Mitt Romney's gaffes write DNC political ad for them. Gee, thanks Mittens!

Courtesy of Freak Out Nation:

Mitt opens his mouth, sticks both feet in and Democrats release a video. The DNC just released a video enveloping the U.S. and British coverage of Mitt Romney’s visit to London, called #RomneyShambles — the hashtag on twitter was trending — and it’s still going strong — after the awkward Republican candidate, uttered gaffe after gaffe. Another hashtag #AmericanBorat is a firestorm of hilarity.

President Obama owes Mitt Romney big time for this trip. The video was created in record time, proving that Mitt’s mouth is Obama’s best publicity.

Mitt arrives in Israel today.  Gee I wonder what he will do to help Obama there?

I wonder if he's wearing his gigantic Star of David. That ought to impress the Israelis. Bet they've never been that up close and personal with such a paragon of everything before.

'People'? What people other than a handful of nasty, old white horny trashy males. They most likely would end up with herpes, warts and some sort of skank body odor and that is hardly attractive or something to aspire to.

Russell Brand is pretty disgusting and skanky too, so most likely HE is the 'people' who want to fuck her.

Is it really a surprise how much of a clown this guy is?

You don't have to have a sharp memory, to recall how only RECENTLY, he was behind in the polls to Herman "I loves me some white wimmins" Cain, Michele "Looney Tunes" Bachmann, Rick "Ayatollah Wannabe" Santorum, Newt "Emperor of the Moon" Gingrich, Rick "Oops" Perry, and even Donald Freaking Trump.

As the least offensive turd to be fished out of the Republican primary toilet, no one should expect him to not stink up the joint!

'Haters' -- that's owned, used and abused by Baggers like you.

If I opened a Bagger dictionary -- it's one of very few words that would be contained in it. Ye of small-mindedness, minimal education -- and to put it truthfully -- you're Stunned & Stupid.

Go play in the other pond. You're not even a challenge here.

Here, let me educate you, oh stupid one...

Mitt Robme is not making gaffes. The press can call it that, to soften the blow, but these are not gaffes.

He's not a very bright guy in the communications department when it comes to human beings.

He truly BELIEVES the things he says...then has to walk them back when he gets blowback from healthy thinking human beings. He is truly a pathetic man when it comes to interacting in any socially acceptable way.

Not to say he doesn't make a gaffe or two along the way, everyone does sooner or later, but like I said, these statements and flip flops are NOT gaffes, they're clear signals to how he thinks, and that ain't a pretty site to see.

I can forgive a gaffe for anyone, but I know the difference when I hear/see one.

Robme is not ready for prime time, not ready to represent a country, not ready to fulfill what it is to be a leader. He doesn't think much before he speaks, he lives in the 1950's in much of his mentality. Nope, not gaffes, but a frightening window into his mind.

President and President Elect and Senator Obama have all had gaffes in the long time under the national spotlight. But you can go back 20 years and listen to Barack Obama speak of his visions and beliefs and they are EXACTLY the same, consistently, and match what he has campaigned on throughout his professional and political life, and in fact MANY of them have become a reality since he has been president.

There is an enormous bubbling up of expressed racism in this country since a mixed race man became president and those that are part of that muck of hate resent that this man who is THEIR president is living where they don't think he deserves to because his skin in darker than theirs.

You are one of the haters, since you so conveniently pointed the finger at yourself with your comment.

Might be best for you to drink that cyanide now, since he's gonna be your prez for another 4 years!

Not haters, just not funny. Obama's gaffes aren't nearly as stupid or frequent. Comedians would be starving together in a ditch if they had to rely on Obama's gaffes for material. Only the GOP finds anything peculiar about Obama's remarks, and even then they have to dig with shovels. Mitt and Sarah, on the other hand, entertain the entire world with their stupid comments.

The Mitt Romney Summer 2012 World Tour to Three Countries is apparently having trouble moving tickets.

Romney Shuts Press Out Of Jerusalem Fundraiser

The Romney campaign has decided that a fundraiser to be held at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem Monday morning will be closed to the press, reports the Washington Post. The decision violates an agreement between the media and the campaign that some press coverage will be allowed at all fundraisers held in public spaces including hotels.

    From the Post:

Under the agreement, a pool of wire, print and television reporters can cover every Romney fundraiser held in public venues, including hotels and country clubs. The campaign does not allow media coverage of fundraisers held in private residences.

Campaign spokesman Rick Gorka declined to explain the campaign’s decision to violate protocol with the Jerusalem event. Pressed repeatedly by reporters to offer an explanation, Gorka said only that the fundraiser was “closed press.”

Sadly, the media IS covering for him. Did you watch the opening ceremonies? Costas practically gave him a rim job by saying -- I kid you not -- clearly he went in there and saved the Games -- and they did him an even bigger favor by covering for him by talking about the fact that "people are talking about whether London is ready..."

As Mitt is heading to England, Republicans are saying that it's important that Europeans have a good impression of the United States.

36 hours later, the same Republicans are saying "It doesn't matter what Europe thinks of us!"

How can anybody take those people seriously?

The hilarity never ends. You would think the Romney campaign would avoid any phrase that casts a mechanical theme since Romney is clearly a robot. But, oh no, the campaign advisers are still stepping in it themselves. This from the NY Times:

"...Mr. Romney had misspoken because he was tired and jet-lagged. “Even the Energizer Bunny needs new batteries once in a while,” said an adviser, speaking on the condition of anonymity to discuss a delicate topic."

  23. You just go right ahead and mock Mittens, Gryphen, even tho it's obvious you don't really know him personally all that well.

Sure, he may be stumbling across the globe "with both feet in his mouth" today, but I promise you, this is a man who just gets better and better and better over time. He's always learning from his mistakes. Maybe not at first, but eventually, after gaffe upon gaffe upon gaffe upon gaffe, he learns. And that's a LOT more importanter than being perfect out of the box.

According to my calculations, at Mittens' current impressive trajectory towards perfection, I predict he will stop appearing to most people to be a total douchebag very early in the first or second quarter of 2034. (There's some uncertainty in my model, after all, I'm no Nate Silver)

I'll even bet you a shiny new Harold Stassen commemorative forty cent piece that by 2022 you'll rarely see a headline anymore referring to Mittens' embarrassing gaffes of one form or another.

So, lay off Mittens, Gryphen! He's been running for president unsuccessfully long enough to have finally earned some grudging respect even from people who find him to be a wealthy twit, a socially awkward flip-flopper, a man of limitless ambition and very limited ability and a source of international humiliation.
