can see Chucky acting exactly as you portrayed him. Not liking kids around, and calling all the calvary out to inform them it's a "hit piece". I hope Chucky is right! I hope this documentary gets recognized and seen by a wide audience.

Good on Lyla! Good on Sadie! and Woo Hoo Gryphen!!!!! Glad you all contributed and got honorable mentions by Nick himself.

We saw the Cobain piece he did, and while it got mixed reviews, I found it quite enjoyable to watch, it was well made despite some lapses and overlapping timelines and flashbacks, but we're talking about Kurt and Courtney, forgivable, because it's how the drug addled rockstar life really is.

Thanks Again! I loved your review.

Thank You, oh most high diety of all trolls, for giving us a few laughs as they pounce on this thread speaking of hypocricy and lies. Of course, no one takes them seriously, because that would just go straight to our thighs, make our hair knot up into a semi bouffant, our bosoms would, unexplaiblby grow for a horse race, but shrink while nursing a newborn.
Thank You, oh most high diety of trolls, for showing the trolls where the truth lies, our only prayer would be that you open their eyes and make them literate enough to see the truth. (especially, also, too, Brooklyn, bless her white cotton socks and shiney forehead).

    Amen
