No, that is not how it works. At all. Ask any lawyer or judge.
Like it or not, kids are not for sale. No matter how galling it may be for the custodial parent, child support is not payment to see the child. You don't get to withhold the child from spending time with the non-custodial parent because he/she has not paid child support.
And no matter how galling for the non-custodial parent, child support is not payment to see the child. Even if the custodial parent is not letting you see the child, you must still support your child.
If Bristol is keeping Tripp from Levi because he has not paid child support, she is in the wrong, just as he is in the wrong if he not paying support.
In any case, Bristol's relentless bad-mouthing of Levi proves her to be a bad mother. She has the Palin trait of never ever letting go of a grudge.

One very interesting item in Ms Tripp's book is her description of her giving the then gov Palin a massage.

First point, I'm not doing anything stealthily. I am actually pretty lazy-- I visit a blog and read about the Palin family. Which does not feature any information that cannot be found on the internet or provided by the Palins themselves. No one is taking pictures outside their windows or following their cars.
Second point-- I am not harassing nor am I threatening. I am actually not even contacting the Palins. But thanks for playing, ... uh, ANONYMOUS. Way to have the balls to post with an actual identity you ambiguous puppet.
What's not cool is, the Johnstons, namely one, aren't better. But Gryphen, don't you think it's a good idea NOT to butt a blogging nose into people's lives, especially when you don't know either of them?

So you condone the behavior of someone who trashes their ex's family all the while attacking Bristol for wanting the best for her son? Bristol has never publicly mentioned Sadie, and has only has positive things to say about Levi for the most part. She defended him when a respectable person would have slammed the door in his slacker face. She didn't dredge up truths he wants ignored. She has said repeatedly she want s Levi to mature in every way. That doesn't just mean emotionally supporting the baby, it means becoming an adult who works and strives to be a responsible person. Levi has shown none of the latter. His sister hasn't either. All they've done is trash their almost inlaws to the point of nausea and disbelief.

Bristol said that she was so angry when she learned that Levi was the father of Tripp. That made it sound as if there were other candidates for the job, I mean role, I mean who could have fathered Tripp. Did Levi ever take a DNA test when he had Tripp for a brief visit? Who are the other possible fathers for the little boy? Which one would not make Bristol so angry?

But, while Bristol was having her plastic surgery, I mean, jaw realignment and beauty touch up, she could have had some liposuction to get rid of that belly fat. ReplyDeleteAnd, in reality, I really need to just feel sorry for them. I don't know if God or karma are real but I try to live like they are to be on the safe side. If they are real, I wouldn't want to be a Palin for any amount of money. If they aren't real, the Palins are still obviously very sick and unhappy people. All that bitterness, vengeance, hate, anger and nastiness boiling over all the time. The Palins are so toxic, instead of being mad, I feel sorry for them and am that much happier with my own simple, drama free life.
Sarah and Bristol Palin have shown themselves in public, through their own words and actions, to be guilty of all seven deadly sins, and then some. I feel really sorry for them. They seem to be so unhappy, humorless, greedy, and negative in every way. They're very sad people if you can ignore the negativity they inspire and try to look at them with compassion. It's hard to do, but it's easier than letting their hatefulness, which is obviously eating them up, be passed on to yourself...
