This is a statement from me personally since there has been an overwhelming questions and inquiries as to my well being and what happened to me last week. What I experienced no human should ever have to go through. I am now safe, my kids are safe, the police are doing their job, and out of respect to them and to me please refrain from gossip. At this time I am healing. I eventually will be okay. There has been a tremendous outpour of love and concern and that has touched me profoundly. I am not going to lie, I am in serious trouble financially. This has affected more than just me and this situation has jeopardized where I live and how I make a living. Because of where I Iive there is not victim assistance or help in the ways that I need. If anyone does want to help or make a donation please do so to my paypal account shaytripp@hotmail.com.
I do ask if you pray, to pray for me and my family. At some point in the near future, I will be blogging again and resume my radio show. I am not ready to talk about last week and I can't promise you that I ever will. I want the police to be able to do their job, and I want answers and I want justice. I am not reading blog comments, blogs, or even the news. Thank you all for your support and concern and well wishes because it really means the world to me. Beyond this I really do not know anything more.
Shailey did come to visit me in Anchorage awhile back, and we had a good talk, but I have only had intermittent contact with her since.
Like all of you I hope that she is safe, and that recovers, and that her upcoming movie is a huge success.
P.S. Just a final point, from what I have heard this latest situation is NOT connected to the Palins so let's not go crazy and dream up a bunch of conspiracy theories for no reason.

P.P.S. I will also monitor this thread fairly carefully so if you are here to attack Shailey or indulge in those previously mentioned conspiracy theories know now that only you and I will ever see those comments.
The only attacks on Shay have come from the Euro blog I've noticed.

In all fairness the euro blog owners themselves have made no comments about the situation regarding Ms Tripp. Any comments made there have been similar to comments and speculation made on other blogs. Nothing more and nothing less. Still, sh*t stirrers like you will continue to stir because you obviously have little else to do.

DeleteThe "euro bloggers" have always encouraged attacks on Shailey's credibility, mental health, and anything else that can be denigrated via blog comments.
DeleteI hope Gryphen allows this comment through. Because what I'm about to state is the factual truth and public knowledge- Audrey asked the euro bloggers to leave. Then Regina did the same. While they try to paint themselves as the king and queen of the Trig Truther nation. They encourage hateful comments against Gryphen, against Shailey.....basically against anyone who doesn't fall in lock step with every word they say.
I would encourage anyone wanting information about Shailey to stick to IM and Malia Litman's blog.
Thank you for maintaining discretion with comments unlike some. That's the best you can do to help law enforcement.

DeleteMy best to Shailey. I have always believed her story. I bought and read her book and she is totally credible. I corresponded with her for awhile because I was once a victim of sexual abuse by a man with lots of power and trying to fight that was the nightmare of all nightmares. It is extremely difficult to fight people with money and power and nearly impossible on your own. I pray Shailey stays safe and her family does too.

Using this photo with that "statement" on it leads one to believe she is guilty of new charges. Not those from when she was Todd Palin's prostitute. She was punished and he got off scott free.

I give Shailey a lot of respect. She's a single mom raising two kids, one with special needs and has been subject to way too much grief, abuse and bullshit than one person should endure.

ReplyDeleteI really don't think it's possible to accept on its face that the Palins had nothing to do with this, until more information is available. This is so in their bailiwick, it's only natural we all speculate about it. After all that has happened to people who piss off the Palins- come on. How could we not think they might be involved?
ReplyDeleteI maintain it would be a huge "coincidence" if Shailey was randomly abducted just as news of her participation in the BWBB movie was gaining traction.
I'm NOT saying "the Palins are involved". Only saying that the more they tell us not to even mention the Palins, the more we are all going to think there is a reason to do so. Personally, until an arrest is made and I can verify for myself that the person doesn't have any ties to the Palins, I'm going to think it's a possibility.
However that's neither here nor there concerning my well wishes for Shailey. I hope she recovers quickly and can overcome her financial difficulties easily. I will be ordering a few more copies of her book to donate to libraries and women's shelters as my contribution to Shailey.
If these comments do somehow make it in front of you, know that you have many cheerleaders out in the world, who hope nothing but good things for you.
