Just a reminder of what is pissing off the hawks in the Republican party.

Traditionally the Republicans have OWNED the idea of being the party that is strong on defense, but Obama has brilliantly usurped that role and now all they have left is to attack him on not being able to repair the economy they systematically destroyed fast enough.

Pathetic!

(For those concerned this might be a misquote, go here for the source.)

Gotta love our President! Time and again, he beats the GOP at their own chess game. Quietly, with no fanfare, and with no expectation of accolades, he does his job. And the GOP cannot stand for anyone who actually LEADS and accomplishes something positive.

Nice to see this confirmation of what we suspected all along.

That sounds like a very strong endorsement of the President's skills as Commander in Chief.

Kind of pales the half-term Governor's executive National Guard skills sending those out when Putin rears his head.

Awesome! I flurve having Obama as President. I think he has done a very good job. This country has been a sow's ear for so long, and he is getting us back to silk purse status. George Bush Romney doesn't think we deserve to be a prosperous country, we just deserve to lay down and let the super rich folks walk on us.

  8. Let's not forget that many people think that Bush pretty much let Bin Laden get away at Tora Bora in 2001. I read an article from a reporter saying the media outnumbered the military.

The military was already preparing for Iraq.

Great, yet also sad, this statement won't keep the corporate tea and their tea taliban minions from whining and lying about, sending a lot of Citizen's United money to their tea PACs and other organizations, to otherwise defeat President Obama.

Nor stop Sarah and others of that cowardly ilk who work only for themselves and for who or what pays the most in cash and other perks. She and others will put together more word salad to get another moment of their attention whore infamy along with more cash for their expensive metering money mouths.

Nor stop the Cheneys and other (shh, don't say W) Bush'ites. They'll get back on TV to set the record straight that it was due to Reagan, yeah, that's it (and especially Dick Cheney, although he was often missing and not in the spotlight) that our military got Osama. Forget about the current tea mentioning the current President and his accomplishments. Especially in a realistic and positive, honest, truthful manner.

Nor will this statement stop the tea bull droppings crap from trying to stir up the tea zombie base. The republican b.s. of ... watch out, those military hating, flag burning, non-white, poor, not Christian like you and gay people are coming to take the country away from you, the tea people. Same tea who'll vote against their own self-interests because they'll believe anything if the lie is repeated often enough.

Yet I do hope his statement will be one more nail in the coffin that is ultimately the corporate tea and otherwise racist tea taliban party.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our President Obama! He is truly the best and will be reelected to serve a secone term.

Vote those nasty Republicans out of office where ever you can folks! The majority of them are horrible in Congress as well as those serving as governors throughout our nation!

Vote Dems. Make sure you are registered and make sure every Dem you know is registered and ready to vote. We cannot let the Repubs back in the White House.

  12. Now THAT quote would make a pretty perfect TV ad for your Commander-in-Chief!

If anyone ever deserved four more years, no one earned the honor more than President Obama.

2012 Vote Obama and Democrat as if your life depends on it, because the alternative is unconscionable.

    Let's stay together!

I love it when the very same buffoons that heralded W as a great military leader try and minimize President Obama's role in whacking bin Laden. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

McCain tried to paint Barack Obama as some kind of pussy. Hmm, he kind of missed the mark, I'd say. The tea baggers have been contorting themselves into all sorts of unnatural positions claiming that somehow Commander In Chief President Obama had nothing to do with this very important decision - despite very contradictory testimony from the likes of Admiral McRaven. And how will they spin it that Romney's command experience of the Massachusetts National Guard trumps President Obama's experience as CIC?

    Romney is pretty much fucked.

Obama's drone strategy is brilliant. Now we can kill all our enemies, real and imagined, without even leaving the couch. God bless America!

In addition to anyone and everyone that just happens to be in their vicinity. That kind of shotgun justice is going to be increasingly hard to defend.
