Sarah Palin emerges from the dire mists of Lake Lucille. "By the pricking of my thumbs, something wicked this way comes."

I knew Palin would be a little testy after learning that she would have no role at the GOP convention, but even I was a little surprised by the angry visage which loomed behind my television screen last night.

She appeared sullen and bitter, with her mouth set in a permanent scowl that ONLY seemed to animate when there was an opportunity to attack the President. (That is essentially her happy place.)

To her credit she did manage to hold it together for the interview, but literally every time her mouth stopped moving she would stop and glare at the camera in obvious irritation. You could almost see the steam escape around the edges of her roadkill wig, as she listened to the next prearranged question from Greta.

However Palin being Palin she could NOT resist stirring the pot just a little, this time it took the form of suggesting (But not really of course), that President Obama replace Joe Biden with Hillary Clinton.

"Really the strategists there in the Obama campaign have got to look at a diplomatic way of replacing Joe Biden on the ticket...with Hillary! And I don't want to throw out that suggestion and have them actually accept the suggestion because then a Obama/Hillary Clinton ticket would have a darn good chance of winning. But Joe Biden really drags down that ticket." 

Oh DAMN that's nasty! As we all know Palin thinks that Obama is the worst possible President that this country could EVER have chosen ("He's not even the right color for God's sake!"), so to suggest that Joe Biden, despite a recent "gaffe." is the problem with the ticket is certainly NOT something which she actually believes. But it DOES give her the chance to screw with Romney by making a suggestion that, in her opinion, would make Obama's victory a lock, and perhaps throw a little scare into Mittens by doing so.

Of course right after this rattling of Romney's cage door, Palin turns the attention back to herself. Essentially making the case for WHY, despite that fact that she is a hateful bitch, she should be embraced by the Romney campaign.

"There are only two people who have ever had to run against Barack Obama and his MACHINE and that's John McCain and myself when we ran in '08. I know what this is about I know how dirty they can get." (In other words, "Why in the hell am I NOT invited to that damn convention!")

Next up is her patented, and always venomous, attack on the media:


"Because the media so willingly protects Barack Obama, and his felled policies. It's tough through the filter of the mainstream media to hear the message. That's why voters need to do their own homework. They can't listen to that 90% of the liberal media and expect to hear what the 'truth' is coming out from the White House's messaging and the Obama campaign's messaging about the true state of the union." 

So obviously the solution is clear. Simply refuse to listen to the reporting from that 90% of the media, and ONLY listen to Fox News, conservative bloggers, and Right Wing radio, and THEN you will be convinced that Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan have the solutions to fix America.

I wonder if she wants people to walk to a local beach to bury their head in the sand, or if she would accept them simply jamming it up their own butts?

I have seen Palin in all her forms over the last six years. Happy, angry, spiteful, deceitful, and fake pregnant, but I don't think I have seen this particular combination of  depression, irritation, and resentment, since right after the Gabby Giffords shooting in Arizona.

Clearly Palin is having a hard time dealing with the rejection from the Romney camp, and in my opinion has now undoubtedly turned her prayers to sicking God on Mittens for daring to embarrass her and hoping that Obama wins so that she will have four more unfettered years of attacks to sling in his direction, hopefully with a nice fat Fox News contact under her belt. (You know if that is if they are not closed down due to their connections to phone hacking or are irreparably damaged by the ongoing intern lawsuit.)

By the way not to rub salt in the wound here (Y'all know I would NEVER do that!) but Palin's primary pick in Florida did not do very well yesterday either:   

Sarah-Palin-backed Rep. Sandy Adams failed to muster the votes to win in Florida’s new 7th district, which encompassed much of her current territory in the 112th Congress. 

Palin, who endorsed Adams in July, was delivered her second primary-pick loss in as many weeks; Sarah Steelman’s loss in the Missouri GOP Senate primary last Tuesday broke Palin’s unbeaten streak in Senate-primary picks. 

Yep certainly sucks to be Sarah right now.  And in my opinion it could not happen to a more deserving hateful, emasculating, lunatic bitch.
