He clearly says: "the anti-war government ni..." (sounds like "nih") He almost called him a ni*ger but caught himself. I listened to it 5 times. I can't think of any other possible word he was about to say. A government nice person? A government nerd? A government newbie? No its clear he was about to call him a ni*ger. I wonder if a "nih" is the same thing as a "blah person"? Rick Santorum is definitely a racist bigot and hates black people. This is just more confirmation.

Looks like we're stuck with watching the boring Romnney losing any debate with President Obama.
But i relish watching Romney being handily trounced by President Obama, along with witnessing history as the GOP as we know it reduced to tears with their own words.

The WHINE is hard to take, as is the sanctimonious crap, but mostly the twisted interpretation of the law and our founding fathers is most aggregious. And the readers/commentors aren't buying it.

The daughter always looks very uncomfortable and I always think Sister Wives when I see them together ,
they don't seem to have a normal relationship.
Jimmy Kimmel has a great recurring sketch using a terrific Santorum impersonator who appears
as " L Brent Santorum "-Rick's brother.
" L Brent " tries so hard to defend Rick , using religious and overly sexual imagery .
It's hysterical and exactly how one would imagine a real Santorum might actually behave.
Too funny, I have mentioned this with friends. Watch her face when she is looking at him. It's very bizarre and creepy.

ReplyDeleteI tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, even went to dictionary.com to see if there was something else that could start with nig that he might have meant to say. Nope. Nothing. I listened to the speech...and...while NIG is offensive, I think the bigger problem is what he was saying...it made no sense...And I think he said "OVAMA"....
ReplyDeleteAnyway, whether he said it or not, it doesn't matter...He's said about 100 things just as offensive, and yet he's still #2 in the GOP...but we all know why...it's not because people like Santorum -- it's because they HAAAAATE Romney.
Listening to Randi Rhodes and she has played the clip numerous times without comment - just shock. None of the people calling in have any explanation for it except what we think. Oh, Ricky, you've got a lot of 'splaining to do.
