Jon Stewart's take on Mitch McConnell's "self filibuster" is must see TV!
With the explanation of the debt ceiling being THAT simple, its a complete shame that all news organizations have not educated the people (and hence, the dummies representing the people) to this situation.
I have been waiting for Jon to do this story, as only Jon can. Not only did Mitch lie about what the debt ceiling is, he made a total ass out of himself doing this filibusterer. Jon has the turtleman voice down as well, oh please let Ashley Judd run against him. Kentucky is one of the biggest welfare states...wake up and look at who is taking care of you, turtleman. Oh please...make it stop.
Can you imagine the great stuff Newsroom will have in season 2 after this election and all the nonsense? I'm looking forward to it. Did you see there will be a Game Change II based on this year's election as well? Good stuff. Hit them hard through freakin' TV shows since nobody pays attention to (nor trusts) the "news" these days!
If McConnell weren't such an asswipe, you might get the impression he's just stupid !!!
