I wish there were some way to gauge how Americans are feeling about House Speaker John Boehner.

I don't know, maybe a poll or something, ANYTHING that might let us know if his constant obstructionism is pissing off the average American or not.

(Seen outside the Ash Street Saloon in Portland, Oregon.)

P.S. I wonder how Boehner will respond when he sees this?

"I know I'm being a prick, but what choice do I have? The Teabaggers have my nuts in a vice!"
That figures.

Boehner, Cantor and other TRAITORS have held up a good Jobs plan for political reasons. Benedict Arnolds, all.

My kids visited me this weekend from Homer. They are a busy family and don't stay on top of the news. I told my daughter-in-law about JCPenneys' new family advertising campaign, and she read Gryphen's post. It was obvious to her that it was a bold move for a major national chain. She made it a priority to go to Penneys today to shop while in Anchorage. The store clerks waiting on us were gay. The whole experience was great. We were purchasing quality products at great prices, and supporting "Change" in America. ☺ The everyday people power, that we all have, is to give our patronage to those who are really "rill".

From what I've heard, Boehner is a boozer!! I personally think the guy is an asshole and should be drummed out of Congress as soon as possible. Get those Repubs out of there folks!!! Vote, vote, vote in November. Boehner has led his group to be nothing more than obstructionists.

He is a very week republican....I think he is like "wtf did I do, I'd rather drink and drown my sorrows in my booze than be the speaker of this f'n house, Obama makes too much sense and all I can do is cry."
This Obama administration is standing up to these retard republicans, and Boner is having a very hard time of it all. Same shit, and just a different day. They can't stand up to this president..it's so laughable how this party is struggling and how the man in the white house is just so smart and cool and laughing at these idiots repubs. I truly hope that this republican party is majorly injured from the last election and this up coming election. Will they ever find another candidate that has half a brain? My guess is no, giving all they have is a Mitt Romney. Is this the best that they can do?
Landslide election U.S.A. for Obama. Thats my forecast.

Question .... How does a Mitt Romney carry on his farce and campaigning knowing he is going to lose? I mean, why does a losing man keep trying? Is there money in it for him to keep running across the country knowing he is in a losing battle? And what does all of his supporters think about sending him millions of dollars only for the loss?

    1. Answer...he might NOT lose. He actually has a good, or decent, chance to win. There seems to be a good amount of voter suppression going on right now by the Republicans who control state legislatures, that might discourage Obama supporters to vote in November. (I'm not sure it's "fraud", which implies machine fixing) but just straight out suppression of the numbers.

And there are people who will vote for Romney, while holding their noses, because he's white. I sure hope the Dems in Ohio, Florida, and other states are keeping an eye on the "new rules" and will work extra hard on both getting our people to the polls and having their names on the voter roles. So, no, Mitt Romney might very well win in November.

However, in the hope he doesn't, I've booked and ticketed flights from Albuquerque to DC and hotel rooms for my family for the weekend of Jan 20th. We're hoping for our SECOND Obama inauguration!

I wonder if one of the reasons he's crying all the time is that he realizes that he and his party are on the wrong side of history?

In answer to your poll: Yes, I would say yes, John Bohner is really pissing me off with his obstructionism!! I hope to hell that the American voters are smart enough to see what the scum Republicans are doing and have been doing since day one of the Obama administration!!! I miss Nancy Pelosi and the Democratic majority in the House!
