Just a little quote to help put things into perspective this Sunday morning.
Gryphen, photos like the one you posted shows exactly why religion falls on its ass time and time again. If someone created the Earth and the universe, why waste time making rocks that cannot carry life, and billions of them at that!? Religion is a great ponzi scheme.
EXACTLY. So, nothing really matters. Live the life you want. To all frantic LIBERALS, don't freak out about everything. ENJOY yourself and life.

I would like to enjoy my life if the Republican crazies would stop force feeding me their religious intolerance and if they stop trying to take control of my reproductive organs. Other then that, life would be good.
What's amazing is, that little speck of dust, the third rock from the sun, brought the brilliant minds and great thinkers who made the technology to photograph it possible.

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this, Gryphen!
ReplyDeleteRegarding whether or not the universe is populated with intelligent life: "If we are alone, seems like an awful waste of space."

Kinda like Horton hears a Who...
ReplyDeleteLove this... and "Horten Hears a Who"
ReplyDeleteIt's good to widen the view from time to time.
Thanks Gryphen!
Great Post!
ReplyDeleteAnd I totally agree with the first poster.

My son had just shown this to me last night on Wikipedia, and I told him I had just seen this on a local blog. Weird coincidence?
